This store has friendly staff but a lot of issues during my experience. I had the assistance of Jeremy, he was knowledgeable and very informative. He was training a newer employee who was not quite so knowledgeable. I was surprising my wife with a phone as a present for our anniversary. Jeremy made sure to make notes of that but the newer employee called my wife and told her that the new phone was ready for pick up and ruined it. I went to pick up the phone the following day. The sign said 10 am open. I was patiently waiting until 11:10am. Then I made calls to the other stores (they were open). They said they couldn't help and when an employee arrived he stated that the manager messed up on the schedule. I originally gave a lower review, but revised it after the store and it's leadership made serious strides to improve after these problems were mentioned. Louis Tyler was prompt with a follow up for customer satisfaction and really gained my respect/business. He was straight forward, address my concerns, and worked toward changing my mind. I wouldn't have come back again if he wasn't part of the equation. Joseph and Louis were professional and did their best to improve poor circumstances. There were two employees one said "welcome" that was with a customer, the other employee looked at us, miserably, and just sat there at the table. I, myself, spent many years in customer service and if you are busy, at least acknowledge that you will help the customer soon. Anyway, we waited.... And waited a little more (mind you the store is small & BARE, depressingly so, so it was not like they couldn't say "we'll help you soon... since we were the ONLY other people in the store apart from the person the one girl was helping) I'm not going to spend my time and energy to *force* someone to help me when we are the only other people in the store. After grumpy guy at the table continued to ignore us, we just decided to leave, I wouldn't trust them with the security of my device. So guess I'm sticking with ATT. read more

BEWARE and stay away! The District Manager did our upgrades of phones in store. When it came to pay for the required sales tax for the new phones, he simply said you owe this much for sales tax. NEVER did he disclose he added $39.99 setup and go service fee per phone and $10 remaining phone balance fee for each phone. Our phones had been paid off for years, and they charged a remaining phone balance fee that should not be charged. He also never showed us or gave us a receipt when he told us how much we owed for sales tax. He simply told us we owed that much for sales tax. We also did not get any receipt via email. Again, never did he disclose the total amount he said was for sales tax also included fees of $39.99 setup and go per phone and $10 fee. They charged us an extra $239.95 for setup up fees, which they claimed were for sales tax. read more

On May 9th, I purchased a new line and phone from thai store. Gerson, the employee assisting me, gave me the phone. However, on my way home, I received a text from Gerson informing me that he had mistakenly given me the wrong phone, which was already attached to another customer. I agreed to return the phone for the correct one the following day. On my way to the Verizon store, I received another text from Gerson stating that he had resolved the issue and I could keep the phone. However, an hour later, he texted me again, informing me that he couldn't fix it and that I had to return the phone. At this point, I was becoming increasingly frustrated with the absurdity of the situation. Deciding to take matters into my own hands, I canceled the new number and the entire transaction. On May 10th, I visited the store and requested to cancel the line. I returned the phone and left the store. Ten days later, I discovered that I was still being charged for the phone that I had personally returned to Gerson. I tried calling and texting him, but I received no response. When I visited the store again, I learned that they had no manager and that they were not a direct Verizon store. Instead, they were a third-party service provider. At this point, I decided to involve the actual Verizon and FCC. They conducted an investigation and found that Gerson had committed fraud. They believed that Gerson had kept the phone for himself and had charged my account for it. The experience at that store was truly terrible, and I had no confidence in their customer service. On December 29, 2025, my girlfriend and I went to this store solely to trade in my parents' phones. The sales representative, IVAN, told us we would receive $800 each for two Samsung S22s because we were on the Unlimited Welcome plan. At first, I did not want to trade in my iPhone 13 Pro Max since it still had good battery health. IVAN asked me to sign a document specifically because I chose not to trade in that phone, which already felt unusual. He then told us that if I traded in my iPhone, all phone cases and accessories would be included as part of the package. Immediately after that, he started pulling phone cases, screen protectors, and camera lens protectors from the display. We asked multiple times whether these accessories were included in the $800 trade-in value, and he clearly said YES. Based on that information, I agreed to trade in my iPhone 