As you probably know, replacing the glass on these phones can get really expensive, but they took amazing care of me and were completely honest throughout the process. It's not bulky at all and fits seamlessly into my phone case, just like the original. There was a small hiccup along the way getting my specific model in, but they handled it lightning fast and made everything right without hesitation. The OEM screen or Aftermarket was $250+tx, etc. The online order price for a OEM screen is 50-65. for a AMOLED screen, which is the best you can get. The charging port had…read moreissues it didn't have before and the phone wouldn't charge until I brought it back 10 minutes later as I was going home. Then 2 hours my phone had the same over heating issue it did before and the glue they used to close the back of the phone case comes off every day. So nothing was fixed, they never called me about ordering a front and back camera to replace on my phone. I don't recommend this place for phone repairs and service, either they switched the battery with an off market brand or kept the original one in there and never did a repair. 25 minutes to fix the phone seemed legit and exceptional but now I think they just didn't care and gave me my phone back with the same issues I was having. The battery drains completely to 0% within an hour and a half. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do because I don't want to go back to this place and my phone has to he under a fan when it charges or I power down, especially when I have to be somewhere without a charger. All they did was make more problems and take my money with no customer satisfaction. I wouldn't give them 1 star but I have to in order to post this They responded to this on Google saying they tried to call me and that the camera parts were ordered and ready to install but i never got a voice mail or missed call from them about it, why would I go back and bring my phone in if they did not fix the first issue i has with the battery? The full review on Google explains everything and why i didn't take it in to get taken care when i noticed the issue hadn't been taken care of. Don't go here for repairs they're going to rip you off

Dropped my iPhone 6+ Space Grey, shattering the screen…read more Apple wanted $130 + 3 (3!!!) days to replace the screen. Calling around to 5-6 local repair shops resulted in a bunch of "Nope, we don't have the 6+ screen in grey" responses and one "Sure come on down!" only to have them try the old "oh no we only have white screen" rope-a-dope when I showed up at the store. Came across these guys at Wireless Hotshots on Yelp so gave them a call. I was a little hesitant since in my experience anyone claiming to be a "Hotshot" usually isn't. Long story short, they guys are hotshots. Great customer service on the phone and in person, fair price ($120), and work done within 2 hours even though there were several other devices in line in front of mine. I've had my phone back now for a few weeks and you would never know the screen had been shattered. No weirdness, no ghost scrolling, no phantom taps. Touch-ID works like a charm, etc. It works perfectly. The cherry on top was their putting a screen protector on for no additional charge. Don't quote me on that though maybe they just felt sorry for me. I am definitely taking my devices here next time one breaks. I couldn't have asked for a better overall experience. They were honest (didn't charge extra for a supposed "bent frame" like one of the other shops I spoke to) and did an amazing job. The only knock was that their credit card reader was out that night so I can to go get cash but to me that was nothing more than a trivial inconvenience.
