Cute little shop, clean, easy vibe, and the drinks came out consistent. Boba was good, not mind-blowing but definitely above average. Nothing crazy here, just a well-executed, dependable stop that I'd come back to when the craving hits.

The location of the restaurant is hidden with very limited parking. Once you get inside, it opens up to the service counter and ordering. There is a screen with the menu, however, it does not list any of the prices. I ordered the mini pancakes with strawberry, bananas, and whipped cream and the Dulce Leche drink. The pancakes were regular pancakes. Boring too special about them. However, the drink was delicious! Their drinks seem to be more popular because of the variety and quality. There is dine in inside that is tucked in the back of the place after you order. Seems a little run down, but there are tables and chairs. They brought the food out to our table after ordering. We placed all our dirty plates on a specific counter and cleaned up our table. In the future, I would prefer to order take out with their drinks since they are better than the food.

I ordered it through Ubereats and the packaging and labels were great! The flavors I picked tasted delicious, but a bit too sweet. I had the Banana matcha, Strawberry shortcake matcha, lavender rose matcha, and Apple cinnamon matcha. The drinks were great, but....The matcha powder was NOT blended well before mixing in with the drinks There were so much clumps of matcha in each cups and it was a little gross to have to "chew" on it as I drank the matcha drinks. Maybe next time I'll try their coffee selections instead. Willing to give it another try since the flavors were okay :)

This location continues to surprise me in new ways to disappoint me. I travel throughout the Reno…read morearea and order the same drink. Every morning. From various locations and never have an issue. It's always made the same. But this location finds a new way everytime to f*** it up. My drink is simple. Tall iced shaken espresso. Single shot. Nothing elaborate. But when I order at this location, I get shaken oat milk, no espresso. Or I get shaken espresso, double shot hold the oat milk. I get everything BUT what I ordered. Today I finally spoke up, (3rd time at this location and 3rd time it's been wrong.) and when my drink looked like it was straight milk, I asked the barista who insisted it's correct and they had to "use more milk because it's a single shot" when I order it.... Every...day....and it never looks like that. She said to "just take it" and "it's fine." Instead of correcting it. So, I tried it. And immediately spit it back out. If I wanted to drink milk with a dash of cinnamon then I would have ordered that instead. Anyways. Safe to say, I will not be coming back to this location.
