Started my morning with the best cortado at Sweet Talk -- hands down my favorite coffee spot in Apex! Consistently delicious, every single time.
I've seen IG posts of the famous ube buns so honestly that's what initially brought me in more than the coffee - I ended up also ordering the Sweet Talk Iced Latte and oh my gosh were they both incredible! I fully understand the hype, would love to go back to try some of their other lattes because they had some interesting flavors. Baristas were wonderful, service was quick and plenty of indoor seating - perfect for socializing or working on your laptop.
This cafe is so cute and gives off the clean Korean aesthetic you would find in cafes in Korea. They serve bingsoo, waffles and both savory and sweet toast, as well as other baked goods. They have all the up and coming latte flavors, like matcha and ube, and they even serve black sesame! Which is my personal fav! The staff is so sweet and try to ensure your tastes and dietary preferences are up to par. Def recommend if you're in the area!
Drinks were ok and the place was fairly busy for 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. The place seemed a little dirty. The floors weren't truly clean, especially on the edges. The bathroom was falling apart. It just seemed cluttered in the cooking area especially for such a beautiful large white sitting area. The table we sat at was rickety. I would get my drinks to go.
Got the ube latte and it was good! Perfect amount of sweetness for me, but wish there was a little bit more ube taste. Service was quick and interior is sooooo cute. Next time I'll try their desserts!
I love this coffee shop. They have something for everyone and have new menu items every season. I've yet to try their sweet treats but they look incredible when I see others order them. My favorite menu item so far is the Banana Bread Latte. Great place to work remotely, meet friends, or have a solo date.
SO GOOD me and my best friends really enjoyed it. i was very hesitant on getting it because i have never had it before but the worker assisted me and then led me to make the decision that i did and i don't regret that $13 one bit. SO BOMB i had it months ago and i still think and dream about that bingsoo. i will definitely be coming back, might even have it as my birthday cake bc it was THAT GOOD and the condensed milk on top.. oh ya. the place was also really nice and really clean and disposing of mine and my friends meals was super nice and we will definitely be returning when we all get our money up and NOT our funny up /

As soon as I walked into the cafe I was impressed by how clean, neat, and bright the interior was. The simplistic art and decor made the cafe seem very clean. I was a little disappointed that they don't have sugar-free syrup flavors, but I decided to go out of my comfort zone and try something different. After asking the friendly barista fro recommendations, I chose the ube flavored latte. The latte was served at the perfect temperature (not too hot!), had just the right amount of sweetness, and was a beautiful purple color. I really enjoyed the drink and I would order it again!
The ice texture is perfect! It's so fine that it feels like you're eating fresh snow! The black sesame was recommended by the staff and it was soooo good! Perfect blend of nuttiness with sweet! The strawberry with cheesecake bits were just a tad sweet for me. We sat on the only set of couches because the place was packed and it needs a little cleaning. People must have spilled and so there are many stains. The only thing I wish they had is a traditional one with fruits and mochi bits and red beans.
Good spot for hangouts. Limited options, but whatever we got were delicious & yummy. A bit pricey in my opinion though.

While it's not for me it may be for someone else. The staff was dull and not great with recommendations and the food wasn't great. All the tables were dirty but my company with a friend was great. read more
My daughter and I loved Sweet Talk. To start, the ambiance was adorable and very calm, with a very cozy coffee shop-esque feel. Jasmine provided excellent service! We ordered the honey garlic toast, which was so tasty. The cheese was melted to perfection and the bread was fluffy, with the chopped nuts, honey, and herbs being a very nice touch. The drinks were amazing--we ordered the lychee lemonade and iced lavender latte. One of their menu items is enough for two people's snack. This place was awesome, we'll be coming again!! Made a return trip to try one of their iced coffees, and the place was packed for a weekend afternoon. I snagged a chair next to the door and tried the Cafe Sua Dua. The foam was perfect but the coffee was too strong for my taste. read more

Great place! Lots of seating for both lounging and doing work. I got the seasonal Carrot Cake Latte and it comes with this cream cheese frosting on top that's really good! I also got this tiramisu croffle, which was solid, the serve it fresh and warm. Overall I'd go here again for just the coffee. read more

I've lived in Apex for a while and I can say this is by far the best coffee shop in the area! They do such a great job rotating their menu. Some of the drinks are on the sweeter side (hence the name) but if you ask for half sweet they are just sweet enough in my opinion! Highly recommend their Sweet Talk Latte or the Cafe Sua Da. read more
Such a cute spot to hang out or get some work done at! They have a variety of coffee/tea options, bingsoos (Korean finely shaved ice with a variety of toppings), croffles, and honey toasts. We got the Mango Sunshine bingsoo (mango, white chocolate, chopped almonds, cheesecake bites, mango ice cream). The bingsoo was delicious: super refreshing with the perfect amount of sweetness from the mangoes, crunch from the almonds, and textural diversity from the cheesecake bites. You could share the bingsoo comfortably between 2-3 people. I definitely want to try one of their specialty lattes next time. Ambiance is super aesthetic & service is friendly. Only con is that tables are super close together so it could get a little crowded at times, but it wasn't that bad. Lots of parking available. 9/10 would recommend! read more

The absolute cutest cafe with a minimalist vibe. Easy to find parking, a couple outdoor seating options, and indoor options to sit. Drinks are delicious with an Asian influence - black sesame was delicious and nutty and the cafe sua da was strong just like Vietnamese coffee should be. Drinks come out fast and staff is so sweet! Can't wait to come back! read more

