if I could give the zero ratings or any negative number I would. I hate Verizon.I had spoken to 15 different people in regards to my Verizon service. I had just switched over from spectrum to Verizon and then I had to transfer back to spectrum and had to get a whole new phone number because Verizons mess up. I lost an entire day because of this. My phone apparently did not port correctly and that's not my fault. I was told that once my service was restored that I was going to get a gift card to pay off the remaining balance on my phone from spectrum. I was also told that I was going to be able to keep my phone number. And also keep my device. I ended up being lied to. I was told that I had to bring in my device and transfer it to a brand new device and that's not what I was told before. I was transferred so many times by so many different people in different departments that I ended up having to go back to spectrum and get a whole new phone number and whole new service. I regret ever being a customer with Verizon for less than 24 hours. I expect a full refund. Because of Verizon's poor customer service I am now back with spectrum. I will never ever recommend Verizon to anyone. It was horrible customer service after speaking to so many different people. You guys ruined my weekend, I don't expect to get a bill at all, and I will not pay for it! very terrible customer service and I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau against you guys. You guys put me through hell just to switch over from spectrum to Verizon. And the treatment was very unfair. We had a very disappointing experience with Verizon customer representative BRIAN RUIZ. My mom and I initially approached Brian with questions regarding my mom's phone and also asked if Oscar, another representative, was available. Unfortunately, Brian's attitude was already rude and unprofessional during our interaction. Because of the way we were treated, we decided to leave. Later, my mom came back inside and spoke with the guard, who is also Filipino and someone we knew, simply to ask a question. She asked the guard if Chris, the manager, was available or when he would be coming in. She was not speaking to Brian or trying to continue the previous conversation with him. Brian seemed to assume that my mom was still discussing the previous questions she had asked him. He then made a disrespectful comment, saying, "She doesn't listen to me," referring to my mom. This comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My mom was only trying to get information and did not deserve to be spoken about or treated that way. Customers should be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism. We hope Verizon takes this matter seriously and provides better customer service training to ensure representatives communicate respectfully with customers. read more

I have been in Verizon hell the past month (6/2026).In early June, two young men came to my door. (no ID- so I should of known better) stating that Fiber Optics were being placed in my area and my neighbor had just changed the family's system to Verizon. I listened and stupidly signed up for a phone upgrade and Fiber Optics system. The next day I realized I really couldn't afford it so proceeded to call Verizon at which time I spent two hours on the phone to cancel my orders. Because they were working off an IPAD I was not given physical paperwork with the info. I was told NOT to accept delivery of the new phone and did not accept it. I was assured that the orders were cancelled. The end of June I had a payment removed from my bank account. I called Verizon again and explained the situation but because the actual orders were cancelled I had no access to the website to get acct numbers, etc so I was told to go to a "Corporate " Verizon office to have it handled. I went to the Porter Ranch office and a young man helped me , again assuring me it was deleted, etc. but he could NOT give me a receipt because his printer wasn't working, but he at least gave me an acct #. Guess what? Another bill arrived in my email for July's payment. I called my bank to contest the first amount they had removed from my acct and placed a stop order on any further withdrawals by Verizon. I'm going to have to return to the Porter Ranch office to find out why I'm still receiving bills on an account I never had? I also found out via Google search that anyone representing Verizon should have proof from the company. I would like to know who is sending out these men to sell services when they are definitely NOT Verizon employees. Guess what? An ATT person showed up last week. When asked for proof he was working for ATT, he stated he forgot it in the car? Beware of these merchants. I have been told to file a complaint with the FCC. read more

