Better to use the app. Many more menu items not shown on the big screen menu. The app was easy to use to customize a salad and sides and came with a new user $5 coupon. The kitchen is fully exposed. Busy. And looks very very clean. Plenty of seating. As a tip, adding bread to my salad added no extra cost, and was a flavorful addition. read more

Sweetgreen has quickly become one of my favorite spots in town. The food is unbelievably fresh and flavorful every single time, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients in every bowl. The menu has tons of options, and it's easy to customize something that actually feels both satisfying and truly healthy, which is rare for a fast-casual place. The atmosphere is awesome - bright, clean, and welcoming, with plenty of seating and a relaxed vibe that makes it just as good for a quick lunch as it is for hanging out and eating slowly. You can tell they put care into the space; it feels modern and comfortable instead of rushed or chaotic. I also have to give a huge shout-out to the manager, Griffin. He runs the place incredibly well: the team is friendly, the line moves quickly, and he always seems genuinely invested in making sure every guest has a great experience. Griffin is attentive, professional, and just an all-around fantastic manager - the kind of person who turns a good restaurant into a place you actually look forward to visiting. If you're looking for delicious, fresh food in a great environment with top-notch leadership, Sweetgreen (especially with Griffin at the helm) is an absolute must-visit. read more

Sweetgreen - A sign in the restaurant. - Salad Near Me - Boulder, Colorado

Two for two sad salads. Both take out orders have been lackluster; tell me you don't give a sh!t without telling me you don't give a sh!t. Tortilla crumbs, search and find the protein, haphazardly smashed into the container. The food tastes ok but neither time has my food resembled what I ordered. Overpriced and undelivered at best read more

Delicious and fresh!! Very clean... enjoyed for a quick healthy meal on Pearl St! Great place

WOW! I absolutely loved this place. The food was delicious and so filling. In addition, the service was quick and helpful, and the place was quiet and clean! I would definitely come back. read more

Four of us went there for a healthy lunch before the lunch rush. We had the miso glazed salmon, caramelized garlic steak and two salads. The food was fresh and tasted good. The ordering process was fine for us, but a line quickly developed as the lunch rush started. I recommend this restaurant, but go before the lunch and dinner rush periods. read more

I love sweet green and try to come here for every lunch break when I can, but the management clearly needs help. As a working class resident of Boulder, I do not blame the employees at all however for a 1pm rush they had one employee taking orders and ringing people up, meaning by the time I got to place my order my lunch break was over. Management, please support your employees and the other employees of pearl street by either having staff for a shift or stepping in yourselves. read more

I started at a different location and loved it, would go there 2-3x/week they always filled my bowl. I don't know what it is about this location, I've been about 5 times dine-in and carry-out and I always get a half salad. So frustrating!!! I want to come, but I don't want to pay that price for a half salad. read more

Love love love Sweet Green and the initiative they took to take out seed oils in their cooking! They are my go to spot for clean, healthy and delicious food. Willie is also a rock star employee. His energy is always welcoming and vibrant, He's attentive to the needs of the restaurant and cares about how things are run. I cannot recommend this place enough and Willie deserves a raise! read more

I love Sweetgreens. I find it incredible, delicious and convenient. I could literally write paragraphs on my favorite salads here. The flavors are insane. And I'd continue but I have to complain about this recent phenomenon.... ....one major issue that just started happening. This Boulder location has consistently been turning OFF online ordering this year. Look -- I get it -- I worked in food service the last two months. They are busy, understaffed, overworked. But please please do not turn off the ONE feature that everyone likes about this place. Just make the wait time to get your salad LONGER on the app if your busy! If you turn it off, people can't use this new amazing "sweetpass" we all bought just for the rewards for online ordering. We are getting screwed out of the whole reason we are being loyal. Please fix this! read more

love this place. super tasty kale Caesar salads and love the buffalo chicken bowl. all super fresh & healthy ingredients & great portion sizes. on the pricier side but farm sourced ingredients so worth it to me. friendly customer service and located on the wonderful pearl street -nice for a walk before or after. read more

The food was great and fresh, but the staff today at lunch, 5/15/25 was so nice. Place was clean even during a lunch rush. Great overall.

