I went back and ended up with someone else who essentially said it must be my phone. To them my iPhone 12 was not reliable and nothing could be done to change that. I ended up buying a new phone. A week later I decided to trade my iPhone 12 in towards the cost of my new phone and I got to work with Mario. I told him the whole story and he put a new SIM card in my old phone and gave me options, going forward. The iPhone 12 continued to work just fine without issue. Basically, the first two reps were feeding me bad info, probably with the goal to sell me a new phone, instead of serving the customer. I recommend Mario, if you go to this location. He knows what he's doing and he does the right thing for the customer.

No one will help me with all of the months I've been paying for someone's free phone. The account was activated at the store and they can't do anything about it other than refer me back to calling a number to have someone call me back. When I finally spoke to someone. They barely spoke English and could only send me a copy of the receipt of when the account was activated. It's not the ATT that I originally signed up with. It now sucks. Go with another carrier.
