I had one of the worst customer service experiences at the AT&T Store location. An employee named…read moreJose told me that if I didn't like my plan, I could "go get service elsewhere." When I tried explaining that AT&T was not offering any incentive for me to stay as a long-time customer, the manager, Jessica, told me to "shut up." When I told them not to speak to me disrespectfully, Jose raised his voice and said they were no longer going to help me. They then had security ask me to leave while I was there with my infant and simply trying to gather my belongings. I also asked for the company phone number to file a complaint, as well as their names, and they refused to provide that information. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. Regardless of who someone is or what issue they are having, no one deserves to be treated this way. As a professional with a PhD, being treated as though I were causing trouble or doing something wrong was humiliating and unacceptable. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
