Do NOT trust this T-Mobile location. We've had two terrible experiences here. The first time, an employee gave us "free" trackers with my son's phone upgrade -- and we were later charged for every single one on our bill. Recently, they sold us WiFi claiming there was a two-week free promotion, even though there is NO service in our area. They used a different address just to make the sale. Now we have to go back in person to cancel and fight for a refund. This store is dishonest and misleading. Be very careful before signing anything here. read more

DO NOT COME HERE they are a bunch of liars and are misleading. They took 3 hours just to set up my new phone, the manager didn't even come to help the employee!!! On top of that, the manager told me to add 4 lines to get a "deal" and i asked him "would they charge me every month for the lines" he said no and here they are charging me for 4 lines. My mom and her husband went to T-Mobile to get their phone screen replaced after being told they had a lifetime warranty--turns out, it was a complete scam. They paid $60 back in February, and now it's July. Since then, they've been sent back and forth between multiple stores, with each one refusing to honor the warranty. Do not buy accessories or add-on services from T-Mobile. If you absolutely need to use their phones or plans, fine--but steer clear of anything else they try to sell you. It's unacceptable how they've treated my family, especially targeting my immigrant parents by taking advantage of their trust. read more

I would like to commend the Granada Hills T-Mobile location for excellent service. My daughter's phone (on my account) was turned off. Holding online was frustrating. When we arrived at the store, Martin was the only sales person on the floor. He acknowledged our presence (as he did with every subsequent customer who entered). While helping my daughter, another sales associate entered the front of the store to assist customers. We waited for the first attempt at fixing the problem to download. When that didn't work, he tried several other solutions. When none worked, he called upon the sales team to assist. By phone, they worked out that the phone had been reported stolen and was turned. off for that reason. Once, it was established that neither of us had reported a stolen phone, it was fixed and we left. Several hours later, it was turned off again. At that time, she was assisted by a phone representative. A lock with passcode was placed on the phone and now, 24 hours later, it continues to function properly. A large part of our satisfaction with the service we received yesterday, was due to Martin's work ethic. He remained attentive, as we entered, he welcomed us to the store, indicated that there would be a brief wait, was a good listener, and appeared to really be interested in solving the problem. However, when he had exhausted his scope of knowledge, he called for assistance to remediate the situation. That is an indication of a self-confident, intelligent person. During this hour plus encounter, he thanked us for our patience several times. Therefore, we feel that Martin needs to be acknowledged for his service skills. read more

Worst cell phone experience ever. Let me just tell you bottom line information. 5 weeks after initiating an account, because the existing cell phone wasn't ported within the right time frame, we paid $672 worth of just service charges! Here's all the things that went wrong: 1. extra line added without permission. 2. Bill sent via text to a number they assigned that is not associated with any cell. Essentially phantom number. 3. Late charges of $65 applied to so called late bill. 4. Told iPad was just $10/month but actually it's $30/month when you include service line and fees. 5. Never told that phone needed to be ported within 14 days or service charges are astronomical (for lines that are not used!) 6. Bounced back between store and customer service without any resolution. Manager Daniel set this up and essentially has no one evidently overseeing sales so we are stuck. Bottom line is this service is worst than getting a gym membership and trying to get out of it. After all said and done, we are likely to be well over $1000 for lines we NEVER used for a 2 month period. If that doesn't scare you from opening an account with t mobile, then good luck. We've cancelled the service but wanted to warn others of this horrible service and location. read more

Walked in right as they opened. I was the first walk in on a Sunday at 11am. And there were two girls at the front counter. There were no other customers there. I asked for a new Samsung Note 22 Ultra galaxy screen saver since mine was scratched up. (They told me that when I purchased both the phone, with a the screen saver, that it would be under warranty with no questions asked if it got scratched or damaged. And they installed it for me when I bought the new phone from them.) So I had an expectation that they could easily do it again while I waited, but they said they didnt have one in stock (they didnt even go into their inventory room to double check) and they would mail it out and I would get it in a week. Well 3 weeks later, it never arrived in the mail and now I seriously doubt they even ordered it. In retrospec, I waited 3 minutes in the store, whle they only asked for my phone number, and I was surprised they didnt ask for more info or bother to double check the back room. Any way, looking back and arm chair quarterbacking the demeanor, and vibe of the girl reps that were there, it REALLY felt like they just wanted to get rid of me and blow me off without having to remove and install another screen saver without creatng a new phone sale. Thats my POV, and the honest truth. Dont buy a phone screen saver from this Granada Hills T-mobile store with an expectation they will warranty and install it for free without an excuse that its not in stock and its in the mail. The unfortunate bottom line here is that I feel I was lied to, for "allegedly" NOT having it in stock, and for also saying we will mail you a new one. read more

My mom and pop live near by, and this is a family spot where most of us go to in this area Great price deals and discounts sometimes to where I had to pay $800 to upgrade all of my products. Hmm let me rethink this straight. I want an upgrade so you give me credit for old phone of 140. Bucks.. new phone is on sale for 775. In the real world my out the door phone should be 635. Plus tax.. Went into this T mobile location on this Sunday Afternoon with my mom to get her into a new iPhone since she was due for an update. David helped us and was super kind and helpful! We got the promo deal on a new Apple Watch as well so that was great and saved us some $$. Usually at other t mobile stores the employees just want to sell you up on things and get you out without the extra assistance on setting up the iPhone, SIM card, etc. But David was extra helpful, made sure my moms phone was set up and working to her liking. 10/10 recommend. read more

My first time at this location and the staff was amazing! Rene, helped me with my new iphone transferring everything from my old iphone. It was really a pleasure to be in the store everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, the two nice young ladies who worked there had great customer service skills as well (one was a Pisces and the other was a Leo) we also ran into an old neighbor who frequently goes to this location and he had nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff as well another nice young man was helping him. Would leave 0 stars if I could. I had gone in to get my plan changed and the worker seemed very nice and helpful at first. He said he could help change my plan in store and said with the plan change I would get "free" trackers. He never stated that I would be charged monthly for a service fee for these trackers and it never occurred to me to ask (who would think you need to add trackers to your phone plan for them to function especially since he said they were "exactly like apple AirTags"...) I left that day unaware of all the extra charges I would see on my plan the next month. Not to mention he never changed my plan which was why I even went there in the first place. So I was stuck paying the full amount of the old plan until it was actually changed when I called t-mobile over the phone. Now I know to never trust these workers again, be very cautious with how they word what they're saying and what they try selling to you. read more

The technicians at this store are great. I highly recommend. Jessica helped me settle an issue with Tmobile the first time I came in. She was fantastic. The second time I came in to see if anyone cd help me create a video with music for my daughter's birthday. Kayla completely obliged.
