Did a wifi speed test right after and it matched the target right off the bat! The #1 issue is that if you ever…read morehave a problem with your internet that requires anything more than merely restarting your modem you are going to be placed in technical support limbo for days, weeks, and maybe even months. As noted in other reviews, the way in which the customer service works is by transferring you to a representative that at best can only ask you to unplug your router and plug it back in again. If you have a more serious problem, then the best they can do is refer you to their mysterious "tier 2" team. They will tell you that your issue has been escalated and to expect a call back the same day or the following day. Currently, I have been waiting back to hear from this team for a month. I have called over and over again and I am unable to reach a single individual who can help me with my problem. This is a nightmare for someone who works at home and requires stable internet to do their job well. Reading other reviews and looking online demonstrates that this is a common enough problem that signing up for this service is a bad idea. If you are searching for an apartment and you find one that offers BAI connect, I encourage you to keep searching and to tell the apartment management that you will not be submitting an application because of the ISP they chose. Trust me, you do not want to be stuck in this hellish scenario of wasting hours of your time weeks on end to get no where. What you are paying for is just not worth it. I have been a customer of ATT and Spectrum, while both have their failings, I can at the very least say that I was able to get a hold of someone who could help me eventually. If your service works as intended, then great, but do not get fooled by reviews written in the best of circumstances. If one thing goes wrong you are going to suffer for it because they are either too lazy, incompetent, or just plain spiteful to help you get your issue resolved. Finally, if this review speaks to your own experience, please leave your own review on yelp and file a complaint with the FTC. They are defrauding their customers on the most basic level by denying them access to adequate customer support. Further, make your voice heard and force apartment buildings to seek better service providers. Avoid BAI connect at all costs.

    I work in a medical laboratory, and we're in the process of adding several new automated,…read morehigh-volume laboratory instruments, which connect over TCP/IP and transmit a substantial amount of data to our LIS system. The network design we inherited was not optimal, so we were looking at improving the topology while adding capacity. I was looking at several vendors to run some fiber from our chemistry room and one existing IDF back to our server room / MDF. I looked at several vendors and wasn't impressed. I had a vendor I'd previously worked with, but they weren't as responsive as I'd liked. This project is moving fairly quickly, and we needed someone to do the work sooner than later. During the process, I found Fusion Networking and Technology. I reached out to them for a quote, and received a call back the same day. I spoke to Gaspar, who was friendly, professional, and pleasant to speak to and work with. He came out to do a job walk the following week (I had some WFH days and various meetings, so the delay was on me, not on them). We discussed ideas, and then he sent us a quote (which was a good price and very fair), and contacted me to schedule the job. We happened to be in the office working on a Sunday, and he wondered if he could come out the same Sunday and start the job, which was a real treat. Gaspar and Junior drove out, showed up on time, and got to work. During this work, they were very careful respectful of our facility and laboratory instruments, and cleaned up after themselves. They completed the job at about the time they were scheduled to finish, and tested everything to make sure the fiber was performing well. The installation was tidy, attractive, professional, well-labeled, and they even left us a few extra fiber jumpers, which we didn't even know we wanted or needed. I tested all the runs myself and everything was connected at 10 Gbps, as expected. Unfortunately, now, we have to tidy up / mine out the old 66 blocks, mushrooms, cross-connect cables that happen to be OUR mess (which we inherited) and look horrible compared to the awesome work they did! But that's on us! If you need some fiber or cabling work, Fusion Networking is the way to go. Timely, professional, friendly, and affordable. I highly recommend them!

Everything was routed back to a central rack in the basement, and the work was neat, organized, and actually tested. Not just "looks good," but properly finished. I also came in with a lot of specific requirements and definitely took us down a few rabbit holes. Golan was totally game to go there with me and think through the weird edge cases, but when things started getting a little too "okay, this is getting ridiculous," he'd pull me back and steer me toward a smarter, cleaner solution. I genuinely appreciated that. What really stood out is it never felt like he was trying to upsell me. Just honest advice, solid recommendations, and a clear priority on making sure I was happy with the end result. Professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

They worked carefully and with respect, something which can be a hit or miss with contractors. Golan consistently went above and beyond on answering questions and finding solutions to unique challenges. He's also as picky as I am on making sure everything is perfect! Golan is truly an artist when it comes to making sure your rack looks clean and organized. Don't hesitant to hire him!

The number ported to the wrong line, and online customer service wasn't able to fix it. Thankfully, I went into the Van Nuys store and the manager, Kelvin, stepped in. He resolved the issue quickly and even followed up the next day when my iMessage wasn't working, resetting my PIN and making sure everything was functioning properly. After this experience, I highly recommend skipping the online system and going straight to the Van Nuys location for reliable, knowledgeable support.

The young woman told me I had to make two payments on it before I could pay it off. That should have been my clue to leave. Sadly I didn't. She does the paperwork & I get the phone. That's when the horribly long wait started while she tried a bunch of things to move my info from the old phone to the new one. She 'worked' on it for about 2 hours and never made it happen... There were two additional employees present - a manager, and another staff person. The three of them were having a lot of personal conversation. I don't think that any of them were over the age of 22. (I'm being generous.) The only reason I bring up that is because the manager was clueless that part of the conversations was standard HR violation...that 1) NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED 2) NEVER BEEN SAID IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! She asked one of the guys to take over because she had to go buy some medication. She was having a female monthly problem. (She wasn't that delicate.) In the meantime while I had been waiting...forever...I started having a medical issue & had to go. I told her numerous times to stop, that I had to leave. She was either ignoring me or just plain oblivious. (I'm guessing she was oblivious.) Finally I got angry & raised my voice. That got the manager's attention. He came over and stopped her. They packed up my stuff and I left. I was on my way to the ER when I realized that I didn't have my phone, they hadn't put it in the bag!SOOO I had to go back and get it! The whole experience was pretty much a sh-t show. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ When I first started with T-Mobile that was the location I went to & I got great service. That continued for several years. However it has devolved down to this. I won't EVER go back there again. T-Mobile Corp needs to get on the ball. They need to hire managers who can do the job. The managers need to when staff members aren't actually doing their job & wasting customer's time. They need to make sure they provide good, appropriate customer environment. And for Pete's sake have HR train managers & staff about what is and isn't appropriate in the work place. That is, unless T-Mobile likes to be sued.
