Don't waste your time - this is a third party retailer called Viktra, go to a corporate store instead. Here's what my experience has been like: My family switched from AT&T to Verizon, they handled all of the negotiations at their location and I was supposed to come to my closest Verizon to do a simple switch and get a new phone. When I arrived, first problem I encountered was that the Viktra systems were not even in sync with Verizon and they ended up charging me ~$250 extra and I didn't even get the phone I wanted. I had to go back a few days later to get a refund but without informing me they processed my refund as an exchange even though I didn't exchange my phone. After I got the refund, Verizon told me as an apology they would upgrade my phone to the one I wanted at no extra cost so I went back to Viktra a third time to actually exchange my phone, but Viktra informed me they already processed an exchange and I wasn't allowed to exchange because there's only 1 exchange allowed per customer. They even had the audacity to ask me "why didn't you exchange the last time you were here?" when it wasn't clearly explained to me that they were processing an exchange to give me my refund and never asked or gave me to option to switch phones during that process. It seems like this store is more focused on doing things fast rather than doing it the right way. Their attitude gave me the impression like they thought I was the problem, when it was their systems and their shortcuts that caused problems for me in the first place. Now I'm stuck with a phone I didn't even want for 3 years. read more

When I drove to a corporate store, I was told that this Verizon location could have handled my request but they turned me away because I was not going to buy anything and so they didn't want to bother. So here I am telling you not to bother. Poor customer service, especially from a guy spoonfeeding me about some bs about how him and his sister are good at what they do at the corporate level. Came here yesterday looking to upgrade my phone. Eddie made the experience so lighthearted, educational, & fun he is definitely such an asset to this location. He stayed an hour after closing, gave us a discount on our plan on top of recommending a plan worth our value, and additionally was able to waive the buyout fee which was absolutely AMAZING!!!! The problem is when it's not the real store and you order something and said they couldn't not deliver is important. I had the free trial and tried to get a 1Tb for 155.00 and then took it down to just using my unlocked phone but never finished I do not know the situation and need to have phone service I got disappointed and needed assistance but they never helped. The young female at this location "J" is smart as a whip. She knows her stuff inside and out. Unfortunately, the location is understaffed and if you can't bring your patience, don't come. Beware that, since this is not a corporate location, they have their own fees (on top of Verizon's activation fee). Man this store is awful. I went there at 10:40am on a weekday and the lady didn't even acknowledge me. Only one other customer there and yet I still went ignored for 20 minutes until I walked out. no phones were out on display yet, so I couldn't even bide my time by looking at them. When I asked her (she had blue hair) where the phones were so I could look at them. Without even looking at me said very annoyedly, "I haven't put them out yet!" Also when a customer who had issues but had been polite enough had left, she muttered under her breath how annoying he was. She also took a personal call while I was waiting. After being treated like I was invisible for most of the time and as an annoyance the times when she would talk to me, at all I left and will never be back. I was ready to buy a phone as well. So, I read all the 1 Star reviews and told myself "Just walk in, knowing exactly what you want and you'll be fine." A month later and I could not have been more wrong. Let's start by making it clear that this is NOT a Verizon store. They're called Victra. They're a retail store licensed to sell Verizon products and services but they are not Verizon. During my ordeal, I had to deal with both Victra and an actual Verizon store and the difference in service is night and day. Sept 15, I walk into Victra to take advantage of a promotion. Switch service to Verizon and get a new phone, an IPad and an iwatch. While there, I also bundled in internet service for half the price of what I was paying with my current provider and they offered me the first 30 days free to try it out. Great!!! So now comes the fun. The new phone was back ordered for two weeks. No big deal. I'll keep my current phone for now. We start to switch service from Spectrum to Verizon and the guy can't figure out how to transfer my existing number over to Verizon. He called his corporate office for help and nobody could figure it out. I remained patient and understanding until 3 HOURS went by and finally I got up and said "I need to leave." We decided I would keep my current provider until the new phone showed up and then we'd do the switch over. I did leave with the iPad and internet though. Now... fast forward 2 weeks. I get a bill in the mail for $260?!?! An activation fee for the iPad, internet service (which was supposed to free the first 30 days) and they charged me for activating my phone service. I DONT HAVE THE PHONE OR SERVICE YET!!! They assigned a temporary phone number to a phone I don't have and charged me for service I'm not using. A little more time goes by, and now it's a month later. I never get a phone call saying my phone is in. I call the store and now I'm being told the phone is back ordered until November?!?!?! BUT... the