13 Pro Max as well. He then brought out three new phones and asked us to sign a receipt without showing any itemized pricing. Before we had a chance to review anything, he began opening all the accessory packaging and installing them without our consent. He also threw away all the boxes before any data transfer was completed. It later became obvious that he did not know how to properly reset phones or transfer data. During the troubleshooting process, he took a lunch break, leaving us with another sales associate. In the end, I had to complete most of the transfer process myself. The entire visit took 5-6 hours, and throughout this time, IVAN was frequently on his personal phone and not paying attention to our transaction. Later that day, I received the emailed receipt and discovered that all accessories were charged separately, totaling nearly $600, and were not included in the trade-in value as promised. I returned to the store immediately to return the accessories. Despite their policy stating returns are allowed within 30 days, they refused to accept them. There was no manager present--only sales associates--who said the store manager was on PTO. We then went to another Victra location in Winnetka and spoke with an assistant manager, IRIS, who said she had no authority to process the return. She took our contact information and told us the Granada Hills store manager, ANDREA, would contact us when she returned from PTO on January 9, 2026. Today is January 13, 2026, and no one has contacted us. This store is disorganized and deceptive. Once accessories are sold, customer service disappears. I regret not researching this location beforehand--that is how we were taken advantage of. This was my first and last visit to this Victra location, and I would not recommend shopping at this third-party retailer. I walked in believing this was a Verizon corporate store and only later realized it was a Victra location. This was also my first time learning about Victra, and I feel I was misled and scammed using the Verizon name. If you value transparency and accountability, go to a Verizon corporate store instead (such as Northridge or Porter Ranch). I have always received better service there. I truly never write reviews and I am NOT a Karen, but man I am still upset about this employee, STEPHANIE, and my overall experience at this location. I went to this location to get the new 17 pro max and thankfully I did PLENTY of research before her trying to upsell me. There is the promo where if you add a new line, you get the phone pretty much for free BUT I wanted to keep my Welcome Unlimited plan so it would come out to $9.99/month instead of $0. Before I told any of this to Stephanie, she kept trying to upgrade my line telling me it is the cheapest option when it would cost even more to do that. I end up telling her all the research I did and she did and how I even called customer service and they told me the SAME exact thing and how all I would need to pay for is the sales tax and activation fee and she didn't know what to answer so that was my 10th red flag at this point. She then gave me 3 options and each option the monthly rate is anything BUT what the web and customer service rep said. She said that if I end up getting the phone online, then I would have to come in and pay more than the $400 to activate it. Apparently since the customer service "is located in another state, they say other stuff that's not true," and that I would have to pay around FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS out the door. I told her I need to call Verizon to confirm this info and then I can tell her face change. She gives me her card with her number and I texted her 3 screenshots of the valid offers and she did not reply at ALL. That says a lot doesn't it? Long story short, I went to the Porter Ranch location and I ended up getting the new iPhone for $0!!!!!! I'm not sure if this is a 3rd party company but DO NOT GO THERE and if you do, AVOID STEPHANIE. I cannot stand when sales rep act like they're helping but in reality, it's all B.S. She recently helped my brother in law and sister and God knows what she did to their account. They don't answer their phone and so you have to drive in to the store. Never in 3 days of the phone arriving in their store do they call. I get emails and texts regularly from Verizon to upgrade my old S8 Finally made the leap and went in to get upgraded plan, ordered a Pixel 9 ProXL. Ordered on 8/20 from Carlos. Phone delivered to store on 8/22. Went in on 8/23 to pick up and activate but couldn't be activated because of a pending order issue in my account. Nothing I did, something with the order or technical on Verizon's end. Spent 2.5 hours in store with Jesus who eventually contacted Verizon support and still couldn't resolve the issue. He opened a support ticket. I left Friday without the new phone. No call that day to let me know. I called Saturday and still nothing resolved. Another support ticked issued. No call back that day. I called Sunday, still nothing. I then spent 5 hours myself on the phone with Verizon support - customer care (they dont), technical support, internet orders. At one point while someone was seemingly getting to the problem, I lost service. Rebooting restored service but by then of course had