This is a nice spot. The restaurant isn't very large but it is great for groups of no more than 6. The restaurant gives a mom and pop vibe due to the very friendly and kind staff. I had the shrimp tempura, miso soup, spicy edamame, and the shrimp tempura roll. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The presentation was also great. Overall, a great dining experience.

Super yummy sushi spot! Came in between lunch and dinner time when most spots are closed. Small dining area but wasn't busy at the time. Couldn't decide what to get so went for the sushi boat. The sashimi and nigiri pieces were a great size and tasted good. The fried roll was a bit much, but offset all the fresh going on the rest of the boat. Came with miso soup and a small side salad. Would totally come back if I'm the neighborhood or crave sushi during that off hour!

My husband and I LOVE Sushi Ocean. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but they can deliver some fresh, delicious sushi! We really love the City Roll and always get Miso Soup. The Chicken Yakisoba is a huge portion and a very good option if you want something different. The inside is very cute and clean and the chef who I think may be the owner is so nice. They also have happy hour with some good sake options and lunch specials. If you're in the neighborhood please give them some business!

The sushi rolls were very big. I was full from 1 roll. I will give it a 8 out of 10 for taste. They played a really good playlist and it has very calm ambience. The server was very kind and always there when needed. It's a perfect for date night or for meeting up with friends.

You guys, this is our local Go-to from here on out! We've ordered sushi from here a few times and have eaten in the restaurant. The sushi is legit good and they always give you a little something extra! Tonight's surprise was tempura and potstickers. Thank you!!

Unfortunately they won't make rolls without rice except for 2 that are designated on their menu. I eat Keto and was sad to not have any sushi (I didn't like the 2 they offered) The kids enjoyed their California and shrimp tempura rolls and my husband enjoyed his rainbow roll and some other one. They have lunch specials and if you're not on a limited diet this place is a good choice.

Yet another happy time here. Tried the sashimi, very fresh and my husband had the RM 620 roll, super tasty. Not my favorite since I don't really like the deep fried rolls, but still pretty full of flavors. The hot sake was perfect to accompany the creamy roll ( since it had cream cheese )

Tuna & Salmon Sashimi Platter

Stopped in for lunch and it was a wonderful experience. Service was amazing and the food was incredible. I ordered six pieces of sashimi and the pieces were massive and delicious. The ramen was so good also. Definitely give this place a shot!

Came in to grab one miso soup. I asked the waiter if he had a side fried rice and he rudely said no and snatched the menu from my table. So I didn't order anything else since he grabbed it and just got one more miso soup. My total was $6.27 including tax and was there for less than 10 minutes total with my fiancé. He politely helped all the other customers and greeted them and waved them goodbye. When me and my fiancé left he didn't say a word yet however he chased us outside of the restaurant and yelled at us while we were almost at our car and told us we HAVE to leave him a tip because he "served us"... I'm not sure if he realized that good service gets tips but either way I felt harassed and embarrassed that he chased me for a $1 tip :( won't be back and careful future customers because if you don't tip he'll follow you to your car

Salmon Teriyaki Bento without the Teriyaki sauce.

Great grilled Salmon Bento. Really it was Salmon Teriyaki but I requested no teriyaki sauce. No problems at all with this request. The Bento lunches are an amazing value and come with so much food. A large portion of salmon, two nigiri pieces, two California roll pieces, two gyoza, pickles, a potato croquette, rice and sautéed vegetables, miso soup and a salad. I was stuffed for $12.99.

Left is the volcano roll and right is the spider man roll. so good!!

Great food, staff, and service. I'm pretty picky with sushi bars and what I'm looking for, but this place hit the nail on the head.

While my husband likes sushi, I love Sushi Ocean for their udon. Their chicken udon is like a comforting chicken noodle soup.

I recently moved to Austin in 2023. I found a gem tucked away in the back of the HMart food…read morecourt next to the hair salon. Narrow Street 512 serves up Authentic Korean food with a personal touch. It feels like you're eating a home cooked meal at your Aunt's home in Korea. I experienced Narrow Street as a solo diner. My go-to dish I order 90 percent of the time I go there is the Chadol Plate (A3). It is beef brisket. You normally need to go to a KBBQ spot and get covered in a layer of smoke. Skip smelling like a campfire and get A4 at Narrow Street. The beef brisket comes with rice served in a metal bowl. You get 3 or four small plastic containers of banchan the rotates seasonally. There is a variety of different kimchi, fish cake, corn slaw, potato salad and more. Once in a while I like to switch it up and I order the Cold Noodles (F1) or squid and pork stir fry (A4). The cold noodles are refreshing with crisp cucumber, white radish kimchi, and korean pear. The noodles are bouncy with a nice chew. Great in Summer and Winter. The Squid and pork stir fry comes with a bowl of rice and it is quite spicy. It is spicier than average but still less spicy than Thai chili. The chewy squid and pork are nicely complemented with the crunchy stir fried cabbage. Once you taste it you can't stop eating it. The price at Narrow Street very reasonable for what you get in my opinion. It is sit down restaurant quality food in a fast casual setting. You can dine solo or go in a big group as there is plenty of seating at the Hmart Food court. You place your order at the counter and they give you a buzzer to alert you to go pick up your trays of food. The Korean ladies who work there are super friendly and will help you make your menu selection if you have any questions. I've been a dedicated regular since 2023. Narrow Street is my go-to for my Korean food fix!

We ordered the ox knee bone soup. The soup was great and had lots of meat in it! I was surprised by how many different side dishes it came with because usually food court meals come with bare minimum. I would highly recommend this place - the location is kind of hidden in comparison to the other stalls with bright signs so I can see why people end up eating the other places tha this spot.

It is a quaint little place, not too big of a space so luckily they did not have a wait when we went. I give it a five star review because of the sushi. The food for me was good, not the best like not great, but it does satisfy the Korean food craving. Presentation of dishes was so nice and fun, the sushi was on fire literally. They start you off with banchan-kimchi, macaroni, onions, and fish cake. It's standard, nothing outstanding, but they do give free refills! 1. Taimatsu Roll - My favorite dish we ordered. It's saucy and has a nice play on textures because of the crispy fried bits on top. It is stuffed with a sizeable piece of tuna and has a sweet mayo sauce. It is definitely more fusion leaning rather than traditional. 2. Dak-Galbi - A spicy chicken dish with sweet potato matchstick slices and rice cakes. There could be more rice cakes and flavor. It was not spicy at all, more of that sweet savory taste you get from gochujang based dishes. The chicken was super tender and there was a good amount! 3. Beef Rib Stew - This was a warming stew with glass noodles, it is a basic soup that is salty and peppery (some may think it's bland). It comes with a bone in beef rib that is fall off the bone tender! Overall, while the food wasn't the most outstanding, I would definitely come back to try other items (namely the sushi). I would also love to try the inari tofu pockets I see online (not sure if they still have that though since I don't think I saw that on the menu). Also, their other fusion leaning dishes like the carbonara tteokbokki sounds interesting.
