We just moved to Reno before Thanksgiving and I'm always looking for great local coffee shops wherever I go. This is it! Adorable little place. Clean, cute and fun decor and great service. Coffee tastes great! They also have gluten-free treats which is a big plus for us! They opened in July during the pandemic which I imagine was challenging. The staff is friendly and it's quick service. We got a small iced americano and a medium hot Americano, both were delicious! And only $6. It's cheaper than Starbucks, and not a chain. I did an online order with these folks for pickup. The inside was super cute and I just love the variety of the menu. We ordered a Love Potion #9 and a Banana White Chocolate Latte. Taste/quality is a 3-star: if I go here again, I won't order my drink online until I'm closer; it was a bit watery which made me think they made it as soon as they got my order. This place is disgusting. When I worked nights I would stop by this place every few days to pick up coffee for me and my wife. After the first trip I didn't wanna ever go back because the staff was so rude and inattentive, but alas my wife was a fan of the Love Potion9. There were multiple times where I'd be sitting in the shop waiting up to 30 minutes for a drink I ordered 20 minutes before arriving. And anytime another patron or myself would even attempt to ask the staff a question about our order we would immediately be cutoff by a barista loudly telling us to "be patient" because they're "really busy" in the most condescending tone imaginable. Meanwhile the two girls behind the counter are laughing, telling jokes, moving at a snails pace, not caring at all as an entire storefront stares on in amazement at the unabashed disrespect for the customers and their time. The only reason I'm wasting even more time on this joke of a business is to give it 1 star for the triple chocolate muffin. That thing is really good. You guys deserve a star for that. read more

So good! What a gem we have found. My husband and I have searched for a great (not chain) coffee shop on our way home from Reno each trip and this one definitely hits the mark! Super friendly baristas, fun holiday concoctions (but most importantly good coffee to start with), delicious avocado toast and Mother of Macros Clean Cheatz donuts. Loved the eclectic decor with the vintage stove, antique couch and raw edge wood counter. What I respect the most is that they just opened in July....in the middle of a pandemic! That speaks volumes. I love that we have a local coffee shop in the North Valleys. It has a fun vibe and they decorate for the holidays. They also change up their menu, which keeps things exciting. I came in here while running errands in that part of town and was so surprised by the adorable decor and ambience of the coffee shop! I was greeted right away and Lorena was so kind and cheery, even with her mask on! She made me a vanilla latte with oat milk and it was perfect! Oat milk lattes can be iffy sometimes but this one was great. I sat in a comfy chair while eating my Danish and Lorena was happily catching up with regulars and now I want to be one too! The ladies working here were extremely rude. I came in with my husband and all he wanted was a cold brew. They didn't have it, fine. I ordered the Tres Leches latte. They looked at me a little confused and even worse when I asked for milk substitutes. They started telling me they can't make it without whole milk even though tres leches means there are three milks in there. Whatever. Then when I'm paying, IN FRONT OF ME they are cackling about how no one ever orders that drink, I have not even left the counter and they are laughing about my drink order.