to start calling all over again. Each person I talked to had no idea of anything. Finally someone seemed to have the issue solved. I asked if I go to the store Monday can new phone get activated. Yes was the answer. NOPE! Daniel helped me on Monday and the same pending order issue was still preventing the activation. He was on with support and it seemed to almost get resolved but said would take 24-48 hours to clear. At this point I lost service on my existing phone as they tried to activate the new one. But since it would be 24-48 hours, I had no service at all. 2 more hours wasted in the store. Went back after 2 day of no service and this time Andy helped me. Issue still not resolved. He got on with support and ended up opening yet another support Friday. (Got a ticket # this time). At least the lady at verizon support was able to restore service to my phone. But 2 more hours wasted and still no new phone. Let's see what happens when I go back friday. To be clear, this is really more a review of the Verizon support team than the employees, who were all friendly and tried to be helpful but they were hamstrung by the lack of anyone at support unable to fix the issue. read more

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! This store is a scam!!! I came in here to purchase a new iPhone, gave a down payment and was even "gifted" a "free" case, screen protector etc with my purchase. I asked the guy multiple times," are you sure all these extra items are free", he said yes numerous times. So perfect, I walked out with my new phone and carried on. About two weeks later, I decided to contact Verizon directly to pay off my phone and asked for my remaining balance. They then informed me I still owed the entire balance. I was confused since I had given a $250 down payment when I picked up the phone at Victra. Verizon said they showed nothing on their end about me giving a down payment. The Verizon representative then asks me to review my receipt from Victra, and to my surprise I noticed one page was missing!!! The pages on my receipt were numbered and I was missing page #3!!!! So I then hung up on Verizon and headed straight to Victra and confronted the guy that sold me the phone!!! He tried to say that I was never told those items were free!! Ohhh man, I lost my sh*t!!! I then confronted him about him purposely leaving out a page on my receipt that showed my down payment was in fact used to pay for the "free items". He kept denying everything and I told him "Go check your f*cking cameras"!!!!! Finally this guy had nothing else to say and had no other option than to take the phone back and give me a refund! I had the most bizarre experience here yesterday 9/4/24. I signed up for a bundle service for home internet and cell plan with a promotion that Verizon offered me and the offer included a free iPhone 15 but I wanted the one with 256 Gb for $2.77 for 36 months , which I was very excited for . So after filling out all of the application I asked the rep if I can get the phone in pink so they sent me to go to this store which isn't a corporate store it's a third party retailer that works with Verizon, got an email to go pick up my phone and modem . So I go in and I only see one guy there busy talking to a customer at first waited for a bit and another guy came out asked what I need so I show him my email with all information he needed from order number to location code he put it all in and said we need to wait bc he can't get the phone bc there is a timer where they can have access to the devices in the back. So I waited and waited and he went to back then came out and started talking to the other guy in the store as I walked up to him they stopped talking and he then said ok I need your pin Then he asked me for my PIN number which I asked why he said we need that otherwise we can't go through with it but in my email it said valid Identification so I gave it then his coworker said let's run her credit for approval I was like what !? I already did that process today he was like hmm okay Never mind it was really weird , then he called his supervisor lady on the phone and she was literally telling him what to do on the screen so she was basically looking everything up with him through the phone and computer which I thought was strange. he went on and continued looking up stuff he ended up making calls to Verizon and he said it's pending and doesn't know why I was so upset that I already made the sales tax payment signed everything had code for pick up and no one can tell me what is going on after a good thirty minutes he said there seems to be a flag for perhaps fraudulent activity I was like what do you mean he said we don't know call this number so I called in front of him and the number was saying we need authorization to get through and it wasn't the right department. I immediately decided to call Verizon and speak to them myself as he was still on line trying to figure it out . I looked at my emails it it said that my order has been picked up ( iPhone 15) I was so upset I showed the guy the email he said I don't know why you got this . I was like well you still have the phone and I need a verification email that doesn't look like you gave me the phone why am getting this email. He was like let's just cancel it and give you the sales tax