    So I went in on an (apparently) busy Tuesday. About 15 minutes to get to me after a swift check in by (I'm assuming) the lead. Everyone seemed polite & driven to help. But my experience was a walk in the park thanks to GRACE! Grace was multi tasking 2 other guests when she started on me, but it DID NOT feel like it. She was perfect at asking good questions, giving good answers, and engaging in seriously delightful conversation during. I can't image how sick the get of just shooting the breeze with people. Grace even had good interactions with the other 2 people she was working with. An elderly Spanish speaking lady (and 2 youth) who burst into laughter every other time Grace engaged them (I understand some Spanish but try not to pry). But ALSO all the staff is multi-lingual. All 3 on call that day, and every business card for the extended staff on the counters. I had a great time. Walked out with my upgrade in under 30 minutes, with a fully functional phone to drive home using. Give Grace a raise.

    I will just start by saying that I will never go to this location again. I walk into the store with my 11 year old daughter. I have a mask on and she has a face shield on. I got greeted with "excuse me we have a mask policy and she cannot wear that in here." I explained that she suffers from asthma so I use the face shield so that she can breathe. I don't legally have to disclose her medical condition but I was being polite. She said "it doesn't matter we have a mask requirement, can she wait outside?" My response was "I'm sorry.. I'm not going risk my 11 year old daughters safety and leave her outside by herself." So she asked someone else to help me outside. No hi welcome, thank you for coming in, apology for the inconvenience, or any other comments during that entire conversation. I proceeded outside ( where it was raining and cold!!) with the gentleman that helped me. I didn't catch his name but he was very informative and helped me with my simple upgrade. Fast forward about 5 mins into my upgrade shes outside with 3 other people not social distancing. I'm sorry do the rules only apply to her when she feels like it? I also found out through the associate that her name was Rihanna and she was actually the manager. Really think about what she's asking me to do as a parent in a parking lot off of beach boulevard with tons of homeless people. Leave an 11 year old child outside by herself!!! Not to mention there could have been other ways to be sensitive to other medical conditions respectfully while we as the customer are still attempting to follow state guidelines. And on top of that make the guest stand outside in the cold. Most people would say this is a great training opportunity as everyone learns to navigate through this era. But as a business owner myself know common sense she is in SALES and shouldn't be in the position she's in. In hindsight I was so busy yesterday but I should have just taken the extra time to drive to another location to complete my upgrade on principle. I will never return to this location again.

And then they broke down the pricing for us but told us we couldn't pay now and had to wait...which doesn't make any sense!! Cause other places would've let us pay beforehand. Because this phone was suppose to be my graduation gift and these dumbass people who work here did not make sense like a typical Verizon store!! When my phone was ready for pickup I was told I couldn't just walk in to get it and had to call to make an appointment and again I got the run around and wasn't able to pick it up for another LONG time like wtf. At this point I don't even want the phone from these incompetent fucks. Then oh it gets WORSE. So I call today about a week after my phone is suppose to be ready and ask if I need to schedule a time to come in TODAY and at first the man on the phone told me yeah we go on lunch from 1-2 so come in anytime after 2 cause we're not busy and don't have appointments today so I said okay and then in the same call within minutes he's like actually you can't come in til after 4, cause looks like we're busy and booked like what you just said y'all weren't busy!!!! That doesn't make any sense. So anyways I'm not getting my phone from this store anymore. I will be taking my business to Verizon la Habra to pick up my new phone which I ended up ordering on the app. Hopefully that goes smoother than these fuckers giving me the run around. What I don't get is when we went in for the phone the guy did the math and told us it would be $84 for the phone upon pick up day. Then when I called back two weeks later and asked about a time to come in and price I was told it was anywhere from 100-150 which didn't make any sense. But the person I talked too didn't know either he said he'd have to "do the math" when you would think the agreed upon price estimate would be in the system somehow! And I even called today about coming in to get my phone and the above is what happened. So I'm over it. I am just going to go somewhere else. Do not ever ever ever go to this decrepit store!!!

First of all my phone would be dead in…read moreless than 4 hours, the screen wasn't flush with the phone and the touch wouldn't respond properly. When i contacted them, they told me the phone dying had nothing tondo with the screen repair. WRONG. It has everything to do it h their horrible screen "repair". They offered to replace the screen at no cost. Told me to come at 10am. Got there at 10am.. waited till 11 till the guy finally came.. showed up with an amazon package... it was my screen that he ordered off amazon. Seriously? If that was the case, i'd have done it myself. I brought it to a store thinking they would use better professional quality products. Even after the repair my phone ended up dying again in about 4 hours MAX when before it would last the whole day with constant use. My screen was also so dim. I had to end up buying a NEW PHONE. I wasted so much money thanks to this place. Just buy their cute phone cases. That's the only reason why i'm being generous and giving them 2 stars.. their cute phone cases. Just dont get anything repaired here. They wont take any responsibility for anything damaged while they fix things and will deny it was due to them.

They have a wide variety of cute phone cases…read moreand while they're a little pricey ($35 for one we looked at), they're first party cases like Sanrio or Kakao Friends. One thing I noticed is that they definitely have a lot more variety for iPhones vs Android phones, but they still have some cases for most phones. We had a slight miscommunication but the manager was very gracious and cleared everything up and was very professional about it. Would recommend at least checking out if you're looking for a new phone case.
