This is my second time here and both experiences have been no frills. This location is located a…read morelarge shopping plaza with a Whole Foods and AMC theatre. This is a popular shopping center, so parking can be a chore, but the side where Spectrum is located has less traffic. When you walk in, you need to check in using the iPad. If you already made an appointment online, you still need to check in, but if you don't, just enter in your info and sit and wait for them to call your name. I didn't have an appointment scheduled, but the wait time was about 10 minutes. Luckily, they have plenty of seating options and it's nice and air conditioned inside. They also provide a 30 minute trial WiFi you can sign up for while waiting. Cellular in this center is hit or miss and not the greatest for T-Mobile users. Very odd, because there's an actual T-Mobile store at the front of the center. I came here to return my modem as I cancelled my Spectrum internet and went with T-Mobile in home and have been very happy with it. No more disconnects or service interruptions. The best part is I'm only paying $50 with T-Mobile for the same speeds I get from Spectrum for $92. The return process was painless and didn't have to deal with any hard sell or deals to try get me to stay with them. Which is the worse.

Professional, courteous, SUPER knowledgeable, pleasant AND "present" and overall just wicked efficient! My issue was complicated (porting lines, upgrades, business vs personal accounts, etc.). So, someone asked if I had been helped. No. I told him why I was there, and he went back to get a sales rep. She comes out, and she was unfriendly from the beginning. She seemed like she really didn't want to be helping me. She was condescending, unprofessional, and unpleasant. While we were sitting there talking, another sales rep comes up and has a conversation with her, before saying goodbye. This was not a professional conversation. This was just a homie saying bye to his homie. A quick goodbye is one thing, but to have a conversation with her while she's helping a customer, is unprofessional. Just text her. The entire encounter with her was unpleasant. The main reason I went was to get a new line (phone and AirPad). She sat there on her tablet, did not explain what she was doing, then said 1- there wouldn't be time to do anything tonight (that's when I realized how long I had been there), 2- she didn't even know if they had the phone I wanted (she never even asked me which iPhone I wanted, so what was she checking?) I couldn't wait to leave. I left with nothing, and no desire to return to this store. I would rather drive an hour through bumper to bumper LA traffic to visit another location, than return to this location. What an unpleasant experience. And the fact that this was not my first unpleasant experience tells me that this is just this particular store's culture. I've worked retail. When I found SIM cards at Best Buy I had them shipped to me. I called Boost again for their free activation I was told I needed Wi Fi which I do not have to activate and then I was sent back to a Boost Mobile Store to have them activate the 3 phones. At this store I was told they couldn't activate my phones. I called Boost back and at that point there was no way to activate my phones although all phones are compatible with their network and with the Boost SIM card in each phone, The Boost stores are independent franchises not owned by Boost and what they only will do is to sell merchandise which is comprised of new phones and their accessories and activation only for the phones they sell. If you do not purchase a phone from the franchise they refuse to do anything for you. I was run in circles for days between the Boost telephonic support and the independent franchises. I finally gave up and put my Verizon SIM cards back in my 3 phones.

Yes, the same one that just spam called you seconds before, and is supposedly a landline, is not a valid number. " ". My ID box said: Mart Metzler, so I take it, Pacific Bell must be paying these random Joes to make abusive calls on their behalf, on a number of abusive calls basis. In this day of the do not call registry and being forced to work at home (because of morbid conformity etc.), this serial phone abuse should not happen. But it does. And one of the biggest culprits is that awful Pacific Bell Communications company--!
