I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the AT&T Store location. An employee named Jose told me that if I didn't like my plan, I could "go get service elsewhere." When I tried explaining that AT&T was not offering any incentive for me to stay as a long-time customer, the manager, Jessica, told me to "shut up." When I told them not to speak to me disrespectfully, Jose raised his voice and said they were no longer going to help me. They then had security ask me to leave while I was there with my infant and simply trying to gather my belongings. I also asked for the company phone number to file a complaint, as well as their names, and they refused to provide that information. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. Regardless of who someone is or what issue they are having, no one deserves to be treated this way. As a professional with a PhD, being treated as though I were causing trouble or doing something wrong was humiliating and unacceptable. Stop before you get sucked into a bill you never wanted. My dad has been a AT&T customer for over 20 years and we have 5-6 wireless lines and the amount of hidden charges from these guys is ridiculous. My dad is paying $400 to $600 a month and they don't even have new phones. They have the iPhone 12 mini and don't even owe for those phones. I have one phone that I'm paying for that was supposed to only be an extra $35 a month and I've had it for over six months now and they want to charge my dad $900 to walk away from this company so that we can go with another company and they say we owe on the phone. How do I still owe almost $1000 on $1000 phone after six months of paying. You've never been late on a payment never been behind always making payments on time. My dad has excellent credit so how is it that he's getting charged more than a brand new car every month, and then when you try to get them to explain the bill it's a bunch of hidden charges. They will not lower the bill. They don't care how long you've been with them. They don't care about their old customers. They only care about the new ones and the old ones they give them no deals no brakes, nothing. The service is just as good at other places like T-Mobile and Verizon and we found the best deal with T-Mobile so we're going there. Don't get stuck in a contract with these guys. I have been to this store two or three times. Every time I have been here William helped me. William is very patient and takes his time and answers all the questions I had and does not rush. He even transferred my apps, contacts and pictures which was a first. Every time I changed phones, I had to so myself. Store has big selection of phones, cases and charges. Today (12/30/20) we went back to AT&T on Roscoe to activate my wife's ProMax12. As soon as we stood in line, KEVIN came out and as soon as he saw me he exclaimed, "OH, IT'S YOU! I RECOGNIZE YOU!" "YES!" I said, "I'm impressed you remember me!"- They can only attend to one customer per Staff member, so my wife went in with KEVIN. A little while later, an AT&T staff member (GABRIEL) saw me standing near their entrance and asked me, "Would you like me to bring you a chair so you can wait sitting down?" to which I replied, "No, Thank You, I'm fine! I'm waiting for my wife." Gabriel said, "It's no problem. I can bring you a chair!" But I kindly declined, as I felt ok. I thanked Gabriel again. He smiled and walked away. I had such a great experience at this store with Fatima and Dennis. Fatima went above and beyond to help me with my phone and getting me the best deal. She helped me turn around a situation that had happened with at&t customer service over the phone;which caused major stress, help me set up my phone, and more! Dennis made sure that we were satisfied with everything before we left the store, and also helped me over the phone when I had a issue with my text messages not going through. They both provided such excellent costumer service and were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with everything! This location has the worst customer service. We went directly to this location to do an upgrade. We wanted to see the phones in person. My husband did his upgrade and was very specific about the phone he wanted. Mind you, we have not done an iPhone upgrade in the last 5 years. The order was placed since they did not have the device in stock. A few days later his new phone was delivered to our home. I opened it up, opened the iPhone box, thinking it's the phone he ordered. Turns out it wasn't what he had ordered. He placed an order for the iPhone 15 Pro Max, and instead he received a 15 Pro. I immediately called the store, and spoke to the sales parson, he said we would be charged a $55 dollars restocking fee, since I had opened the iPhone box, of course we refused. My husband asked to speak to the manager, Daisy. She said the same thing, she had the audacity to blame me for opening the box before checking it was the right iPhone, and for not tracking the delivery to make sure it was the right order. I was blown away by her comments. Who checks their delivery boxes without opening them to make sure they got the right item? Who tracks down every item bought online? Maybe some do, but not everybody. I told her about us not doing upgrades in the last 5 years, so we don't know what iPhone comes in what box. We called At &T, and yes we did get the fees waived, but after running the story to the agent on the phone. The agent instructed us to take the phone back to the location and cancel the whole transaction. At the store, the sales person apologized to my husband and admitted his mistake. Daisy needs training and so does the sales person. We've been with At&T for 20 years and this has been the worst customer service we've received. I am doing 1 star because it's necessary. read more