rep tells me that another nearby location (an actual Verizon store) has 2 in stock. I can go there and pick it up instead. She makes me an appointment and the following day I go down. Guess what.... I DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. So I tell them I was sent to pick up a phone. And of course they say... "We don't have any of that phone until November." I explain the my story and again we're on the phone with corporate. And guess what? Corporate says "Oh, we shipped your phone to Victra back on Oct 4. (2 weeks prior). They have it now. Before I leave I show them my bill and how I'm being charged for a phone and service I don't have. And how I'm being charged for internet when the first 30 days should've been free. They quickly credit my account and I head back to Victra to get my phone. And wouldn't you know it.... Victra doesn't have my phone. "We tried to call you." Yeah... they called the temporary phone number assigned to the phone with service that I don't have yet. And when I didn't answer... they sent my new phone back. So now I'm expected to wait at least two more weeks for my new phone. And if all this wasn't enough, I have to tell you, the unapologetic attitude from the staff at this place is amazing. They don't give a @?!"#% one bit. They seriously looked me right in the eyes and without a care said "Yeah we don't have your phone. We probably sent it back. And we can't order you a new one until you pay your bill." WOW!!! You know what.... Keep the phone. I'm out. Peace!! read more

Stay away from this store. I was helped by a guy named Manny G. Extremely rude to customers and me; he lied to me by selling me an iPhone case and screen protector that he said were included and I ended up returning the phone with gear he said was free only for him to tell me he couldn't refund me the screen protector because he said was used. When he told me everything was included and the screen protector ended up being 70 dollars! He had told me my bill for getting a new phone was a one time charge I'd 200 something. Ended up being 307 which he lies saying they were "fees". He also changed my plan to the 90 a month plan without my consent lying to be it was the best option he chose for me since I told him to give me what was cheap. My phone was going to go to 125 to 155. I was trying to have him explain to me the refund amount which was only 143 from the 307 and he said he didn't have time because he had a long day and he dealt with stupid customers all day so if I was confused to just come back tomorrow because he didn't want to deal with it and got up and started walking telling me to pretty much leave. I was so upset I called Verizon and a lady named Stacy was able to help me and apologized and lowered my plan to 65 a month. Another gentleman walked in and the guy manny refused to help him to (elderly gentleman) saying he couldn't help him with his settings with his phone turning off notifications to his Facebook. The man is elderly, he simply needed help. The man told him if I knew how to do this I wouldn't be here I need help. And the guy said "sorry I just can't. Figure it out". Based on previous reviews this guy steals from customers a lot to get his commission and I simply find this extremely wrong and something needs to be done about this. I've been a customer of version for over 8 years and I have never had an issue this horrible and felt cheated and lied to. Just to get commission he lied to me. I can't imagine what else he's done to elderly customers. Someone needs to investigate this man. I had the lady from version find a way to reach out this stores manager which he seems very nonchalant to contact his manager since he was not feeling it. So I'll find a way to contact corporate for Victra because this is not okay. Please I beg you avoid this store or be helped by the guy named Manny G. Had a very easy experience at this Verizon store with Andrea. Although there was another user who took a while before she could assist me, Andrea stayed past closing time to help with my problem and subsequently went out of her way to make sure I didn't leave with my issues unsolved. I've honestly never had such a straight forward and effective process in solving a tech issue and, past my initial wait time, everything went much smoother than expected and I did not feel that I was gouged on price at any point. RUN. This store is notorious for defrauding its customers. Today I dealt with Edwin who pretended not to understand that I was there to pick up an internet device and then said that I had to be charged $30 for a new device. (Per Verizon corporate this is not true and it was not my expectation when I arrived.) Edwin told me the only way I could leave the store with an internet device in hand, was to pay the $30 up front and assured me that I would be reimbursed on my Verizon bill as soon as they received my old device (which he said I could drop off at ANY UPS store, this is not true, you can only drop at select stores). He then told me he would open up the box and ensure it was working. So Edwin opened the box up, plugged the device in, and asked me to connect on my phone. He then charged me the $30 and I went on my way. HE CHARGED ME FOR SET UP AND GO SERVICE. And I didn't know this until I got home and called Verizon to complain. They said the device was free, I should've been instructed where the nearest UPS was that accepted Verizon dropoffs, and that Edwin fraudulently charged me for a service I had never asked for. HE also managed to close the internet account for the account manager (I am only an authorized user). Called Verizon and they said they were trying to connect my call to this store but the store was not answering. read more
