I've been a customer for many years, but the monthly fees have continued to increase drastically…read more I've called several times asking if there was anything they could do to lower my bill, and each time I was told no. It wasn't until I called to cancel my service that suddenly I heard, "We have a great offer for you. We think we can help." Unfortunately, by that point, I had already switched providers. I switched to GigabitNow Fiber, which offered me a much better deal along with faster, high-speed internet. I encourage everyone to shop around and find what works best for you. A company shouldn't wait until you're ready to leave before suddenly offering to help, especially when you've already reached out multiple times.

He went to the back to get the iPad and came out with a SIM card as well too. He said it was a gift from Verizon for being such a loyal customer and it's a sim that I can just put into any phone and be charged $5 per month for if I decide to use it. I thought this was odd. He then told me to sign something else, and quickly rushed me out. Then my bill came ... I'm being charged for another phone line I NEVER AUTHORIZED, being charged for an iPhone SE that I DO NOT OWN. This is fraud!!!!!!! Stay away.

5 Stars? For Pacific Bell?! Are you kidding me?…read more this is what they do. I live in the Bay Area, and every day, I get multiple calls to my do not call registered number. Calldetective.net identifies it as "Pacific Bell." However, it came from a private landline, that worse, you cannot call back. You will get a robo voice telling you it's not a valid number. Yes, the same one that just spam called you seconds before, and is supposedly a landline, is not a valid number. " ". My ID box said: Mart Metzler, so I take it, Pacific Bell must be paying these random Joes to make abusive calls on their behalf, on a number of abusive calls basis. In this day of the do not call registry and being forced to work at home (because of morbid conformity etc.), this serial phone abuse should not happen. But it does. And one of the biggest culprits is that awful Pacific Bell Communications company--!