She guided me through the process and made sure that my questions were all answered. It's like the spectrum by the plant where you just sign in but without the iPad so if you don't let them know they'll get three people ahead of you who came later. This review is only for a employee to watch out for here.The store itself is beautiful clean and has every phone on display for you to look and play with.I wish I can give zero stars and I was close to going into store to talk with manager but I know it wouldn't do anything for the situation because they would turn the other check about the whole ordeal.The employees name is " Bryant".They may change names frequently I believe for the this reason and it's easy just to change a name tag.Let's first off say Bryant was nice until I didn't want to buy anything extra and just wanted a upgrade phone.Then he became condescending and when I got my receipt for the new phone I saw there was things added without my knowledge and when I confronted him about things like "advantage insurance plan"he said it's standard and I told him I didn't want to pay for any extra insurance.I believed him but he knew he was lying because I had to call att customer service to get it removed and the jokes on this Bryant because Monica with att in Texas was so nice that she apologized and wavied the upgrade fee and also gave me another credit which made the whole situation ok with me.Att is great but just watch out for this shady guy Bryant and I know Bryant will have his karma come back ten folds when someone will rip him off in the future.I hope you read this Bryant and you don't try and rip off other customers and ruin AT&T name because you want more signups for insurance services because you get a kickback for each one you get. read more

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! It doesn't matter if you have made an appointment before going, get ready to wait HOURS before any of the staff on the floor even think about asking you if you need anything. You'll have fun watching other walk in appointments go before you over and over again even though you made your appointment. Staff don't acknowledge you at all. They all seem to not want to do there job and just talk in clusters in front of people then quickly disappear into the back room where you can hear their conversations and laughter. And after about 30-45 mins of nothingness MAYBE one will come out. Don't worry, you'll still be ignored. Just keep watching the TV in the back. This place needs a huge overhaul of staff and training. I never had such an unpleasant time waiting. If you're reading this and thinking about coming here to handle your stuff I URGE YOU to jump out a window. That would honestly be better then having anyone from here help you. And please ignore the other 5 star ratings on this yelp. They are most likely staff or other close friends or family members that they have probably paid to give them such a high review. I'd put a zero if I could. I went in to add a line to my current plan, and a store rep named Marvin said he'd help me. I was looking into newer phones because my current phone is old. He said I can get an iphone 7 for free. I said that sounds good can I keep my plan and was repeatedly told my plan will not change. Literally I asked about 5-10 times that my data and plan would stay exactly the same for both phones and Marvin and another person working there assured me it would be the same. They said you'll see a charge of -11.67 on your account and then a +11.67 coupon and as long as I stay with that phone for 3 years it'll be completely free. fast forward to now and I have 2 months with the 11.67 charge with no credit. Also I have a link "financed payments." I didn't want to finance anything. I called in att customer service and they said it only works with the unlimited plan and I have to pay the phone off. After I called the customer service they said a person will call me after lunch who can take care of it. Now I don't even get a call back I get a text message from a automated number saying they'll pay for half the phone and I have to pay half since nobody wrote in the notes that it would be free with this plan. So now I'm being called a liar by att and getting ripped off because these guys obviously don't know what the hell they're doing or talking about. Maybe they're just scamming people I don't know but honestly I'd just go to another phone company or another store with smarter workers or more trustworthy representatives. I wanted to buy a newer version of the phone and probably should've but with all this covid shit happening and hours being lost at work I heard free and went for it. Feeling dumb now.
