I came here on a Thursday at 4:30 pm to get a new modem for my new internet service plan. I dealt with customer service agents over the phone to get a deal on my plan which was a nightmare (transferred from person to person; being misled, etc.) but eventually sorted it out and eventually found out I had to go get a new modem at an Xfinity store. I visited this store and I do think my visit could've easily been less than 5 stars but I happened to get there just in time. I was able to get assistance immediately upon entering. I explained what I needed to the worker who got me a new modem right away and I also had a couple follow-up questions from my phone conversations with Xfinity which he was able to understand and answer right away. The reason I say my experience could have easily been less than 5 stars is because as I was there for less than 10 minutes, a line started forming and there were 3 or 4 people in line, waiting for people to assist them as I was leaving - and it seemed like it might be quite a wait, as the 3 or so other workers were all helping others when I had arrived and didn't seem to be close to done when I left, so most cases probably take quite some time and I could've easily ended up waiting a long time for help if I arrived just a few minutes later. I would visit this location again if needed, but probably try to come earlier in the day, if possible.

Picking up new equipments due to the move back from out of state. Ambience was very pleasant and the retail sales consultant Brianna was very pleasant and made sure I get the right equipment. Provided me guidance to where to get the directions for self installation. Needless to say the self install went smoothly and definitely recommend to check the store. My overall experience so far with Xfinity/Comcast - seems positive and staff I've dealt with were all courteous and knowledgeable of what they are doing. Process seems smooth and of course the personal interaction and patience so far seems great.

Came here to drop off xfinity equipment since my family no longer has their service. I made sure to return all equipment so that they can't sit there and say we still using their services. It's sad after being with a company for so long you'd expect for them to care and give great deals to their existing customers. But the prices got to high and the quality was no there so definitely not work it! I don't think I'll ever go back to xfinity..

Activated BYOD 2023 Motorola Razr+ for free unlimited mobile line with internet

Omar Actually Helped When No One Else Would I came into the San Ramon Xfinity store a bit frustrated after trying to activate my unlocked 2023 Motorola Razr+ that I bought from Best Buy. Even though it's the same phone Xfinity sells on their site, the IMEI checker said it wasn't compatible. I called support, tried online chat, even went to another store (Emeryville, DO NOT GO THERE) no one could help or was willing to even try. That changed when I met Omar. He actually listened and went out of his way to get it figured out. He ended up getting approval for the phone and gave me a physical SIM card so I could activate it. It worked. I really appreciated that he didn't brush me off like everyone else had. If you're in the market for a new phone, internet, or anything that a store like this sells, ask for Omar and give him some business, he deserves it.

They promise you something over the phone and then won't stand by it. You go to the store and they can't do anything to help you.

The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. Huge thanks to Justin and John for their precision and quality of work, and to Jim and Rodrigo for their thoughtful recommendations on equipment and access point placement. I initially had signed up for data (for a tablet) last night but I couldn't get it to work. Next morning I came in to T-Mobil anticipating to be there all day and frustrated for some unforeseen problem. One employee was already helping a customer and another was next in line. I noticed she was solo so I was a bit worried that I might be there the whole day. Turns out she is a pro! I couldnt t help but hear the issues of the other customers and they seem like pretty technical stuff. She seem to work through all the issues and with a great attitude ihave to say. Personally i wouldn't want to work solo with possibly frustrated customers in line (especially at a retail phone store)! But ihave to say, she was in control and on top of it all. Anyway, based on my experience that day I actually jumped ship from my old carrier and left the T-Mobil store today with unlimited data on my ipad and now a new phone with unlimited data. I'm very satisfied and will always give credit where credit is due And today i give it all to Mia and T-Mobile. Thank you.

The main reason being our AT&T bill became increasingly higher. We walked in and no customers except us and like 1 other group. The process took about 45 min. in store, the 5 phones came in 2 business days to our house. We took them to the store again and the data transfer we did at home with the E- SIMS. It didn't taken long to get back up and running with our new cell service provider T- Mobile. My phone took about 35 min . iPhone 17 be has better battery longer charges fast , a 6.3 inches screen ,256 gb memory and a little faster. The employees here were helpful and were not rude or anything . With money still owed from my old 16 pro max I was given the advice to put it up for sale on Facebook marketplace for $700-800 but it could fetch more if sold overseas once its data wiped. This location is close to SPROUTS and GameStop.

A few weeks ago we lost our main phone line after our power was shut off for a local PG&E repair. Tim came out the next day and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in less than 30 minutes. At the time he gave us the option of a cheap reset or replacement of the faulty card, we chose the reset. As murphy's law dictates, what can go wrong will go wrong, and sure enough, a few weeks later, again our power went out, and the main phone line went dead. I tried the same reset procedure that Tim had showed me previously, but this time it would not work. Called Tim to order a new card. Here is where the 5 stars get earned. After working all day in Gilroy, Tim offered to stop by our business on his way home to fabricate a temporary repair so we would have the use of our main line until he could get a replacement card. We are in San Ramon and this was 8:30 at night mind you, and he still had to head to Oakley, drop off his co-worker and then head home. It would have been very easy for Tim to schedule us later in the week, but he didn't, he went above and beyond. Two days later, unannounced, Tim is replacing our faulty phone system card. The phone system has worked flawlessly ever since. He also recommended we get in touch with AT&T to correct our "ground humms", which makes all the difference in the world. Highly recommend TC Brokers for any phone system repairs.