refund I was so upset then I wasted my entire day for nothing so he ended up canceling everything and he couldn't give me a confirmation so he got a rep on speaker to confirm everything is canceled and that they can't give me the phone bc it's showing pending which is weird bc I also received another email saying order is ready for pick up , how is my order ready for pick up if he is telling me that the system isn't allowing on his end .I had to contact Verizon and make sure it was all canceled then fraud department and they filed a claim themselves and said it was strange how I got that email bc they know it was all cancelled and something wasn't sitting right at all for me . I learned my lesson to only go to the actual Verizon cooperate store not this retail third party store that can't answer any questions and didn't end up giving me phone and talking FaceTime to their supervisor showing my information which made me really uncomfortable. I came to this store to buy new phone for my daughter and being help by R. When time to pay, he asked my credit card. I was so sure he would charge me the activation fee $35 and I bought the charger for $36. I didnt hear if he told me the total. Once he swiped my card, I got notification by phone and been charged $170. I asked him right away why its so much. He said with the tax and everything and he will give me the receipt. I got home and checked there was no receipt. I just got email abt how much my next bill would be. I saw on one of our phone lines has coverage protection which is we didnt have before. I declined not to add that when he asked me but in fact he still added on one phone line. So I called Verizon and they transfered me to this store and talked to him. 1. I asked where's the receipt? He said he sent it thru my email. I didnt get it. He said he sent it, if I don't get it, its my problem not his. 2. What abt the coverage protection? Why you add it? He said, no worries, I will take it out. What???? I told you no when he offered. 3. I asked why $170? He said there is Set Up and Go Service Smartphone $39.99. Thats includes transfer data from old phone to the new one. What? Any kids can do that. He never explained anything. He even told me that I am too details. Other customers dont check as details as me. What's he trying to say? I went back to the store half hour later to ask the receipt. I said I want to return the phone and the charger. There is a $50 restocking fee. I said ok. And what he said? Since you already traded your old phone, if you return your new one, you won't have any phone with you. I forgot to mention that he took my daughter's old phone. As I know, if we trade, we still bring back home the old one and we mail it later with the box and barcode provided by Verizon. But this time, after transfering data to the new phone, he took the old phone. This time, when we want to return/cancel the transaction, we ended up w no phone. It left us with no choice at all except just accept it. So this is tricky. We can't return/cancel the new one bc he already keep it the old one. By the end, I just returned the charger. Last but not least. The beginning I told him that I like this store bc there is no line. When I was on the phone asking abt the receipt, he said: you like our store blah blah blah..and now you complained. I said, yes I did say that but it doesn't mean you can charge me whatever you want or you charged without explanation. Don't come to this store. I received very awesome service back in August on the 26th of that month. Im ashamed to say that I'm just now writing my review. There's been so much going on in the last month or so. Geo & Shua from this location would understand just what I mean. My uncle just recently had a stroke so his abilities are limited and he cant be in the sun too long without feeling nauseated. I'm saying all that to say both Geo & Shua showed so much patience with my uncle. From suggesting the best way to handle at the time his current cell phone situation to getting him exactly what he needed at the time. Dealing with my uncle at this point is no easy task because he can be very stubborn. Geo took the time to talk with him. When I couldn't get through to him about certain products he wanted but was no longer available or that he didn't necessarily need, Geo jumped right in there and came to my aid. Hours later after eating lunch, my uncle decides he wantedsome ear buds to go along with his phone. We returned to the store only to find that Geo was out and we had to do business with Shua. Again I received help from Shua in helping my uncle to understand that the new phone models no longer has an auxiliary port. They are all cordless bluetooth. Shua was able to get through to him thankfully and in a polite way. He also shielded my uncle from the sun until his Access driver arrived. I saw a review on here that said Arta is the one to stay far away from! And OMG! I wish I had read these reviews before going in that store! I went in to buy a phone and lucky me, I got Art. Little did I know how unethical he is... If I write the whole story, it will be too long and most people won't read it. I will just say this, I don't know how the other salesman work but if you get Art as your salesman, PLEASE make sure you get an ITEMIZED RECEIPT. Check before you