Since my Son gives me Starbucks gift cards I decided to use one this morning! Awake early and wanted to treat myself! Grubhub is always good for delivery service so I went on the app which is easy to use and ordered a coffee, biscotti and egg bites. If you order more then $12 with Amazon prime delivery fees are free! I was able to follow the drivers progress and see exactly when he arrived. I had left a 15% tip on the order but since he was early left a bit more on the table with a note. I appreciate he's working on his holiday. My order from Starbucks was perfect and hot! read more

my complaint for this starbucks is basically the same as it is for every starbucks. The music is way too loud. You dont go to Starbucks to dance. You go to sit, talk, and read with a coffee in your hand. This coffee shop is close to where I live, so, I thought id try it. Too loud. I used to work near this Starbucks consistently for months at a time. I had nostalgia taking my break here yesterday. The service is always fast and friendly here. I'll literally order via app, and my pick me up will be ready by the time I walk into their lobby. My drink is usually waiting on me. From time to time, I'll order food, but I'm usually just in and out for my caffeine addiction. Their restrooms and dining area are usually very clean and not overly crowded. Worst service ever put in a mobile order for four dinks and a sandwich. It was a 15 minute drive from my house to the Starbucks. When we arrived the drive through was packed so I went inside to get the order I was ignored by all 8 of the employees working there after standing waiting patiently I went back to the car and got in the drive throughs long line when I got to the screen to tell them I had a mobile pick up order was told hold on I need to check if it is ready by the time I got the time I ordered and got the coffee it was over an hour and every last employee was rude read more

Took 10 minutes to get my order. And the nice young man behind the counter brought it to me. Thank you. However, 10 minutes while people are standing around chatting behind the counter is too long to wait when it wasn't busy... hmmm maybe that is why it wasn't busy. The dining area had several pieces of garbage on the floor. There was coffee spilled on the counter near the drink pick up area. Not sure why one of the five people working in the area couldn't grab a cloth and clean it up. The person taking orders was not asking for names, leading to lots of confusion as to which orders belong to. This is certainly the worst Starbucks to ever visit, even other Starbucks employees mention the poor reputation this location has. I do not think I've ever been to and left this location fully satisfied. 1. I try to order in advance when I can so it is convenient. Lots of times they're out of their supplies (whether it's a menu item or cup, lid, ingredient, etc). Sometimes ordering in advance doesn't help bc my drink isn't ready when I arrive. 2. The line here is notoriously long and is never quick. It's always questionable because there's always so many employees inside. 3. Poor service on more than one occasion. If we are paying over $7 for a coffee now and Starbucks asks for tips, and part of their mission is to "nurture the human spirit," then paying customers better be getting above average interactions with baristas. "Busy" is not a reason to be rude and dismissive to IN STORE customers when there are TWO baristas on cold bar, one on hot bar and one at the window. Where is the barista tending to food and registers? Not cool to be rude and act like customers are a bother, ignoring them for over 10 minutes just because you are "busy." Most customers are understanding and patient if the baristas are KIND and ACKNOWLEDGE you. I am a former partner and KNOW this is not what baristas are trained to do. I will not be back. read more

My daughter and I went today for red cup day. We never miss it! It was crazy busy, mostly because of the construction, which is keeping their drive-through closed. All in all, it was a great visit though. Everything was done perfectly, they didn't forget holiday cups that were requested, and everybody seemed Happy all around. Living in Nevada for 10 plus years has allowed me to see growth, decline, and a wave of new people. This Starbucks near my home is one I sometimes visit for a treat, and today I was utterly disgusted and embarrassed to be a customer. To the point, I will not be returning because of childish employees. Alex, you are not that cool. You work at Starbucks, and for you (as a lady) to make fun of people standing in line, commenting on their drink choices, and disrespecting fellow associates is beyond me. There was even a newer hire today, who this was performed in front of which clearly shows a lack of management. I understand these employees are not making 100k a year, however, front-facing customer service is what you signed up for. You all need better people skills, it is not that hard to look people in the eye, avoid rolling YOUR eyes, and if you have something to say, be nice about it. So Alex, this one for you... Wake up. I live in Panther Valley, so this is my nearest Starbucks. I did frequent it to work on music promotion before I had internet at home. Its a bigger location (on the inside), but I am not a fan of the parking lot. The Lemmon Valley shopping center it is occupied in, has a very congested parking lot. It is not Starbucks fault. The drive thru was placed in an odd direction. Pretty clean atmosphere. The panhandlers are there quite often, though. read more

I needed something to help sustain my focus through the night but didn't know what to try. I prefer teas over coffee but these past few weeks have been brutal and I've needed something much stronger. I've had quite a few chai lattes over the past few weeks, I tried the expresso and it was a tad bit too strong not creamy or sweet enough. I asked the barista for a suggested caffeinated coffee - one that is "creamy & sweet" and strong enough to get me through the night....it was perfectly made. My drink was amazing! This has been my third occurrence of ordering at Starbucks at the Buck and Lemmon location in Reno, NV. The drinks are not done efficiently and skimp out on the drink itself. In a venti cup I ordered a Quad ice espresso with light ice and vanilla sweet cream but when i went to pick up the order it was halfway in the cup. Mind as well put it in a Grande cup if that was the case. I was not impressed and took for a third bad event to finally address the issue. read more

I haven't been to a Starbucks in a while and was pleasantly surprised that they now offer a "cafe" which is the option to go plastic less and drink your beverage there. This location consistently under performs with regards to coffee strength and flavor. On this visit my mother got a hot white mocha with whole milk, extra whip and I got a hot latte, no foam. I am drinking warm milk. I don't believe they put enough coffee in the pod. My drink has little coffee flavor. Mom said hers is OK. This location consistently fails to get it 100% correct. i've worked in food service and customer service, but i absolutely do not understand making the people inside the last priority in comparison to the people in the drive thru. i understand that drive thru is important because of street traffic, but i should not have to wait 20 minutes for an iced coffee. not only that, i ordered in advance through the app to speed up the time but it still took 20 minutes. additionally, i had to ask for my drink, which i rarely have to do, and they gave me the wrong drink that was not what i ordered. i do not think it is fair to pay 15 dollars for a sandwich and drink and have it be 20 minutes late and incorrect. the workers had absolutely no customer service skills either. no apology for the wait nor the wrong order. read more

Redesigned store...comfy and trendy seating and a buzzing staff that, although new to most regulars, they're trying to make everything awesome for you the first time. There use to be music playing by way of their Starbucks Spotify playlist, but not here. And the WiFi...don't even bother to connect to it. LTE with 2 bars is faster most times. Seriously need a reconfigure to ensure it can handle customer load regardless of how much content is being streamed. Looking forward to a late breakfast treat, I ordered a grande vanilla blonde latte and a bacon gouda sandwich. My total was given as $9.74, so I grabbed $10.75 in cash, planning on giving them the extra dollar as well as another as a tip. When my change was handed to me though, I only received a penny. Ok, I guess there goes that tip. Then I get handed my sandwich, which I see was brought over with 4 other food baggies, I assume for other orders. I leave the drive through, as it's packed and I don't want to hold them up, and take a sip of my coffee. It's delicious and I'm excited again... until I reach in the bag and feel something spongy. It's a slice of bread with nuts all over it. And guess what? I have a nut allergy, so I don't dare try to eat it. Such a let down. I understand that in the morning at 8 am, these stores are very busy. But, an order of 3 coffees, 2 sausage Cheddar egg sandwiches, ham and Swiss croissant, and vanilla scones takes an hour is ridiculous.
