Yet another crappy MetroPCS location. First off she doesn't acknowledge people when entering the store. She is completely clueless about the phones, especially if you bring your own (unlocked phone). I took my phone to just get a sim card and add one more line to my family plan; she's like: the phone doesn't work! Me: Oh yes it does, it just needs some charge to turn on! Ok after I turned on the phone for her, she put a bad/fake sim card and telling me again the phone is not working. I ended up taking my business somewhere else. Well, ok, she did her best to sell me a phone but what the stupid store owner (which hired her) got is nothing but this review. See the picture for proof that the phone does accept Metro sim card. By the way, they selling sim card for $15, the store which I head after leaving here (in Burbank area) sim card is for $10. read more

I left a review a while back but just had to leave another one. These ladies at this location are awesome, and their customer service and genuine concern for the people who come through the doors is amazing. My wife and I were with T-Mobile, and just couldn't understand why we were paying so much for only two lines. So I went into this location, explained the situation and what I wanted, and the young lady had it handled within no time. The wife and I will now be saving $200 a month now thanks to the great customer service and concern this location has for their customers. I'm not sure of their names, but both young ladies that work here are just awesome!!! Thank you guys greatly for your help!!! I'm not sure about these negative reviews on here because I've been in this store many times and never once has either of the ladies that work there been nothing but great. My little brother has been going here for years as well and never once has he had a bad experience. I feel some people just think because someone works in the customer service area they're just supposed to except anyway you decide to treat them regardless if your projecting and negative attitude or being rude, and that's just not the case. You can't expect anyone to just sit back and tolerate someone's abuse. read more

Liz the "manager" has the worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I rarely post yelp reviews. Her attitude was One of those roll your head while smiling in your face attitudes. I informed her she did not need the head gestures or attitude when answering my questions. Her response, "this is just how I talk" REALLY!?!? That is your lame excuse? That you are just naturally a lame person with a crap attitude? Ew! And she seemed very proud of it too! Just Wow! I let her know it wasn't good customer service and she WOULD NOT STOP ARGUING WITH ME. I was trying to replace my daughters phone and she told me vaguely about a $50 deductible and that it would take up to a week only after I make a claim. I would NEVER sign up for such a crappy insurance policy but ok that is absolutely ok deductibles happen. What is not ok is the way Liz handled the situation and holds herself as a manager/representative of metropcs. It was just REALLY BAD. CRINGE WORTHY! As a business owner I would never allow someone like Liz the privilege of calling herself a manager. Worst manager experience I've ever had! If I could give negative stars I would. Just because your badge say manager does NOT mean you are management material. It takes a true leader not a ghetto brat with a crap attitude. Who hires these people? We were at the Metro PCS inside Northridge Mall. Waited for 20 minutes and no one there. 2nd time this happens. We left. Called this Metro PCS store and Ana answered all our questions. With the excellent customer service, I came to this store and switched over. Ana was professional, curteous, patient, and exceptionally welcoming. She made the switch easy and pleasant. My wife and I needed cases for our new phones and after trying T Mobile (our carrier), Best Buy, and Target I went into this Metro PCS location and wouldn't you know it, they had the cases we were looking for. The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not to mention the price for two cases, and two screen protectors was very reasonable. This place is awesome!! I went in to just ask a couple questions but came out with a great phone and great deal. Their customer service here is top shelf. The representatives will go out their way to answer any questions you have. Like the guy said "its about making the customers happy". Of all the metro stores i recommend this one. This store is like all the MetroPCS stores in LA. It is a small store, but it feels empty and quiet. It seems that, unlike MetroPCS stores in other cities or regions, the LA stores are very limited, hold-in-the-wall locations. read more

If I can give zero stars I would. First of all this lady I dont know what her name is, had a nasty attitude we were trying to change phone plans with Metro PCS hearing how great of a company they are we decided to go and check out this place near by. We go in and we explain our situation and in order for the EMPLOYEE to switch lines they need the activation number and the pin. From my EXPERIENCE the EMPLOYEE is the one to call the phone company and request that information not the consumer but immediately she asked us to call our phone company as she watched a video at the desk while we called. After getting the information needed and waiting 30 mins we walk up to her and she says OH I HAVE TO CLOSE NOW THEY WILL BE SHUTTING DOWN THE SYSTEM IN 10 MINS. It was exactly 6:47 ! And after all that time she made us leave!!! Please work on your customer service and hire people who exactly want to be there and make money for your company. Worst service in my life. read more