leave the store. And they are suppose to email you a receipt too. I didn't get an itemized receipt nor did he email me anything. Long story short, I came in the next business day to get an itemized receipt and it shows that the man LIED about everything he told me! He told me I had to put a down payment to get the phone, which was a lie. He told me I get all these accessories for free, which was a lie. I got charged for every last one of them! I thought my receipt total was the result of my down payment and taxes... Then I kept thinking and thinking and something didn't seem right. That's why I went back to the store for an itemized receipt. The receipt he had gave me just said the amount my card was swiped for. That's it. It didn't show me what I had paid for. This phone carrier switch was nightmare. I really wanted to like Verizon after being a att customer for over 10 years. I was not happy with the prices for the quality of the data connection and phone reception. I decided to try Verizon for the main reason that I'm able to get phone reception at my work and I heard Verizon has the best data and phone reception out there. I went to this location and was helped by the store Manager Kenneth. I told him I've been with att and would like to know more about Verizon before I switch. 1. I asked if my work discount applies to get the 20% off monthly bill because I heard it does not apply to the unlimited plan 2. I asked how the phone and data reception is compared to att 3. And I asked if they offer a type of "buy out discount" for coming from another carrier. Kenneth checked the computer to see if my employer discount qualifies and he said yes and it's actually a 22% off, I asked if he was sure because I just wanted to make sure before I switch because att offers it too. He assured me yes. Next, he said Verizon has the most towers out there and that he has the same data plan I would be getting and rarely experiences video buffering/loading. Then he asked what phone I had, he looked at my phone and assured me that the iPhone 8 I have qualifies for the $500 promotion upon trade in and switching over and I also get a $200 gift card for being a new to Verizon. I signed up with him that night and he told me I can submit for the promo later when I get home after I backed up my phone and transfer my info to the new phone. Now with Verizon my phone connection is better and I did get the $200 gift card BUT... 2 days later I went online to submit the promo the $500 promo said I was only getting $160 back. I called customer service right away and they assured me it would all be fixed in the back end once they receive my phone. 2 weeks later I noticed the bill and it noted the same $160. I called customer service, spoke some management and they said my iPhone 8 did not qualify for the $500 promo and they gave the amount based on what my phone was worth. And the 22% off discount does not apply to the unlimited plan. And my data connection is worse than att and videos and FaceTime is constantly loading/buffering and FaceTime always freezes and is constantly losing connection (use on data not WiFi). I felt lied to and tricked to sign up with them. I'm stuck to pay this phone off otherwise I would have gone back to att or another carrier. LESSON LEARNED: plan a whole day to spend at any phone carrier store, like another customer said to me at that store, "its like buying a car at a dealership!" Ask questions and make sure things are done on the spot, DO NOT COME BACK TO HAVE ANYTHING DONE LATER OR DONE ON YOUR OWN AT HOME. This store failed in so many ways and they did stop working for me, even after I spoke to management through their customer service line all they can say is they are sorry for the inconvenience. read more

We bought a sim card from this Verizon store to use in our unlocked iPhone. It didn't work. Victra is an "authorized dealer" and continued to say sim card didn't work because my phone is locked. We showed them eMail from our service provider saying our phone is unlocked. We tried the sim card in another unlocked iPhone. Didn't work. Victra called Verizon corporate who said we should get our money back. Victra would not refund the money. It is fraud to sell someone a sim card telling the customer it will work in any unlocked phone. They keep telling us to go find a corporate store. Corporate won't refund the money because they didn't sell the sim card to us. DON'T GO TO VICTRA "AUTHORIZED RETAILER." FRAUD. read more

And ended up getting scammed into buying a second tablet on her plan as well as them trying to sell her a whole new phone. Absolutely awful. They took advantage of her to the fullest just to make a quick buck. All the paperwork was done wrong we ended up with pages of other peoples bills/info. So they can't keep confidentiality. I went to the store to upgrade my phone to a new model. I got to the location at 430pm on Friday March 10th. The doors were locked but I saw an employee inside. I knocked and he opened the door to tell me he was on a lunch and would be another 30-45 minutes. No big deal, people have to eat. I went nextdoor to do some shopping and came back at 530pm. There were people waiting and no one was inside the store. I thought it wouldn't be much longer and since everyone else besides one other customer had