Walked in to upgrade an existing line and was immediately told I couldn't be helped and had to go through the phone channel. Only after asking for the manager did anyone agree to look at my account. Even then, the manager initially tried to send me away until I asked him to actually check my account since I've been a customer for over 20 years. Once he did, he offered an upgrade to an iPhone 17 (the only phone in stock) and clearly stated it would be just a $25 monthly increase. The next day I received a text thanking me for adding a new line -- which I never requested. I then found my bill increased $35 per month, plus an additional $18 per month for Apple insurance that was never clearly explained. Now I'm being told canceling would cost over $80 per month. I understand the person in there was already helping out another customer, so I can see why it's hard to acknowledge new customers coming in, but after the guy was done, still zero acknowledgement. I tried not to have a grumpy boomer moment, but after my wife tried asking for help and was essentially brushed off with a "I'll be right with you" without so much as a glance, we just walked out. I see I am not the only person who has issues with the management of this store. I arrived before closing and was told they were already closed. They weren't. As a matter of fact, I was standing inside the store before closing. I asked directly, "are you refusing to serve me when I arrived before closing." The answer was yes. This location does not value customers' time. It was busy when I arrived, but no one greeted me or checked me in--I stood waiting for nearly 20 minutes without acknowledgment. When I finally spoke to a representative, he was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to help, he told me to visit the branch where I purchased my phone if I wanted "better customer service," and claimed that this location was "appointment only," which I've never heard of before. I ended up leaving because of how poorly I was treated. Regardless of being an authorized retailer, your team is still contractually obligated to assist all T-Mobile customers. Management should seriously consider retraining the staff on basic professionalism, communication, and customer service. I had a very unpleasant experience. First of all I had called T-Mobile during the afternoon and I spoke to another person. I let him know the details of the plan that I wanted to do and I also let him know I was only adding another account and I wanted the promotion that they were offering he told me everything was verified and I was good to go. When I arrive, unfortunately he wasn't there anymore so then another man helped me out. His name was DaANNY from the start He did not wanna work with me. You can tell he just didn't want to stay later than usual because I got there at 7 o'clock. I came near closing time to get my new phone activated. Thought it would only take 30 minutes but ended up taking nearly an hour. I felt horrible, but Simon was attentive, cheerful, and even stayed a little past closing time to accommodate my wife and me. I've been in here three times to attempt to return the router and sim cards. Three times, I've been told that the wait would be over an hour. They only had two people working in the store each time. The two people working were very rude. All three times. I would not recommend T-Mobile to anyone!! This is the worst Internet and phone service I've ever had the misfortune to sign up for. I never enjoy writing bad reviews, but this is almost my first time writing one. Lol My parents created new lines & services from this particular store a couple of years ago, but based on our experience, this is the most shady place we have ever experienced overall. First off, DO NOT go in here. They take advantage of the system and try to sign u up as new customers, so that they could get the commission. Had to literally rescue my parents from getting ripped off as their contract was coming to an end. They take advantage of the language barrier between the 1st gen Koreans and hook them into a ridiculous contract that makes no sense. I have called the Sprint HQ & T-Mobile HQ and all of their managers and representatives have said what this place is doing is very abusive and unethical. We even did a 3-way call with this store at one point and they hung up after saying "don't know anything about it" Gave them our account to look up but they strongly refused. Lol If you go to another local T-Mobile branch in Town Center, they will SHOW u how crooked this place is. Trust me, if you end up signing a contract here, you will lose more money than u should... Y'all if you wanna come here, make sure you know everything about iPhones, Samsung's, and everything in between. I'm not a T-Mobile customer but my mom so I came with her to get her phone issues solved. Upon entering, there's no welcoming or anything and everyone's just doing their own thing. There are those feet stickers placed on the floor so you know where to stand but it wasn't clear where the line was. We had to ask another waiting customer where to wait, but he was not sure either so we were all just trying to make eye contact with any of the many unhelpful workers. When being helped, the worker talked down on us and spoke in a "why don't you know this" kinda tone. It's Saturday morning, I get it, but obviously we came here to get help- if we knew how to solve the issue, we would've done it at home..? Anyways another worker came and they were discussing something mid-fixing our phone and when my mom tried to say something, he put his hand out and said wait. RUDE. worst experience ever !! dnt ever come to this establishment. Walked in and no acknowledgment, took a while before i was help. Greeted with "why are you here" told him what's wrong with the phone. Asked if i have a warranty and i said yes, after a couple minutes of going through his ipad. he said it's a warranty claim and that he can't do