Once you get past the awkward dog fence in front of the store and the awkward cashier girl, you…read morewill find a bunch of cool Korean Flea Market goodies such as KakaoTalk Emoticon Character Friend inspired plush toys (Made in China), KakaoTalk Emoticon Character Friend inspired cell phone cases and fashion designer inspired cell phone cases, and various claw toy grabber machines (bring coins to play). Some of the brand names include Comme des Garçons PLAY, Thom Browne, Goyard, Yves Saint Laurent and much more. They also seem to carry small selection of designer clothing, shoes, and jewelries for men and women, but I didn't look closely enough to see whether they were genuine or not. It's definitely a cool store to check out and plus, they have a free parking lot right next to the store (lot shared by 3-4 other businesses in the same plaza - no need for validation). And the cashier girl doesn't bother you at all while you are browsing around (unlike some of the other Korean boutique stores) so that's a huge plus.

Dialnet - Hard at work replacing the glass of my phone after I ran over it with my car!

There is a reason Dialnet has been in business over 30 years!…read more This is not my first time having a device repaired here and I thought a review was long overdue. I brought my iPad Pro in with two separate issues. The first issue was resolved within one day. The second issue was the cracked/smashed screen that I've been dealing with for weeks. After new glass was ordered it was installed in about 24 hours (a day faster than they initially told me). Shawn and Peter (hoping I got their names correct) were extremely helpful and like a Dr with great beside manner, not shaming and informative. Thank you dir being excellent.

Do not go to this business…read more If you have an iPhone, go directly to Apple. This shop charged me $150 to replace my screen and claimed they were installing an OEM replacement, which turned out not to be accurate. Within seven hours of the repair, the screen was no longer sitting flush with the phone, the display stopped working, and my phone began overheating severely and shutting off periodically. I took the phone back to the store, but the owner wasn't there. I explained everything to the sales associate, and he told me there was nothing they could do because they couldn't guarantee the phone would work properly after the repair. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I then requested that they reinstall my original screen, and they did--but they still refused to refund my money. The customer service was also disappointing. While they weren't disrespectful to me personally, I watched them argue with and speak very disrespectfully to an elderly woman who was trying to get help. It was completely unprofessional. I would not waste my time or my money at this business. I highly recommend going directly to Apple instead, which is exactly what I did. Apple charged me essentially the same price, provided a 90-day warranty, and even extended it for an additional three months. Save yourself the frustration and go to Apple. This place is a joke.