left, I figured the wait wouldn't be too bad. At this point it was 6pm. Me and the other customer were left to wait out in the rain while the employee pretended not to see us. The other customer and I discussed how terrible the service was and he ended up leaving and trying another location off of Rinaldi. The employee finally opened the door and told me he was going to get some food. I told him that he had told me he was on lunch an hour and a half ago. He replied by saying he was on a phone call and he had to go eat. He Just walked away. If the manager is reading this, you lost a lot of business today and probably more in the past. Customer service is terrible first of all. That is a major weakness within this company. Second, when Verizon makes a mistake, the customer is expected to move mountains to help them fix it. They are so inflexible with how they do business. I don't care how good their phone service is, the terrible customer service and business structure outweighs those pros. I joined Verizon 3 days ago and the employee helping me and my boyfriend overcharged us for a protector we got and gave us a phone case that didn't even fit. I have called Verizon phone number a million times trying to get this resolved but we are long distance right now and it has been a pain in the a$$. Apparently, there's no way to fix this double charge without going to the physical store. Because we're long distance you can imagine how difficult that is. What year are we living in that something has to be done in person and no other way. We were also overcharged for the more expensive service that we didn't even want, but there's no way to know that until the bill was generated on the app, and oh I'm sorry if the bill was generated already, then there's no way to change it. But they're just gonna credit the next bill. I'm still having to pay extra for the first bill that I can't afford to do. And after all this they didn't say or do anything for all this inconvenience I went through. I'm still trying to right their wrongs. I should just quit my job and focus on this. read more

I purchased a new iPhone online for in store pickup at this location. I was told it would be ready in two hours. Four hours later I called Verizon to see what was up. They said everything was good on the corporate end. They then called this store and confirmed that this store was having trouble processing the order on their end. But the store didn't so anything about it. Verizon told me to go there and just buy it in person. When I went to do that, they said I couldn't pay in full for the phone and that I can only pay 99% of the total cost which means I owe the store $10. I asked why and couldn't get an answer. I didn't want them messing up my credit score so I just left without the phone. Had to place a new order online to a different location. Great waste of 3 hrs today. read more

BUYER BEWARE - GO TO REAL VERIZON STORES ONLY This phone carrier switch was absolute nightmare. After many years of TMobile not working near my home and at daughter's school, we decided to switch to Verizon. When we entered the store, we had no idea that this was not an actual Verizon store. The person you want to avoid at all costs is named "Art", real name is Arta Shemghatan. I added 5 lines (4 phones and 1 iwatch). The lies started from the beginning and never ended. Nice guy, talks to you like he's going to 'hook you up' and later you will realize how much this SCAM of a store screws you! Purchased 3 Iphone 11 pros and a flip phone. First it started with the flip phone. My dad wanted the Kyocera duramax and Art says "Verizon stopped offering this phone as it can't handle the 4G LTE network". Provided the cheap Alcatel as the only flip phone offered. Then he tells me that with our purchase of these phones, he's going to "give us free cases and screen protectors". So we were "OK" with process. After activating the phones he tells us that our plans come with unlimited Apple Music, cool. Then he tells me that the total price for today is $915. As I'm calculating the taxes on each phone, I'm trying to figure out what the remainder of the charge is. Art states, it's all the "Verizon service charges and fees for starting up.". I ask, you mean the activation charges, yes. "Can I see the receipt of charges?" Art tells me "due to COVID, he'll need email it to me." OK I thought. Art then says everything is all set and we can take our old phones home for the weekend in case we need to transfer anything. We bought our phones on a Friday 8/7/2020. Over the weekend, we realize that our new phones are not receiving messages. After almost an hour wait for Verizon Cust. Service, the tell us the phones were not ported properly. After a couple more hours, we were finally got the phones to work. On Monday, I visit Art again to turn in old phones and ask for receipt again. Still no receipt. I assures me it will come over today. I said, I still want to know what the charges were. 2 days go by and still no receipt. Visit again and this time he sends me receipt from his own email. After finally seeing receipt, it makes ZERO sense as it shows absolutely none of the actual charges. Then I install Verizon app and it shows we only get 6 months Apple Music and our first bill was $575! So I call Verizon again and they