They pick and choose who they want to scam. Wondering if they'll actually fix my problem due to that fact they have to own up to the mistakes but who knows maybe that'll be too much to ask for. Associate by the name of Tolerance totally scammed me. A year ago I came in with a great attitude to switch back to T-Mobile. This associate for some reason started me off with three lines when I have one phone one line. Tolerance explains that he did this so I can receive a phone. I then explain to him that is a scam. Tolerance made it looks that I had three lines so he can get a good sale ain't my first rodeo Tolerance. I've been paying this for a year now and I went in to get this fix and he unprofessionally lashes out on me. He tried to take me out the store to "talk". He was upset he was getting out on the spot in front of costumers because of his huge mistake. It's okay Tolerance we all make mistakes. Looks like Tolerance does this on the daily cause he was quite upset that I asked him for a full refund and to credit my current bill. Tolerance said he'd get in contact with DM. Still hasn't reached out to me. If I have to come into that store again I know that I will get the same treatment. It is not the best way to spend my energy and time. Please fix my problem TMobile. I've always gone to T-Mobile's flagship store down the road, but after having a horrible experience there, I opted to try this location instead. Not only is it much closer, I had some of the best customer service I've ever had at a cell provider store. I like to consider myself techy, but when it comes to phones & updating my phones, I always err on the side of caution and want someone to just walk me through. The two times I came here to go over how to update my phone, the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even when asking the most obvious of questions they took the time to walk me through things (let's be honest, took the time to hold my hand) and show me just how things would go through and what my monthly payment would be and all of that. I genuinely felt like they were trying to ensure I had nothing but the best of experiences and, honestly, that's exactly what I got. I will now always make this my go to T-Mobile location. As far as I am concerned, there are no other T-Mobile store exists. It is just this one and it is the best of the best. read more

My mom and her husband went to T-Mobile to get their phone screen replaced after being told they had a lifetime warranty--turns out, it was a complete scam. They paid $60 back in February, and now it's July. Since then, they've been sent back and forth between multiple stores, with each one refusing to honor the warranty. Do not buy accessories or add-on services from T-Mobile. If you absolutely need to use their phones or plans, fine--but steer clear of anything else they try to sell you. Customer Service and Accountability as Sales Reps. I went in on the 1st of October to upgrade my phone. My old phone has recently broken, so I planned on using my Jump installment upgrade to get a new phone while paying the remaining balance ($67) on my old phone. Instead, I was sold an extra phone line to add to my bill with insurance and everything, not to mention since I had a payment arrangement set for that day, I was told my the customer service rep (who as I was later told, did not even work at that particular location by the people who are pictured) that he called T-Mobile to stop the arranged payment so I can pay in store as it would be faster for me to process in store to get my phone (as it was delinquent for 7days). I'm on a fixed income (SSI). They already charged you $5 just for human transactions. The charge was not dropped, so I paid(2) $71.74 payment s for the same bill, not to mention $94 for the new phone and glass protector and case. A few days later T-MOBILE charged me an additional $50 for Insurance for 2 phones and that's when I realized that I even had 2phone lines to pay for. When I went to get it resolved they explained that in order to fix my issue I had to return the phone and cancel the line. The refunded me $74 because of a $20 restocking fee. Adrian was the rep(not pictured) who assisted me with the process. So basically, I'm left with the non usable broken phone, paid up for the month of October and September (as they took 2 payments) plus the extra $25 they took for customer service and restocking just to NOT have a phone from them AT ALL!! No real customer service. No manager to help me. Lots of Attitude from all 3 employees. And no complaint filed officially against the rep who sold me the phone under false pretenses, even though he is not an employee at that store. My advice: go to a store that can help do more than just sell phones, but have true T-Mobile customer relations. They're just vendors. They know nothing about their company and they made a quick sale and pocketed money. read more

I can say that the employees here are nice, but they are a combination of utterly uninformed about their job, and completely careless. Employees here have cost me hundreds of dollars and I am still waiting on a solution. I can take personal accountability for not staying on top of my bill, and noticing that what they said what did not make sense, and was not true. It's on me for not being more diligent, but it's absolutely on them as well as several employees there have either lied to me, or simply told me they would do something that they ended up not doing, or was completely mistaken, or dishonest about what I owed, and what I had to do. All I can say, is make sure to be very diligent about your own information and your bill and what you owe. Don't make the same mistake I did, and just trust them because they work there. However when I go into the stores, they kept deferring me to customer service and the customer service line kept telling me to go to retail stores. After being spun around in circles, I decided to go to this store as a last resort. I was going to just cancel all services and leave for another carrier. Richard P. at this location was so determined to help me and I finally felt like I found someone at T mobile who cares. He was able to call someone who was able to change my last name on the account. First of all do not DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! I purchased a cell phone here and the service is horrible; according to the cell phone I had full bars, but when I tried to make a phone call it displayed "..please connect to service..." I had to trouble shoot with there customer service representative for an hour and guess what? It still didn't work. The service representative asked me for my address and then she explained that the towers were down in my county. She didn't know when the service would start working. She was understandable and told me I could go back to the store of purchase to get my full refund.( I had it less than a week) Talk about people who hate there job; the big tall worker was trying to find any little excuse to not give me back my refund. He claimed I had to bring in the box it came in, when it was clear I was the one that got ripped off. I had to call 611 (customer care T-mobile) and the lady finally talked to the manager, but I didn't get a full refund. I only got refunded for the cell phone and not for the service. That is okay though, because I will be reporting them to better business bureau and having all of my friends who have many social media followers post this all over the internet, so everyone knows about these crooks. Even the customer service representative from T-mobile who assisted me via phone agreed that the manager was a jerk. The funny thing is that I was a loyal customer to this store and to Tmobile, but not anymore. I also asked the guy to factory reset the cell phone, because I was unable to login to my google, and he didn't factory reset it. The overall 3 star this Northridge T-mobile has explains it all. The service is very slow. I walked in to make a cash payment as I do every month and the manager said "if you pay with cash now it will cost you $5 service fee" Service fee for WHAT??? I am coming into the store (not over the phone) paying for my bill in CASH. What the hell!!! This is so upsetting. I have been with T-mobile for over 15 years.
