I bought my new MacBook here because it was $200 cheaper than going to Apple. It was a great process. I was able to get support from two amazing men who were so helpful. They were quick, efficient and made me laugh. It was a great process and easy. Kennedy helped me get me my MacBook before he went on break. And Erick checked me out. It was perfect. It's a huge location with many options to choose from. You can buy your washer/dryer/MacBook/electronics/chargers - you name it.

I have been here a few times and never wrote a review before. I always had a pleasant experience here. I purchased my Wolf stove from here ten years ago, had a great experience. I bought a few things over the years as well. Today my son and I went to buy him a PS2 controller and found the one he wanted. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and welcomed to the store. The employee asked if we need help finding something and showed us where the controls are. Now that's great customer service. The prices are reasonable compared to other stores. Lots of parking available.

Loads of purchases have been here throughout the year here. This visit, we came to pick out a laptop. Monday morning which was nice as it was not busy at all. Plenty of parking which was nice. They have covered parking as well parking towards the back. It shares a parking lot with a supermarket in a strip mall. It's two stories. Main floor is all your small electronics and sorts. Downstairs, all your big major appliances, television and so on. Right when we walked in, everyone was quite friendly and helpful. Asked us if we needed help with anything. At the beginning, it was just to browse and see what they had to offer. Selection, they have a good amount of laptops. A nice array of brands for every budget. After half an hour or so, we picked something out. Staff was all really nice and helpful with any questions was asked. They can ring you up pretty much throughout the stores as well as the main register at the front. Overall, it was a good experience we encountered. Compared to a lady that was there, she seemed to have a different experience.

Came in looking for a new gaming headset and Capella was super nice, welcoming and informative. The interaction was great and all my questions were answered. Left with this and I'm very happy with it so far after trying it out with all my consoles. Thanks Capella for the great vibes and information.

I came for a return of something expensive that I purchased open box. The first person who "helped" me had zero desire to be helpful. I needed to fully erase the device so I asked for the WiFi and she said I had to wait in line for geek squad for the password -- once I left her to wait in the geek squad line...she disappeared. And then I realized the WiFi didn't require a password. Finally another person came over. Both people questioned why I was returning - it wasn't working properly but they didn't believe me. Had to explain multiple times and be very firm. This person then had to call over a manager who I had to explain to again why I was returning. He also questioned me. Finally, they took it back. The customer service at this Best Buy was lackluster at best. The overall Best Buy experience was terrible, would not recommend.

The number ported to the wrong line, and online customer service wasn't able to fix it. Thankfully, I went into the Van Nuys store and the manager, Kelvin, stepped in. He resolved the issue quickly and even followed up the next day when my iMessage wasn't working, resetting my PIN and making sure everything was functioning properly. After this experience, I highly recommend skipping the online system and going straight to the Van Nuys location for reliable, knowledgeable support.

The young woman told me I had to make two payments on it before I could pay it off. That should have been my clue to leave. Sadly I didn't. She does the paperwork & I get the phone. That's when the horribly long wait started while she tried a bunch of things to move my info from the old phone to the new one. She 'worked' on it for about 2 hours and never made it happen... There were two additional employees present - a manager, and another staff person. The three of them were having a lot of personal conversation. I don't think that any of them were over the age of 22. (I'm being generous.) The only reason I bring up that is because the manager was clueless that part of the conversations was standard HR violation...that 1) NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED 2) NEVER BEEN SAID IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! She asked one of the guys to take over because she had to go buy some medication. She was having a female monthly problem. (She wasn't that delicate.) In the meantime while I had been waiting...forever...I started having a medical issue & had to go. I told her numerous times to stop, that I had to leave. She was either ignoring me or just plain oblivious. (I'm guessing she was oblivious.) Finally I got angry & raised my voice. That got the manager's attention. He came over and stopped her. They packed up my stuff and I left. I was on my way to the ER when I realized that I didn't have my phone, they hadn't put it in the bag!SOOO I had to go back and get it! The whole experience was pretty much a sh-t show. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ When I first started with T-Mobile that was the location I went to & I got great service. That continued for several years. However it has devolved down to this. I won't EVER go back there again. T-Mobile Corp needs to get on the ball. They need to hire managers who can do the job. The managers need to when staff members aren't actually doing their job & wasting customer's time. They need to make sure they provide good, appropriate customer environment. And for Pete's sake have HR train managers & staff about what is and isn't appropriate in the work place. That is, unless T-Mobile likes to be sued.

I went back to the store to complain 2 weeks ago and dealt with an entire new staff. They told me the lady was fired because she had screwed up the trade ins, including mine. He said give it a week. He gave me his personal cell number. Fast forward to today, I've tried calling the guy on his cell phone for 2 days straight. No answer and no mailbox to leave a message. The final straw is that I am trying today to call the store on their direct business number but no one answers the phone and no voice mail message. The only comment he made was, "We got one order that was canceled," without even checking or trying to assist further. He wouldn't even make eye contact. I'm not asking for luxury treatment--just basic customer service. He didn't have a name badge either, which says a lot. Definitely not returning to this location.

I originally called Spectrum because I was planning to cancel my internet due to the price. I had been paying about $90 per month for 600 Mbps, which felt too high. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and worked with me to find a solution. They ended up offering me 1 Gig internet for $30 per month, which honestly shocked me. On top of that, they also sent me a brand new WiFi 7 router to my home free of charge. When the new router arrived, I called customer service again to get everything activated. The people on the phone were knowledgeable, patient, and very easy to work with. They walked me through everything and had my internet up and running quickly. After that, I went to the Spectrum retail store down the street from me to return my old router. I was honestly expecting the typical telecom store experience where sales reps are pushy about adding services or making it difficult to return equipment. I have had that happen at other companies before. Instead, the experience was the complete opposite. The store was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional. A gentleman who I believe was named Reese helped me. He was kind, efficient, and not pushy at all. He processed my return quickly and made the whole visit very easy. Overall, the entire experience from customer service on the phone to the retail store visit was excellent. I went into this expecting frustration and instead walked away very impressed. Very happy with Spectrum right now.

The repair last night was incredible and efficient I had a…read morebroken cable bad and on Monday I called to trouble shoot The cable service only function with the remote control So the phone clerk / technician, went ahead and scheduled an appointment for Nina Home technician to come in and also shipped a new cable box for me So last night, Sargis came in promptly at the appointment time changed the cable box installed the applications trouble shot and give me a new remote control I have to say I pay a lot of money to Spectrum for a monthly bundle of cable and Internet and Wi-Fi ($218+), but when it comes to their customer service and repair.... I have to give them 5 ‼
