Instead of having to buy her a brand-new phone, Kevin fixed it--and it's been working like new ever since. A few months later, my son managed to literally bend his iPad in half by stepping on it. The screen was shattered, and the battery had been dying quickly even before that. I called around to multiple places, but Kevin not only gave me the best price--he also offered the quickest turnaround and the most honest service. Now today, one of my other kids had an issue with their iPad, so of course I brought it straight back to him. Once again, he diagnosed it immediately, ordered what was needed, and fixed it fast. And the price? Still unbeatable. I genuinely recommend this shop to anyone needing phone or tablet repairs. The service is reliable, the prices are fair, and Kevin consistently goes above and beyond. Moisture alert." I tried blowdrying the phone as well as the charger and instead of that alert, another warning came up. I waited overnight and the same warning. I knew the Samsung store was not only far, they would want to send my phone for repairs and would be costly. I took a chance and popped by The Phone Clinic. 20 minutes later the problem was resolved - he believed there was something corrosive in the port, squirted something in and let it dry - and for $35 I have a working phone. Anyways I finally got the replacement and walked into Verizon my carrier to assist me sadly I went to 3 Verizon stores and no one could help me get my information transferred over from my old phone to the new phone. They also sell fast food, Pro Club clothes, and refill water jugs!