Made the switch to Verizon services and received a new iPhone 13 which I was able to pick up in store the same day including a $200 Verizon Gift Card which I can use to purchase items from the store and even pay the bill. I was also able to keep my same number. However, everything that glitters isn't golden. (My phone is gold lol) The downside of the purchase is that it did not come with a plug for the new phone charger which is needed and not cheap. Additionally, even the bundle of items that I needed to protect the phone cost the same amount as the gift card, which isn't activated until after eight weeks from the date of your purchase so that they make sure you remain a customer. Went in to upgrade my phone and saw a lot of people in store waiting thinking it'd take long but only took five minutes for a walk in which was really Great. Estanor helped me with everything, he was very informative and made me feel like a human being unlike other locations that make you feel like an idiot with horrible customer service. He was patient and laid out all the options available for me and did all the math with me for my new upgrade including the surcharges and everything else. He gave me is one on one opinions for the options to choose from with my situation and made me feel comfortable with my choice. I have been a customer of Verizon cell for over 10 years. 6 weeks ago I added a second line to my account as a backup phone. Initially the service was okay but in the last 6 weeks my billing has never been correct. I have been into this Verizon store 4 TIMES to correct this problem and still it is wrong. When I went into the store today the sales staff was rude and unhelpful especially the manager. I will probably go to a new carrier but I hope no one goes to this store for any kind of support. An employee named Marvin had been assisting me and at one point, I asked him about something I did not understand. I did not pretend to understand. I admitted that I did not know what to do. All of a sudden, his entire demeanor changed. He started saying, "You obviously don't know what a KB is", and something to the effect of, "You don't know much about technology." I did not entertain his comments. I repeated that I did not understand and was trying to figure out what I needed to do. I asked him to please humor me for a minute, listen to me and what I was saying because it was not clear to me. He kept talking and saying that I am the professional and you don't understand. Then, because I kept repeating that I was not sure what to do and I needed his help, he replies, "Why are you treating me like this and all I have done is listen to you? If you keep treating me like this, I am walking away." I did not say anything to him because I could not understand why he was reacting in that way and thinking that I was treating him in such a way. I just honestly did not understand and wanted him to help me figure it out. I cannot help it if I do not understand and I admitted that I did not understand. That is why I came to the store, because I realize that I do not understand everything, especially as it relates to technology. If he is not able and patient enough to help someone understand and assist them with their issue (s), then he should not do this type of work. There was no point for me to come to this store, if I was not going to get the assistance that I needed. He needs coaching and to learn to be patient and work with people who may not understand the first time. If he cannot, then he needs to work in a different position that does not require dealing with people who may not understand and having to explain information more than once. Based on all of the interactions that I have had with various Verizon employees, especially since COVID-19, supervisors, and managers, this issue exists throughout the company. The company is seriously lacking in all areas and much improvement is needed. Hopefully, it will be realized soon and addressed. Verizon has truly lost its luster! read more

Very disappointing experience at the Panorama City Verizon store. My mom upgraded to a new iPhone through a Verizon trade-in promotion. The new phone was faulty, and customer service helped replace it, but in the process the trade-in was canceled. We were instructed to return her old iPhone 13 to the Panorama City Verizon store, which we did. The problem started when the trade-in credit never appeared on her bill, making it much higher than expected. Customer service told us the store needed to grade the phone to restore the credit and specifically told us to go in. After multiple failed attempts to call the store (the phone just rings and redirects to customer service), my mom went in around 1:00 PM today Saturday December 13th. The employees completely disregarded her. They didn't check her in, didn't ask for her number, and told her to just call customer service--even after she explained that customer service sent her there. They said they "don't do that" and went back to talking among themselves. There were no other customers, yet no one was willing to help. The lack of professionalism was unacceptable. Ignoring a customer, refusing to assist, and not even answering the phone is ridiculous. My mom has been a Verizon customer for over 20 years, and this experience alone has made her consider canceling her service. read more

The pandemic brought about a tremendous change in my daily routine. One, of which, is that school went entirely online. Never in my life did I ever think that med school would be online, but alas, it happened. This allowed me to move back home from NYC, which was great as I found that the east coast was not for me. This also allowed me to work at the same time, and I was able to pick up my old contract from before my move to NYC. However, being on the road and juggling such a schedule, I now needed new gadgetry to get through my day. Hence, I came to this Verizon location in the San Fernand Valley. The staff here took care of me well. I was able to find exactly what I needed: an iPad Pro, the apple pencil, air pods pro, an iPad car mount, and protective casing. The staff also helped me to find the plan upgrade that was right for me. This was a blessing, as I sometimes had to stream class or group meetings from my car. I am overall happy with purchase. If I find myself back in this part of town in the immediate future, I may stop by to get more accessories. Maybe an apple watch or a phone upgrade. read more

When I got there, no one greeted me and three staff were just standing next to each other chatting so I approached this lady. NICOLE. I told her the issued. Worst customer service ever, denied to return he said I am past a 30 days return window however, my order was from September 22. He said there's nothing he could do for me, today I went to another Verizon location. It was not an issue at all, they returned the hardware immediately. My local corporate store. I was on the hunt for an iPhone 11 Max Pro. No one in the SFV had a 256gb in stock. I had picked up an iPhone XS the previous year. Associate Elsy made my experience quick and easy. Helpful and attentive, I was in and out of the store. Fast forward to this year, I called the store on a Saturday and inquired if they had any Pro's in stock. Elsy informed me they did not. I gave her my cell number and asked if she could message me the second they received fresh stock. Monday 3 p.m. rolls around and Elsy messaged me to tell me a fresh supply had just dropped. Drove over there, checked in and within 10 minutes had the phone in my hand. I was so delighted and impressed by her service I also picked up a Series 5 Apple watch!
