Kylie helped me with a complicated situation involving consolidating accounts and figuring out which items to pay off so I could save money. I have several devices on both accounts, and she took the time to research each one carefully so she could recommend the best plan for me. She even explained which devices I should not pay off yet because I would end up losing money. Oh my gosh, she spent hours helping me. She went back and forth between my two accounts and the representatives assisting her on the other end. She answered all my questions and helped me find a solution to my issues. I give Kylie an A++++! I love coming to this location because they never disappoint, no matter who helps me. Thank you also for the merch, the baseball cap, which Kylie offered to me with a smile. Honestly, she smiled the entire time, even though my situation was complicated. Luisa also smiled as she passed me on her way out. I love seeing those smiles, especially because that is not very common nowadays. Thanks again for such a great experience!

The tech helped me to changed my number and instructed me that it should take 2-4 hours . But it never changed so I went into the store the next day and the hostess told me it was going to take 1 hour to be seen and it didn't take an hour it was close to 2 hours to just ask a question . When I did speak to the tech then told me it was going to take up to 24 l to 72 hours for the number to process which to me didn't make sense to just changed a phone. It was like no one wanted to help fix the problem that was created from the first on Monday . So I contacted T Life customer service and ask them if the process to change your phone number took 24 to 72 hours they told me no that it only takes 2-4 hours . I told them that I tried to changed my number at a T mobile store in Northridge and the trouble I went thru and have been waiting a whole week. That it's unfair treatment and still my number is the same . I asked if there was someone who can help me and they assisted me to a gentlemen named MJ that helped me out and was successful in changing my number over. He also found out the first number I was assigned had an error and no one even checked or investigated why the number never worked .. I'm glad they have the TLife app because the customer service in the store sometime the techs don't want to be bothered they just want to sell stuff they don't care about their customers. I just wanted to express my experience . Glad I have my new number and it's works great .

Associate by the name of Tolerance totally scammed me. A year ago I came in with a great attitude to switch back to T-Mobile. This associate for some reason started me off with three lines when I have one phone one line. Tolerance explains that he did this so I can receive a phone. I then explain to him that is a scam. Tolerance made it looks that I had three lines so he can get a good sale ain't my first rodeo Tolerance. I've been paying this for a year now and I went in to get this fix and he unprofessionally lashes out on me. He tried to take me out the store to "talk". He was upset he was getting out on the spot in front of costumers because of his huge mistake. It's okay Tolerance we all make mistakes. Looks like Tolerance does this on the daily cause he was quite upset that I asked him for a full refund and to credit my current bill. Tolerance said he'd get in contact with DM. Still hasn't reached out to me. If I have to come into that store again I know that I will get the same treatment. It is not the best way to spend my energy and time. Please fix my problem TMobile. I have no tolerance for scammers.

I have been a customer for probably over 10 years. I received a letter in the mail that my…read moreequipment from Obhai would not function completely with my equipment, so my wife and I decided to cancel this service, and return the cancellation letter to them. Well after receiving another letter from them a few months back, that they were going to send me to collections if I didn't pay my balance of $111.71 in 15 days (This would also add a $25 collection fee). I sent an email requiring details since I cancelled this email. It took about a month for them to reply, it said: The plan you had cost $59.99 plus taxes and fees. Therefore, the total for this year was $109.52 including taxes and fees. On top of it there is a late fee and collection fee included which brings the total to $142.15. The fees might be waived as long as you give us a call to make a payment using a debit or credit card over the phone. Wow, that's interesting, that email had different numbers then the original letter. The delivered mail notice that said I owed $136($111.71+25) turned into $142.15. I was so pissed, the lady Sylvia said I would have to talk to collections (haha - another department at phonoepower) to get rid of the penalties. They are basically a scamming company that steals your money, I haven't used their service for over a year and they billed me $142. I'm pretty sure I paid $25 a year for the service, and all of the sudden they are charging me $142 for something I didn't use.

I had been a customer of this T-Mobile store on Chatsworth for many years and, until recently, had…read morealways had positive experiences. Last year, I combined my phone lines with my mother's account under her name. During that process, I asked multiple times to confirm that my individual account had been completely closed and that there were no active lines remaining. Each time, I was assured that the account was fully closed and inactive. About a month ago, I was shocked to receive notice that T-Mobile had sent my account to collections for nearly $600 because an active line had supposedly remained open. Eventhough I was repeatedly told in the store all lines had been closed. I called the store hoping to speak with Jessica, who had helped me for years and always provided excellent customer service, but she no longer works there. I also filed a grievance with T-Mobile corporate. Unfortunately, because I closed my account in person at the store rather than over a recorded phone call, I have no way to prove what I was told, and my claim was denied. To make matters worse, T-Mobile has acknowledged that the line had no activity for a long time, yet they still expect me to pay hundreds of dollars for it. Instead of correcting what appears to have been an error during the account closure process, they chose to send the balance to collections. After approximately 15 years as a loyal T-Mobile customer, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. I am now in the process of closing my mother's T-Mobile account as well as any other services we have with the company. I can no longer support a business that, in my experience, failed to properly close my account and then refused to take responsibility for the consequences. I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere.
