I placed an order for a phone to pickup at this store specifically because it was a store relatively close to me that had "24/7 pickup" through lockers. I received an email within a few hours of placing the order that said "Good news, your order is ready. It's available 24/7 for pick up by you or any of your Account Managers. " Great! Everything on track. So I show up at 9 pm and.... the store is closed, as expected. But what's unexpected is that the lockers are locked IN THE STORE, behind the security gate. It's not 24/7 and it's a completely dishonest approach they're taking. I spoke to a CS representative via chat and she says "I can confirm that this available for pickup 24/7" but that I should pick it up tomorrow because the store is closed. Either Verizon is intentionally dishonest or unfortunately stupid but either way, they're scummy and do not tell the truth... ever. Plenty of other competition in the market that offers much better pricing... maybe they're dishonest too, as I'm not sure, but at least they're not committing highway robbery with each monthly bill.

They were unprofessional, rude, did not arrive on time, and the kicker - showed up and decided not to do the job. Zack agreed to come on short notice the next morning. He arrived on time and got to work. He was careful with the TV (given how delicate OLED screens are), and ultimately got it installed exactly where it needed to be. So I figured it all out myself and if they had just walked around the house, they would've noticed a previous DIRECTV install bracket (already bolted into the house) that they could've used. I sent them a picture of it and they said they couldn't use it. But I'm literally writing this review from StarLink that I set up myself. For free! ! I've now got the entire thing setup by myself, and simply have to go to Home Depot in the morning and buy a few small things to make everything look neat. Most simple install ever. They did not research the project or even look at the height of my home. Super disappointing ! It's like any other business. When they get really busy, you' really find out how good they are at managing things.

Yes ,Alex from the Porter Ranch ATT. I have a corporate account with many lines and I am trying to get one of my employees a new phone, and this guy went postal and I mean postal . He started off telling me what he cannot do for me and within 5 minutes all I heard was I can't do this I can't do that. Never heard how can I help you never. When I pointed this out to him he hung up the phone refused to answer the store phone and 3 hours later the phone is still not being answered. He refused to help my employee and his conduct was like a spoiled immature child. I can't imagine having one of my employees behaving like that but apparently at the Porter Ranch ATT you can expect it. The good news in this review is my employee went to the ATT store in Northridge on Tampa Ave., and got excellent service and they got the sale. So take my advise if you want to be helped by a very unprofessional person that looses control without warning the by all means head to Porter Ranch ATT, but if you want to be treated like a valued customer then head to ATT on Tampa Ave Northridge.
