    Great old time Italian bakery!
    Neil B.

We have bought our holiday cakes for our co-op's holiday party from T&D for years and never been disappointed by their quality or prices. When you walk in to the bakery the smell confirms that this is a legit old time Italian bakery that people often talk about when bringing up memories of the childhood in the glory days of Italian bakeries. And for those who know...they don't fill your cannoli until after you order it!

Everyone likes to go to Michael's but T&D is just as good as Michael's. It's been around for a long time. The folks behind the counter are great and you everything is delicious from the cookies to the cake and bread.

The human had a birthday and we needed cake during our travels. We gave them a try, and it was worth it. We passed by two days prior, and they had it ready for us on the day we requested. We brought in our design, and they gave us the flavors. We went with the buttercream and cannoli filling. We recommend them! Will we order from here again? Most definitely. Do they have other delicious treats? They sure do! Was the staff helpful? Very. Thank you for helping us celebrate my human's birthday during our stay in Brooklyn.

Amazing variety of pastries - everything is super reasonably priced. My favorite thing was the cherry crumb muffin, really creative idea and perfect execution. No complaints

I ordered custom made cookies for my son's birthday and they came out looking just the cutest. The cookies taste great and not overly sweet. The other pastries and cookies in the store are also tasty.

Omfg!!!!!!!! This strawberry cannoli cake is the BOMB!!!!!

So I always organize my coworkers birthdays and I'm always forced to go with carvels ice cream cake. But as you can see this isn't the weather for ice cream cake I went on google and looked up bakeries in the area. Then I stumbled upon this place. Man ole man I love google. When I got here I decided to go with the strawberry cannoli cake best decision ever!!! This cake was so light, fresh, and delicious. Now for all birthdays or whenever I get a sweet tooth this will be my spot!

This is a small family run Italian shop that has a vast assortment of breads, cookies and pastries. Got their mini cannoli, their French cream puff, a cappuccino cake, and the oreo cake as well. Cream puffs tasted delicious, as its buttery and melts in your mouth. The oreo cake was a bit too sweet for my taste. Price is very decent as its less expensive than Villabate and Rimini. Will come back for my lobster tail

Old fashioned Italian bakery with good selection of cookies and we also enjoy the apple turnover too. Service is efficient and friendly.

On this visit, I was buying bread for three different friends as gifts, so I naturally needed a little extra time to make my selections and place my order. Unfortunately, the staff member serving me appeared extremely impatient throughout the process and even criticized me for not explaining my order clearly. I completely understand that there were customers waiting behind me and that the staff needs to keep the line moving. However, I believe every customer deserves to be treated with patience and respect. If I am spending over $120 on your products, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect five minutes of patience while I carefully choose my order. I truly love this bakery and will continue recommending it because the quality of the bread is exceptional. I only hope the customer service can better reflect the quality of the products. A little more patience and kindness would make the experience just as memorable as the bread itself.

It is so clear that they use incredibly high-quality ingredients and carefully curate each component, which is exactly why everything comes together in such an elevated way. The tomatoes reminded me of the ones I grew in my garden during California summers as a teenager. Perfectly salted, layered over soft, not-too-tart feta. The focaccia was made with beautiful olive oil and, while a bit chewier than I usually prefer, gave the sandwich a satisfying bite. I had to close my eyes while eating it just to savor it. The chocolate cherry almond croissant... wow. Such a creative combination, and it did not disappoint. Soft, buttery, and filled with a sour cherry compote that reminded me of a cherry cordial from a box of chocolates. 5/5. Hainsley, who helped me, was exceptionally lovely. Everyone even in line was very nice, the vibes were awesome. I'll definitely be back to try the spicy tofu sandwich and the heirloom tomato tart!

While they didn't have their full selection available, there were still plenty of pastries to choose from. We ended up getting the vanilla kouign amann and the chocolate PB&J croissant. The kouign amann was flaky, buttery, and beautifully caramelized. The chocolate PB&J croissant was easily our favorite. It was filled with rich, decadent chocolate and a layer of jelly that balanced everything out without making it overly sweet. My significant other hasn't stopped talking about it since! We're already looking forward to coming back to try more.