The worst. Impossibly slow service because only one person was working the line , which wasn't even that long but still took us 25 minutes to get through. Fries were cold. Salad overdressed - kept pouring after we said stop. Dirty tables. Broken hand dryer in bathroom. Iloverall just really bad. read more

Paid 18$ for a child size portion, food wasent even hot, looked like they just threw a bunch of crap in a box and called it a meal.called multiple times and 0 customer service response. Paid over 80$ total for 3 meals that were comically small. Waste of money read more

awesome staff, clean, good food and quick service. It was just a little overhyped. I made my own bowl and got tofu with it. It wasn't as flavorful as I would have liked but overall the food was pretty good. I got the pesto sauce and I think that really pulled my meal together! would 100% come back again! read more

Sweetgreen's biggest problem is high expectations: just about everyone has heard of it from the coasts before giving it a try here. My first reaction was, "It's good, but why all the hype?" Especially here, since fast casual salad isn't new: there's already a dozen of a different "Greens" chain in the Denver metro. I've been twice, and both salads I've tried have been delicious, filling, prepared well, and with high quality ingredients. You can make it work with just about any dietary restriction or choices. Staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient. For quality fast casual on Pearl Street, prices are reasonable. Good amount of tables outside. read more

I love Sweetgreen so I was so excited when they opened this location! The Pearl Street location certainly lives up to the brand hype- it's cute, clean & the employees are friendly. I've been 4 times since they opened in December and every experience has been positive. My all time favorite bowl is the Harvest Bowl, but I also recommend checking out their seasonal options which focus on using fresh and seasonal ingredients. My favorite seasonal bowls include the Chicken & Brussels in the fall and the Miso Bowl in the winter. Their online ordering & pick up options are also great - super easy and convenient! I typically order through the app. My only suggestion is that I wish the pick up shelf was closer to the door (or maybe used one of their side doors instead?) as I've seen at other sweetgreen locations. Right now you have to walk through most of the store to grab your food, which isn't ideal with covid. But it still does feel really safe compared to many other local options. read more

For a salad shop, the salad was just not good. I've been going to sweetgreen on the east coast for years, and thought it was great. But this experience was awful. Overcooked chicken, under-ripe avocado, mediocre everything else, at best. So disappointing after experiencing several other locations. Really bad. Hope it's not a brand trend, and hoping it'll get better. read more

Exactly what you would expect. Fresh, healthy, made to order green and grains bowls. Even when there is a line the service is fairly quick. Excellent choice if you are leaning on the healthier side and want something quick. read more

It's impossible to reach a human being to find out if a dish is spicy. I'm not permitted to eat spicy food and had a question about a couple of new options. I got the outgoing message but no option to ask questions. Utterly unacceptable. My impression: they care only about the money; not customer satisfaction and the fact that they claim customer satisfaction is important to them, it's obviously not. read more

Bad website ordering process and customer service. I placed an order online just shy of 30 minutes before closing via the SG website and the site allowed me to submit the order...AND instantly charge my card...before indicating that the order would only be made the next day. Very weak ecommerce process SweetGreen. Also, there is no way to cancel the order online. I had to email customer service. Customer beware. read more

The new sweetgreen on the east end of Pearl Street is a welcome addition to the good eats in the area! Stopped by for their preview event tonight and all the ingredients were fresh and delicious and the staff were super friendly and explained the different ingredients and meats. love the salad options here. the tofu is delicious and filling. i'm always happy when i eat here!

If you like salads, this is the place for you. If you don't, I really see no reason why you'd come here. They do salads, and I think they do them well. Lots of fresh, healthy, tasty options to make whatever big loaded salad your little heart could desire! I got the buffalo chicken salad and modified it a bunch, and it was very good and filling (though I wish they could be a bit more generous with their protein portions since you're paying quite a lot.) The bread that came with it was also nice and hearty. I do question their classification of "premium" versus "non-premium" toppings, like why would pickled carrots/celery or brussel sprouts be a premium topping, when the others aren't? I just don't get it. But my salad was good. I would like to try other items, including their bowls, but it is pretty pricy (and they don't take cash, which I'm not sure is even allowed????) Still, it's a good option for a quick & healthful lunch!! read more
