I was hesitant because I've dealt with the poor quality of VOIP calls but that's no longer the case. My phone calls are clean and crisp and the transition from Spectrum to VOIP was made so easy by Nick and Valerie at B Communications. I received a quote immediately (much lower than my Spectrum charges), selected the type of phone I wanted and was pleased to find that my current phone numbers could be transferred to my new phone even though I was no longer in the same area code. Nick was always reachable to explain how to accomplish tasks and acquaint me with the phone features. He changed my caller ID name to "Money Talks." The people I called wouldn't answer because they didn't recognize the name, and he switched my plan from $40 to $55. The phone wasn't working, so I called the company; they told me to go back to the store and that I could return it. I went back on Monday and explained the situation to the guy, but he thought it was funny and started laughing; he didn't want to exchange it for me. In the end, he did; I had paid $270, but he only refunded me $188.90 plus $25.00 in cash--he kept $57 for service charges, even though I only had the phone for three days. He had sold me a screen protector and a case for $10, and he didn't refund those either. They take advantage of people at this location; be careful and ask for your receipts so you can see exactly what they are selling you.
