I stopped by this TMobile store today to see if I could return a phone I upgraded to. I didn't open the box that the phone was in yet and I talked to their customer support over the phone that said I could drop it off at any TMobile store. I found parking just fine in the back lot where there additional parking. The parking spots in the front were already all taken. When I walked inside the store, they were not busy at all and a lady came to help me. I told her what I wanted to do and she told me there a restocking fee. The customer support didn't tell me this so she told me to contact them back and see if I could ship it instead to avoid the fee charge. The store isn't that big inside but it does looks nice. Each phone brand are in their own area and all the accessories as well. I was able to return my phone via UPS to avoid the restocking fee. read more

A special thank you to Mannuel L. and Jason for helping me out in my time of need. I was trying to upgrade my Daughter's iPhone 15 Pro through the T-Life app and it kept saying, it could not verify my identity. I called and spoke to Customer service, and they got a different error. I went to the T-mobile store and Mannuel L. and Jason did the concierge service and I was able to finally pay to upgrade the phone. Thank you guys! I am giving them two stars, out of some credit that they at least pretended to care at the beginning of our interaction, and because the economy is horrible, and T-mobile has become this behemoth with all of their call centers overseas(with no fault to the overseas operators, and partly-no fault to the US store reps, I mean it in the sense that this company has made it so no one knows what's going on) causing miscommunications and confusion. I came in because I was told that a store representative would need to be involved in what I was trying to do with a SIM card, which, after the way this went, I am glad was switching my phone service to another company. There's no need to name names, since everyone at this location seemed to care less about helping me. The first person I spoke to just sort of lost interest half-way into what we were doing. They went to go tell, who I am assuming was their manager, what was going on, the manager never came over, and when they didn't know what to do, they went to go ask them a few things, but again, both acted like I had walked in to take some of their paycheck and a free lunch; treated me like I was a non-entity. I eventually figured out what was going on and did everything myself. I sat there for a good 25 minutes, with no one asking me how everything was, what was going on, if I needed help, etc. The only thing the manager from earlier asked the other person who had been with me, was if I had been helped, like they forgot what I was doing there. The store was not full by the way, they just couldn't bring themselves to muster the enthusiasm to keep track. Long story short, I finished what I came to do, and could have left without so much as goodbye, but I needed to tell another manager there how bad their customer service was. I joked with them that I should have been clocked in, since I did everything myself. They didn't get the joke, just sorta awkwardly laughed, and I saw there would be no point in actually letting them know and making a formal complaint. So, I recommend going to another location, if you don't want to be treated like a trainee being ignored by your work colleagues while they talk about their personal lives and get drink orders, and basically act like they're on break. I could have laughed with what a surreal experience this was; I am so very glad I don't work retail anymore. read more

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! After an unfortunate experience at a different T-Mobile Store, I was in desperate need of help. I first came across this T-Mobile with a simple phone call asking if they could please me in migrating over to the T-Mobile as a Sprint customer since the other location was being problematic. Nadiya, a friendly manager, answered the phone and stated not to worry; they will take good care of me once I arrive. At the end of that conversation, I could already tell the difference in how they value their customers. I come thirty minutes before closing with a long line of customers ahead of me, worried they would turn me away. Alex, a Mobile Expert, greeted me at the door, took my name down, and assured me I would be on the list to resolve my matter. When it was my turn, it was past closing time, and not once was I given a mean attitude about it. Nadiya was the first to start the transition, worked efficiently, and did excellently! She worked well along with Alex throughout the process and made sure they resolved my problems. They got the whole migration process completed in less than half an hour, and I could not believe it. I left the store in shock as the other store I was at prior could not help as they did not know how to. I could not thank Nadiya and Alex enough for coming to the rescue at such a last-minute and even assured me that they would have my back if I needed anything. They were genuine, caring, honest, and the best human beings ever: these superheroes were great examples of living up to the T-Mobiles mission, vision, and values. I was instructed to take my iPhone to this store for a warranty screen repair. Saturday July 1 I brought the phone in. When I got there the mgr/ repair person said she could not repair it because the imei number did not match in the my account. I explained to her I upgraded the phone after I filed the claim for repair. The phone needed to be repaired for me to return it. The warranty repair had already been approved. I called customer service and the T Mobile rep asked to speak to the person at the store. While I was talking to the Rep the mgr/repair person went in back & did not come out again. Another employee handed her my phone through the small window in back so she could speak with the T Mobile Rep. The mgr was given authorization to make the repair but instead handed the phone back through the little window while the rep was still talking to her. She never came out of the back while I was there. Even a couple of the employees were a little stunned by what she did. The T Mobile Rep arranged for me to take it to Apple and they handled it. read more
