Ok, this place is awesome and I love love the workers who work here. I just recently got a new iPhone (yes:) and this shop was only a few steps away from the Apple store. I immediately stop by after my new iPhone purchase, and ask for a new iPhone screen cover. I have been there twice already, and both of the workers were so so friendly and generous, and they are both great at what they do!! My new iPhone screen looks sharper than ever!! And I can't even tell there is a screen cover there since they always do great job putting a cover on my phone. Fast, Friendly, Very generous to regulars like me (of course I'm sure they are generous to any customer who goes there:). Thank you very very much to the gentlemen, (Sorry I didn't ask the name of the first person who helped me there, and the second person who helped me out was Zach). You gentlemen are super awesome!! Really appreciate what you guys do:) See you when I get another Apple product in the future :) read more

Zach was super friendly and helpful. We got 3 new screen protectors, one with the glass elite 360 privacy and two with the blue filter protection - the prices are reasonable and a great deal when you need a replacement. Not a good policy Been using them for years. Screen protectors have been good enough and come with a warranty, great right. My screen cracked and I had it repaired. The ZAGG rep. said that I couldn't get the warranty price to replace the screen protector because the repair shop did not give me back my old damaged screen protector as proof. read more

I spent far too long talking with tech support at Verizon. Even went to two of their stores with in-house techs. No luck. I finally found a couple of places in downtown LA that might have been able to fix the Note 3. The charge was $50 to $80 bucks and no promises. And four hours of my time. Then I spotted Cellular Lab and met the owner, Rich. He fixed my Note 3 in under three minutes. It has never worked better. Rich has magic hands and knows more about fixing cell phones than all the techs at Verizon. Which is not saying much. Rich is better than Edison. Again which is not saying much since Tesla came up with most of Edison's ideas. OK. Rich is better than Tesla. And I don't mean the car. Trust me, if you have a problem with your cell, call Rich. His charge? Zero and a smile. That probably won't happen every time but remember I'm a charming and funny guy. Rich's company also replaces LCDs. And repairs almost any kind of phone or tablet. Why did I want to keep my Note 3? It's a great phone and it's easy to change batteries. The new ones all seem to have sealed in batteries that you can't change yourself. I figure they're made to self destruct in about two years. Then get ready to shell out up to a thousand bucks. What a ripoff -- I assume that for every phone Verizon can't fix, they can hook you into buying a new one. Maybe I'm wrong. I could be a paranoid, crazy old man. Guilty as charged. But I got a phone that works better than yours. Rich also fine tuned it for me. jaron

I've been coming here for at least 5-6 years and today had an incredibly frustrating experience with ZAGG and their manager, Richard. First, Richard put on the wrong screen protector for my iPhone, which resulted in it cracking shortly after. Instead of taking responsibility, he had the audacity to claim that I brought in the wrong screen protector. Not only did he refuse to acknowledge his mistake, but he also charged me an outrageous $70 to replace it, when it should have been a $10 fee. What infuriated me even more was Richard's complete lack of customer service skills. He showed no intention of providing a refund or even attempting to rectify the situation. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against doing business with ZAGG, especially if Richard is involved. read more

I walked into the northridge mall in hopes there's a Zagg there and luckily there was ! Zach was awesome! As opposed to the one in Glendale mall the guy Chris was awful ! So disrespectful and even went as far as cursing at me ! My cousin in which I referred to ZAGG had the same experience with Chris at the Glendale mall Along with two of my friends ! When it's more than one person complaining you know the person has issues! But thankfully the north ridge store was awesome ! I have a recording of when the rep Chris was being so disrespectful and rude to me . It's so appalling knowing someone like him works as a sales rep . Stay away from the Glendale one ! I purchased a Zagg phone case and screen protector when I upgraded to an iPhone 13 Pro in 2022. I cracked the screen protector and was tired of looking and it! After researching how to replace it, I noticed that Zagg could send me a new one in the mail or I could go to one of their stores and have it replaced for a simple service fee ($10). The Zagg kiosk at the Northridge Mall, which is a few steps from the Apple Store, had very helpful and courteous staff. Much to my surprise, they finish the job in two minutes. If you have a cracked screen protector from Zagg, why put it off, get it replaced in minutes...Tell'em I sent you! read more

Hello all you people that enjoy having a screen shield as extra protection for your phone. I had an issue with the installation but thanks to the manager he was able to replace it and installed on my iPhone. $59 is not a cheap investment for some of us and paying another $10 dollars is not also a cheap investment for some of us. This is a great store to have access after you buy your iPhone because is almost in front of the Apple Store. I recommend ZAGG because although there are other brands out there some of those is bad plastic and this is a good shield not only a screen protector like most. read more

I just had my IPhone battery replaced at the IPhone store and they had to remove my phone protector, I remember buying it from Zagg so I stop at the Northridge store and they looked up my not name in the system but could not find it? Bea said let me check to see if this was from our store and made a call she came back and they told her it sure was, I was so relieved they honored the Warranty because I really did not want to pay full price for another!! I have been having an issue with my Apple Watch cover and bumper I purchased at Zagg. The guy that helped me today took his time applying the new glass protector and bumper to assure I would not have this issue again. The original one was set at another location. I forgot that Zagg has actually replacement kiosks in shopping centers. It's so convenient. When you try to order warranty replacements you have to pay for shipping cost which is around $10 and it takes forever to receive. When you use Zagg physical locations, you pay $10 also and they will install it for you while you wait. So I love this quick and convenient option!!! read more

I needed to replace the tempered glass on my phone, and although I was at the mall for a different purpose, saw the ZAGG spot and decided to stop by. Best phone screen protectors out there. I have tried many different screen protectors and these are my favorite because you hardly notice them and they last long. If you drop your phone a lot like me it's perfect because you can just get another replacement for under $10. Very easy-just give your phone number and they pull up your account. Went to replace my screen protector which was all cracked and hellish looking after repeated drops. I thought the chips on the edges were on the display. I was surprised that it wasn't. Another great experience! I love that every time I need a replacement protective shield for my watch it's only $8 for the life of the device. It's an amazing deal. Ben was exceptional! Very polite and nice, installed the iPad screen protector in seconds! Looks amazing! My Apple Pencil works with it even better now! My prayers are finally answered!
