My problem was that I needed my browser restored because at this point all my phone was good for was text and calls. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Gary. I told him what my problem was and handed him my phone . I told him my phone number and he got right to work on it. Less than five minutes later my phone was smart again. So I asked Gary how much I owed him for his service and he said there's no charge! Wow... That kind of service service deserves a good yelp review...

ART Boutique Cellular - Downtown Burbank…read more If Apple ever decides to shut down all their Genius Bars and replace them with something that actually works, this place would be the blueprint. ART Boutique Cellular is not your "tiny mall kiosk with one cracked screen and a prayer." This is a 20,000 sq ft tech kingdom in the heart of downtown Burbank. iPhone repairs, Androids, accessories for days, electric mobility devices, scooters, bikes, cables you didn't know existed, chargers that actually fast-charge, and gadgets that make you feel like you accidentally walked into the future. Now let's talk about Art, the boss. Absolute repair wizard. Surgical-level precision. This man doesn't "fix" phones -- he resurrects them. Very strict, very professional, zero nonsense... but also somehow a total cutie and genuinely one of the most responsive, reliable people you'll ever deal with. You can tell instantly: this is a guy who runs a serious operation and actually cares about doing things right. Dropped phone? Fried port? Battery dying faster than your motivation on Monday morning? They handle it calmly, fast, and properly -- no upsells, no BS, no "come back tomorrow maybe." Just clean work, clear communication, and results. The store itself? Massive. Clean. Organized. Not chaotic. Not shady. You don't feel like your phone is being taken to a back room dungeon. You feel like it's going to a tech hospital with specialists.Bottom line: This isn't just an iPhone repair shop. This is a full-scale tech superstore run by people who actually know what they're doing. Downtown Burbank is lucky to have this place. Five stars, no hesitation. Art, respect -- you run a tightt ship.

It's the kind of place where you can reliably find something you're in the mood for without it feeling overwhelming. I also really enjoy the customer appreciation events, even though there aren't as many as there used to be. Even so, I appreciate that they still put effort into engaging with the community. The daily menus are another highlight for me--they keep things interesting and make each visit feel a little different. Parking is also very easy here, with plenty of spaces available, which makes stopping by convenient and stress-free. This location is also near the DPSS building, and there's usually a free phone service person set up on the corner, which can be helpful for people in the area who need quick access to resources. This is a longstanding spot for me, and it's one I continue to support because of the consistency, the friendliness, and the overall value it offers.