anything about it. Gave me a notepad and told me to claim it through that site. After going through that i had to call since there was no service for battery issues. Had to call and process this claim over the phone. Went to another tmobile after 2 days to pick up my warranty phone and comes to find out after an inspection of the phone that it was water damage so here i am back again having to go through the claim site to process this again. Beware, this is not a corporate store. This is a retailer contracted with T-Mobile. At the store they only look out for themselves and are not about customer service. I had to leave the store and worked directly with Tmobile. Fortunately, Tmobile gave me the option to file a complaint against the store and its manager, hopefully this will help them wake up so they can do their job better instead of leaving T-Mobile customers stranded in without a phone. read more

Before they closed a few months ago, this store was renewing customer phones and taking back the old phones. Apparently, they purposely never registered the phones into the system and just took off with the phones. I would never ever recommend any one to come to this T Mobile location. To begin management is instructing associates to FORCE guests into purchasing two accessories in order to upgrade or purchase a phone. Without the purchase of two accessories there would be no purchase at their location and will instruct you to order. Allegedly it's their "store policy" which it is not. This is a sales tactic to increase their store revenue and IPT (items per transaction) to meet store quota. It is very unfortunate that management takes advantage of their employees to use unethical sales tactics. Chris an associate at this location although under the leadership of said management remained respectful and compassionate during conflict over "store policy" with that being said although I left the store with no resolution and my phone deactivated Chris did do the best with the circumstances he was given. They are RACIST and CROOK. I cannot believe this location hires and assigns a position as a manager someone who is just against asian in asian community. Okay, when we were signing a new contract, a staff named Darxxx helped us do all the stuff. We were in the store long time since we were opening 6 lines. We purchased 4 iphones and 1 galaxy. everything went well until we found out that we got SCAMMED. We found out that all the wall charging adapters (4 apple adapters and 1 galaxy adapter) that Darxxx told us it was a "GIFT" from the store got charged on the backside. and what blew my mind was he even charged galaxy earbuds without telling us nor giving us!!!! Darxxx IS A CROOK. fortunately, the Associate Manager John knew what was going on and helped us return everything that we didn't even wish to purchase!!! On Jan. 3rd 2023 the phones got delivered and we went back to the store to activate and bring all the lines from the verizon. We got to the store around 5:30pm ish?This time MANAGER of the store Danxxx was in the store. and asked him to activate phones since we opened the plan, but couldn't use the plan since we didn't have the phones. (almost 2 weeks, we were paying for both Verizon and T-mobile) Manager said they cannot do the service since we were late, we asked him if he can activate just 2-3 phones, since like you said we came late? (The store closes at 8pm) back and forth we were asking what we could do and he kept telling us like he was YELLING at us saying that COME BACK TOMMOROW or I CANNOT DO THE SERVICE FOR YOU IT WOULD TAKE SO MUCH TIME TO ACTIVATE blah blah blah. (okay I don't understand this part. the store closes at 8 and we were there at 5:30. WHY WHY WHY wtf CANT YOU DO THE SERVICE???????????) He even said we are SO KOREAN STYLE that we keep complaining about what they (dont want to do) cannot do. we were there and kept asking and got a refund for the wall charging adapters and stayed past 8pm. wtf. I guess complaining about stuff (like Danxxx told us what we were doing at that moment) and asking to do services as a customer is a KOREAN STYLE. My dad doesn't speak english well, but he was yelling in front of my dad's face in english. This got me sooooo MAD. This T-Mobile location is a hit-or-miss every time I come here with my family. My family and I choose this location specifically because of the staff members who speak fluent Korean, which is what my parents were solely looking for since they do not speak fluent English. While I understand that there are some helpful staff, the information that they provided for us seemed very off. For example, when we all went to switch our phones and phone plan back in January 2021, they informed us that if we were to keep our original phone numbers, we would have to port them over to Google Voice and return back on May 1st to port them back over to our mobile service provider. Well, for one, I didn't understand why we even had to use Google Voice in the first place because when I visited a different T-Mobile location near my residence, the staff there were questioning why Google Voice was necessary when a number can simply be ported from a mobile service provider to another mobile service provider in like 10 minutes. It didn't make sense to me. On top of all that, my family and I were planning to visit this location today to port our numbers but it turns out that they're closed for a while. Hmm, not sure why. I ended up going to the T-Mobile location near my residence and what do you know? The staff there ported my number and my family's numbers in under 10 minutes. I'm so upset that we didn't know any better and waited until May 1st for nothing because during all that time, Google Voice wasn't the best telephone service (spotty calls, messages not going through, etc.) If you're going to provide good customer service, please provide the correct information as well as having your potential customers avoid this inconvenience. read more