My goodness this is the cutest little cafe. The ambiance is clean, light, and airy. It not only sells coffee, but they also have fun desserts like Korean bingsoo and croffles, which are croissant waffles. It's cafe-style ordering, but the staff was so friendly in helping me pick out which dessert to get. I ordered the bingsoo, and it came with a delightful ball of sorbet on top of the shaved ice. I loved all the cheesecake bites. The cherry on top is that you can pour cream on top of the whole thing, which made it taste even more delicious. The bingsoo is definitely sharing size. You'll need at least two people to comfortably finish it. The hours are fairly long for a coffee shop (8am-8pm), and there's a medium amount of seating if you wanted to sit here for a while. It's in a really big shopping center (Beaver Creek), so there's plenty of parking to go around. read more
I love this coffee spot! This place was highly recommended. I was not disappointed with the recommendation at all. The staff was very helpful when deciding what menu options I wanted to order. I chose the Sugar Crunch Latte and the Churro Crème Croffle. The Sugar Crunch Latte was unlike any latte I've ever had. The drink contains a Korean style golden toffee that sweetened my drink as it dissolved. It was absolutely delicious! The Churro Crème Croffle is a unique menu item. I've never heard of a croffle before, which is a Belgian style croissant. It is a menu must try for sure! I love the ambience of this place. The colors are neutral, the space is clean, the music is good and there are lots of plants. I love to see healthy plants anywhere so seeing the variety of plants they have made my day. I definitely will make time to come to this place again. read more

The cafe is set up very nice and quaint. Very bright on the inside. Service was great! I ordered the Vietnamese ice coffee, churro croffle and honey garlic toast. My coffee was perfect not too sweet and a nice coffee flavor. The honey garlic toast was perfect. Big size bread flavor throughout presentation was very nice. The churro is a cross between a waffle and a croissant. That was very tasty. I enjoyed both items and the coffee. I will definitely be coming back. read more

Truly one of a kind. This cafe is perfect for those wanting to enjoy delicious drinks and and grab a sweet dessert or two. The environment is very welcoming and the aesthetics are attractive and minimal. The employees were accommodating and knowledgeable. The owner was also incredibly gracious and it was obvious she has a vast knowledge of her beverages and desserts. I am particularly picky about my drinks and often don't indulge in sweeter drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to see that their drinks were not made too sweet. Usually coffee shops overuse their simple syrups but I was elated to find this was not the case. I did not have time to try any of their desserts but I've heard nothing but good reviews about their whole menu so I really can't wait to try. read more
Cute little cafe. Staff was friendly and helpful. I really love the waffle croissant matcha thingy. It was so yummy and flavorful. The matcha latte was really water down. I see they do it the traditional way with a bamboo wisk, so the drinks take a bit to come out. The matcha was just not as flavorful as I like, but I make my own matcha at home and really love a super strong matcha taste. I would go back for the food alone. read more

First time trying this cafe and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the sweet talk latte, tiramisu croffle, and the bingsoo. Overall loved all three! The presentation itself was great and all of them were packed full of flavor without being too sweet. My personal favorite was the croffle since it was crunch on the outside but soft on the inside. Definitely will be back to try the other treats! Atmosphere inside was good. There is plenty of seating and WiFi is available. Plenty of parking outside both in the front and in the back of the building. Prices were average (spent around $25-30 for the 3 853's I got). Staff was very friendly as well. Overall, really like this cafe in Apex and will be back. Looking forward to trying the other snacks and lattes. read more
A clean café with great potential! I arrived about 25 minutes before closing time on a Monday night. I really wanted to get their bingsoo, but was told that they stop serving it 30-minutes before closing. I was left with croffles and the drink menu. The lattes (all iced) were so tasty. I really enjoyed how the black sesame latte was true to its ingredient - black sesame. It is not a sweet drink at all. It's nutty and delicious. The sugar crunch latte is topped with pieces of dalgona. It's sweet and so tasty. It doesn't melt quick enough to be integrated into the beverage, but the topping as it self tasted just right. I tried the churro creme croffle and it was freshly made. The warm pastry underneath all the banana had a great texture and you could really taste the cinnamon punching through. The three item menu cost me $22.30. read more

Such a cute little cafe in Cary! It's so aesthetically pleasing inside, and the dessert selection is great! We got the mango sunshine bingsoo after a big dinner, and it was delicious!! It was not too sweet which I appreciated, and I really enjoyed the cheesecake bites at the bottom (they were SO good!). The mango ice cream on top didn't really taste like mango and was a little bit sour, but it was good nonetheless. The chairs and tables were a bit dirty, with clear stains on them from previous customers. But it didn't bother me too much. I definitely would like to come back to try their croffles or toast! read more
Such an awesome dessert spot and a fun addition to Apex. The employees were super friendly and they had quite a few very tasty options to choose from. I went in the evening so I didn't try any of the coffee drinks, but I did go all in on bingsoo-- shaved ice dessert. We went with the strawberry dream and it was super delicious. It's just sweet enough and just in general refreshing and delicious. I also ended up taking a croffle home to my husband, and let's just say the whole thing did not make it home. I ordered the churro cream option and it was spot on. Highly recommend! I look forward to heading in again soon! read more
Sweet Talk Cafe is a cute cozy spot. It was packed the afternoon I tried it and you need to be patient on a hot sunny day. I am a huge fan of Vietnamese Coffee it was strong and delish. I am glad that I got to try the Mango Sunshine Binsoo. My favorite part was the mango sherbet on top!! Overall it was a light and refreshing cold treat to share. read more
