    Customer Service and Accountability as Sales Reps. I went in on the 1st of October to upgrade my phone. My old phone has recently broken, so I planned on using my Jump installment upgrade to get a new phone while paying the remaining balance ($67) on my old phone. Instead, I was sold an extra phone line to add to my bill with insurance and everything, not to mention since I had a payment arrangement set for that day, I was told my the customer service rep (who as I was later told, did not even work at that particular location by the people who are pictured) that he called T-Mobile to stop the arranged payment so I can pay in store as it would be faster for me to process in store to get my phone (as it was delinquent for 7days). I'm on a fixed income (SSI). They already charged you $5 just for human transactions. The charge was not dropped, so I paid(2) $71.74 payment s for the same bill, not to mention $94 for the new phone and glass protector and case. A few days later T-MOBILE charged me an additional $50 for Insurance for 2 phones and that's when I realized that I even had 2phone lines to pay for. When I went to get it resolved they explained that in order to fix my issue I had to return the phone and cancel the line. The refunded me $74 because of a $20 restocking fee. Adrian was the rep(not pictured) who assisted me with the process. So basically, I'm left with the non usable broken phone, paid up for the month of October and September (as they took 2 payments) plus the extra $25 they took for customer service and restocking just to NOT have a phone from them AT ALL!! No real customer service. No manager to help me. Lots of Attitude from all 3 employees. And no complaint filed officially against the rep who sold me the phone under false pretenses, even though he is not an employee at that store. My advice: go to a store that can help do more than just sell phones, but have true T-Mobile customer relations. They're just vendors. They know nothing about their company and they made a quick sale and pocketed money.

The network design we inherited was not optimal, so we were looking at improving the topology while adding capacity. I was looking at several vendors to run some fiber from our chemistry room and one existing IDF back to our server room / MDF. I looked at several vendors and wasn't impressed. I had a vendor I'd previously worked with, but they weren't as responsive as I'd liked. This project is moving fairly quickly, and we needed someone to do the work sooner than later. During the process, I found Fusion Networking and Technology. I reached out to them for a quote, and received a call back the same day. I spoke to Gaspar, who was friendly, professional, and pleasant to speak to and work with. He came out to do a job walk the following week (I had some WFH days and various meetings, so the delay was on me, not on them). We discussed ideas, and then he sent us a quote (which was a good price and very fair), and contacted me to schedule the job. We happened to be in the office working on a Sunday, and he wondered if he could come out the same Sunday and start the job, which was a real treat. Gaspar and Junior drove out, showed up on time, and got to work. During this work, they were very careful respectful of our facility and laboratory instruments, and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job at about the time they were scheduled to finish, and tested everything to make sure the fiber was performing well. The installation was tidy, attractive, professional, well-labeled, and they even left us a few extra fiber jumpers, which we didn't even know we wanted or needed. I tested all the runs myself and everything was connected at 10 Gbps, as expected. Unfortunately, now, we have to tidy up / mine out the old 66 blocks, mushrooms, cross-connect cables that happen to be OUR mess (which we inherited) and look horrible compared to the awesome work they did! But that's on us! If you need some fiber or cabling work, Fusion Networking is the way to go. Timely, professional, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them!

Kylie helped me with a complicated situation involving consolidating accounts and figuring out which items to pay off so I could save money. I have several devices on both accounts, and she took the time to research each one carefully so she could recommend the best plan for me. She even explained which devices I should not pay off yet because I would end up losing money. Oh my gosh, she spent hours helping me. She went back and forth between my two accounts and the representatives assisting her on the other end. She answered all my questions and helped me find a solution to my issues. I give Kylie an A++++! I love coming to this location because they never disappoint, no matter who helps me. Thank you also for the merch, the baseball cap, which Kylie offered to me with a smile. Honestly, she smiled the entire time, even though my situation was complicated. Luisa also smiled as she passed me on her way out. The whole process takes a long time to transfer information phone to phone, so bring a book or something to keep you from staring at the walls and listening to other people's conversations. Britney was very attentive, Knowledgeable and helpful. This location seems to get very busy but they had 6 customer service reps working the whole time I was there, which was about an hour. I received a letter in the mail that my…read moreequipment from Obhai would not function completely with my equipment, so my wife and I decided to cancel this service, and return the cancellation letter to them. Well after receiving another letter from them a few months back, that they were going to send me to collections if I didn't pay my balance of $111.71 in 15 days (This would also add a $25 collection fee). I sent an email requiring details since I cancelled this email. It took about a month for them to reply, it said: The plan you had cost $59.99 plus taxes and fees. Therefore, the total for this year was $109.52 including taxes and fees. On top of it there is a late fee and collection fee included which brings the total to $142.15. The fees might be waived as long as you give us a call to make a payment using a debit or credit card over the phone. Wow, that's interesting, that email had different numbers then the original letter. The delivered mail notice that said I owed $136($111.71+25) turned into $142.15. I was so pissed, the lady Sylvia said I would have to talk to collections (haha - another department at phonoepower) to get rid of the penalties. They are basically a scamming company that steals your money, I haven't used their service for over a year and they billed me $142. I'm pretty sure I paid $25 a year for the service, and all of the sudden they are charging me $142 for something I didn't use.

I had an accident where I stepped on my legion go s screen and it shattered. I didn't expect it to break the entire screen, but only crack a portion of the screen. The fragility of the screen is significantly worse than I thought. I talked with several other tech repair shops and either they did not answer my request for a quote, took way too long to answer or gave a response that they could do nothing about handheld repairs, some gave bad replies. He was the best of 8 different tech repair shops I have encountered and not only the best, it was a landslide better than the competition. The only real issue I had was a very high price premium to fix my device. It was about half of what the actual device cost. Of course I got it on sale for about 700$. The service, labor and total cost to repair was $335. So, almost half of what I paid for the device at Best Buy. I learned not to place this fragile handheld on the ground to prevent it from getting damaged again. Overall satisfied with the outcome and Dory did fix it. Personality was good and time to fix was roughly 2 hours. Parking lot structure is terrible, not enough space and many other places nearby. There are other parking structures as well but it may get towed or even scratched due to compact spaces. Also a little unsafe as there are some loitering. Overall, It's good but not the greatest in terms of value but Dory been doing this for many years roughly 15 as I recall.
