I keep on returning back for their flan. This time, I tried their fruit napoleon and it definitely hit the spot. Their cookies are also super fresh for gifting to folks or hosting. The spot itself is spacious and the service is wonderful. I like that they have outdoor seating as well for summer nights. It's become a regular spot for us when we're craving a sweet treat!

But this review is about something bigger than dessert. The strawberry cheesecake here reminds me of my mom. It was her favorite, and it was one of the last desserts I got to share with her. Anytime she wanted a sweet treat, that's what she asked for. Ordering it now keeps me connected to her. This past July, on her 3rd birthday in heaven, I placed an order to celebrate her. The menu only had cherry cheesecake that day, so I wrote a note explaining what the strawberry meant to me. The staff didn't just make it happen, they sent an extra slice of strawberry cheesecake on top of it. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. The people here have always been this kind. We love everyone who works there, and we're grateful for the small moments of care they've shown our family. Thank you for everything.

YUMMMM!! i honestly didn't expect to like the cornbread as much as i did, but the outer edges were…read moresooo crispy while the inside stayed perfectly moist. such a good surprise! the burrata prosciutto sando was GAS tooooo, especially if you're looking for something on the lighter side. i'd love to come back and try more of their sandos, especially the breakfast salmon one! just a heads up that they tend to sell out around 11, but they do have more lunch sando options available. i also loved the pistachio croissant, although there was something about it that felt a wee bit off. still thought she was scrumpt though hehe. arsicault in sf still clears :P the cookie was pretty standard, nothing too crazy. the earl grey morning bun was another unexpected favorite! it had a really light earl grey flavor with just a hint of cinnamon. and the apple croissant was sooo fall coded. the croissant itself was super flaky and paired perfectly with the apple filling. definitely a spot i'd come back to, especially to try more of their sandwiches!

While the line was intimidating, it moved surprisingly quick: by the time we had pastries in hand, it was only 10:50 a.m. A 30 minutes wait for supposedly the best pastries in this part of town is not bad at all. Between my wife and I, we shared three items: an olive and grape focaccia slab, a corn cake, and a triple chocolate croissant. Of the items we tried, the corn cake was a sleeper hit and turned out to be my favorite. I loved the caramelized crispy edges of the corn cake. The corn cake had a wonderful sweetness to it that felt balanced and not overwhelming. The decadent triple chocolate croissant was buttery, airy and flakey. The focaccia was proofed perfectly, had a bubbly open crumb and each bite fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside. The grape and olive flavor combination sounded strange but actually complemented each other nicely -- sweet and savory. I can absolutely understand the hype behind Radio Bakery and wouldn't mind waiting in line again for their delicious products.

I had my doubts. So many viral places suck. I've been so disappointed or meh at so many places…read more Not this one. Wow! Radio Bakery is so legit. Too legit to quit if I was in NYC area. My gawd. Everything was perfect. Perfect techniques. Perfect flavors and such robust flavors and textures. I was so impressed. I wish I could eat more right now, everyday. The most tomatoey focaccia. The most vanilla and crispy yet soft flakey Kouign Ammon. The most garlicky knot. The most tart & chocolatie almond croissant. Can't say enough.

Expect to wait a minimum of 30-45mins everytime you come here. This shop is known for their famous…read morefoccacia sandwiches. They also sell unique seasonal pastries too. These are the things I've gotten: Bacon and Chive Focaccia (5/5): I would get this anytime they have it available because it's a warm focaccia with cheesy spread loaded with crispy bacon and sausage with chives. The bread is bouncy and the perfect amount of dough with the savory bacon and sausage. The chives gives it a freshness. Beware they sell this at 10am and runs out FAST. Like 30-1 hr fast and they don't make anymore for the rest of the day lol. Or at least I've went 3 times here and the 2 times they sold out by 11am and the one time I've gotten it, it was 10:15am. Beef and Arugula Focaccia (4.5/5): If you can't grab a bacon and chive focaccia then this is their next BEST one! It comes on a sea salt focaccia that's loaded with slices of thin beef, caramelized red onions, arugula, and slathered with a good horseradish mayo spread that coats the greens. This is delicious! Listen it didn't look appetizing but this one the taste over looks and it was one of the most flavorful sandwiches I had. The horse radish mayo gives it a nice punch! The beef was so tender. Turkey and Pesto Focaccia (4/5): This was loaded with turkey slices, slathered with a generous pesto spread, and had kale that seemed like it was seasoned lightly with olive oil or a tangy vinaigrette. This worked very well with the focaccia which soaked it all in and the kale was perfectly tender and balanced out the saltiness from pesto and turkey. Safe choice for sure! Corn Cake (5/5): You must get this pastry if it's your first time here or anytime you want a sweet treat. I honestly think this is their best dessert ever and would get it everytime. It's a moist, chewy on the inside brown butter corn cake that tastes like corn bread mixed with brownie texture if you get what I mean. The outside is crunchy while inside is perfectly chewy and moist. Love this! Vanilla Kouign Amann (4.5/5): They do their Kouign Amanns close to perfection here. Theirs comes with the infamous caramelized sugar bottom and the inside is nice and fluffy with layers of buttered croissant like bread. Well done! Double Chocolate Croissant (2/5): This was not good as when I bit into the pastry it was flat and soft. Not a good chewiness or flakiness at all.