tell me its due to the activation fees. I said, but I paid them on first day. This is when I found out about VICTRA! Rep says because we didn't activate with a Verizon store, he can't see charges, so he calls the store and "Chris" the manager gets on and says, we didn't pay for activation fees, rather we bought $360 in accessories. What? Chris then says "that's what the receipt says, which my receipt shows NONE of this! I told Chris I'll be there next day to confront him and Art. I go back to the store next day and of course Chris is not there. Art first begins to deny offering "free" cases. Then I ask that you charge $120 per phone for a case and screen cover that we didn't even want. He called it a "BUNDLE". I told him to show me on receipt and he can't. Tells me "Chris needs to explain". So I go back next day. Before going back, we stop at actual Verizon store, wow, Kyocera flip available and says it's their best flip phone. The rep there also apologized for our issue and confirmed the ALWAYS get complaints from VICTRA service. Back to Victra and Chris is "somewhere in the back". When demanding refund on flip due to lie, they charge me re-stocking fee! I didn't even care, just wanted to finish this nightmare! Art continues the lies and says we have "gift cards" coming as apology because they can't refund charges and Verizon already has our old phones. No gift cards, Apple Music still only 6 months, first payment still $575. This POS of a store and person cost me almost $1300 to switch over! Because of Victra set up, I get plan change notifications almost daily that change nothing and Verizon blames Victra every time. NEVER use VICTRA! 100% SCAM! read more

I'm giving 5 stars to David Chavez! I recently bought a tablet with a line and got a phone line too, turns out it wasn't a bundle. I was getting a separate bill for my tablet and my phone line because the rep messed up the whole activation and etc ..... so I was over paying and billed more than expected. I stopped by to fix this problem and David walked up to me to me, he was really understanding and patient. I had to rush to work and he had no problem staying on the line with customer service to fix this issue. Problem solved and he made sure I didn't end up paying extra for this mess. I stopped by this Verizon store to get a new phone and was helped by Chris, who was very helpful and kind. There were well set social distancing guidelines and only one worker available. Although there were issues regarding the SIM card and having to call customer service, who wasn't very helpful, Chris was able to troubleshoot and get me out of there with a new and especially working phone. Please Yelp...come up with a way to give no stars! This place is a total scam! Know that this is not a Verizon store! Went in there with my 2 sons to get new phones last week. Kendall was the one who "helped" us, and he is apparently the manager there. I stopped in earlier in the evening just to make sure he was able to help us since the acct in my husband's name. He assured me yes. I told him we were planning on being in around 7-7;30 PM and would that be enough time to get everything set up. Again assured me yes. We got there at 7:15 and he was w/ another client and basically ignored us, not even a hello...be with you in a minute. Should have left then. When he finally did "help" us, we couldn't get a straight pricing answer from this guy to save our life. We finally purchased 2 phones, my other son lucked out since they needed to order a phone for him...definitely not picking that one up! He started to do a transfer of all my info to the new phone. Complained that it was taking long. Sat around and complained that he had to work the next day which was his usual day off. Then another customer came in and he immediately pushed our stuff to the side to help him. Talked with the guy for a while who then left (smart). Kendall then called another employee and started talking about the customer that had just left very loudly so we could hear him. He then came and started talking to us about him...calling him a scammer, etc. Not sure what the situation was, but it's totally inappropriate for you to be discussing other clients with us. He then started saying we should just take our phones home...his internet was slow...it would be faster for us at home, etc. Basically telling us to leave. When we got up he stated "Oh good now I can close early". He followed us to the door and locked it behind us. It wasn't even 8:30 yet and they are open until 9. We get home and can't get on the phones because he NEVER ACTIVATED them. He did, of course, charge us a $40 activation fee. He also overcharged me on my phone $160. Pretty shameful of a guy who was claiming that customer was trying to scam him. I have since spent HOURS getting phones activated, charges refunded, etc. When I called they assured me a regional manager would contact me in 24-48 hours. It's now been 6 days. They told me to go to a specific store and ask for a specific manager to get my refund. No go. Can't do it. So they had me drive 30 minutes out of my way for nothing. Now they tell me they will send a check. Not holding my breath. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this place. Unprofessional and scammers. Go to a direct Verizon store. read more
