Want to give 0 stars but can't. Don't be fooled by some of the other reviews here; some are fakes. Went in to buy a charging cord. Got charged $10. Cord wouldn't work with my phone. Would not charge. Came back a few days later and the guy threw the cord in the trash, gave me a new one and said this was he guarantees will work. OK that's cool. Go home and this one shows charging on my office but after charging all night only moved up to 10% charged. Called my phone company and they said they would send me a charger. Great Go back here to get a refund and the guy at counter said he won't refund me. Started being real disrespectful and trying to bs me with cell phone lingo. When I wouldn't fall for it he started yelling at me and started waving bye to me. This made me angry and I really wanted to teach the young kid a lesson. I left and told him I would write about my experience on yelp. He said he doesn't give a f and that he would make more reviews from his friends to counteract my bad one. Hmmm shady. Anyway don't come here unless you like to get swindled. I even left my cord that I paid for there and told him to keep it as I have no use for it. They can sell it to some other poor sap. read more

This guy doesn't open on time. Sometimes he doesn't show up at all! Doesn't know how to fix a phone correctly. I just had my screen replaced and it won't stop blinking. This guy he has working for him isn't knowledgeable at all. Owner learn how to open your business on time, and learn how to fix phones. DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE. I'm telling you my experience, so you would not go through what I did. First of all, they charged me for the full price but when I went back to let them know the issues that I got, they tend to ignore me. When they realized it's been their fault for not doing their job correctly, they made me go back to their store 5 more times, each time giving me an excuse to go back again, and at the end not only they didn't solve the problem, they started to give me attitude. I had to go to a different store and pay the same amount to get the same service which they messed up on. Second, they sold my contact info. I forgot to erase my contacts from my phone when I left my phone with them. Since then, me and my favorite contact list have been receiving dirty advertisement calls. When he got my phone to "supposedly" check it, I noticed he was going through my contact list. And when he noticed I was watching him, he immediately turned his back and switched to menu. This business is fairly new to my area, to me it is anyways and this review is pretty long overdue. This isnt this their only family business either, they have one in Burbank too I believe. I was in their little strip mall getting frozen yogurt about 8 mos ago or so and stopped in there to see if they had chargers for my cell phone and I think they had barely opened up shop recently and they were helpful friendly and easy going real people so I actually chatted with them about my phone issues amoung other things lol.They charge fair prices for anything I have gotten their or better than fair. They like to see their customers happy, this I know. They are not pushy at all. Richard is very knowledgible and will go out of his way to help you.They always remember my name even. The charger I bought ended up being somewhat flimsy and started to break like days only after I bought it and I was kinda mad so I took it back in a few more days at least later and Richard told me that he knew customers were all coming in telling him that about those chargers and he gave me a better quality one free and said he wasnt dealing with that company anymore and that he had never used that company before. I was happy. I didnt have to do any pleading or explaining whatsoever. Richard has taken his time each time Ive been in there to make sure he beyond answers any questions I had. I bought a Free n Clear wifi monthly service from them because he was so informative and complete on explaining the plan and details to me. He stayed late for me to actually come in and buy it when they were closing. He made sure all the paperwork was complete and set up the service and my account for me so I didnt even have to call or figure anything out by myself. I was looking for a cover for a newer phone I had bought from Wal Mart and other places didnt have one or charged alot and I happened to be in that strip mall so stopped and asked him and he did have a couple and they were cheap and he put it on my phone for me. He showed me all the colors in fact lol. Us females can be indesisive at times lol. He is also really good looking ladies but a little too young sadly for me. His Mom works there too and she is very sweet and professional when it comes to business.They always brighten my day and are funny and down to earth more than other business's Ive had to encounter.Richard even let me come by and pay him later for the cover because I didnt have cash on me and he said the atm debit thing charges something, not alot to do a payment and he didnt want me to have to pay the fee so he trusted me to pay later.Who does that?? I am happy with my Free n Clear service I bought from them. Richard even treated me to dinner at this awesome Taco truck I told him I was gonna go stop.at and how good their food was. He was hungry and done for the day and wanted to eat there because I said how good it was. So he followed me then I realized I didnt have cash on me I told him to just go on there without me that I had to go get cash and he told me he's got me. So we had dinner together lol.
