So disappointed. We haven't been in a while and after dinner suggested we stop in. Mistake. What was I thinking? Took awhile to be served. There were 4 employees and only 1 couple in front of us. It's like we were invisible. My double scoop cup was so chintzy. The ice cream wasn't tasty. I remembered after the fact that we would always say we could get two large gallons of ice cream for the same price and quality at Raleys. The perceived value just isn't there. Clean store, was very busy tonight because of the heat wave, but the customer service was on point. The store is selling IF movie cups with a blueberry oreo ice cream. A really cute idea and my daughter loved it. Only complaint is it was $12 for 2 single scoop ice cream cups. Fun to take the family for a treat, but just not something we do regularly. Ice cream. Fantastic. Ambiance. Sufficient. Service. Atrocious. My beloved wife and child accompanied for a few shakes. Three high school girls were scoping that night, but only two of them were working tirelessly trying to get customers in and out. One of the girls took my wife's order and another took my son's. The third "spectator" made eye contact with me and pretended to look busy wiping down the far corner of the countertop. The other two workers appeared to be frustrated. We went to checkout and as I was paying I heard one of the workers say, "We have another DoorDash order." The spectator immediately said, "I'm going to wipe down more counters. You can handle it." My wife and I were blown away. Those two hard working employees deserve better. And as for the spectator, shame on you. We understand it is not a career but Baskin Robins will be on your resume and a good future employer will call them about your work ethic. Total rip off. We have patronized this business for five years. Today we ordered (2) two scoop sundaes @ a total of $14.92. The scoops were practically nothing. There was hardly any topping. I asked one of the servers if this was really a two scoop sundae and he said yes. It was less than a cup for both scoops. Holy Smokes! Haven't been to a Baskin Robbin's for a while, this locations is dirty dirty dirty. Whilst sitting eating my scoop I noticed some sort of splatter on the bottom of the first booth seat. Decided to look around and saw trash, crumbs, etc. under the refrigerator that holds the premade cakes. The underside of the register had a thick layer of dirt and food as well as the cabinet next to it. I can only imagine what the area behind the ice cream refrigerators look like. Hoping the owner reads this, the place needs a deep cleaning. We will not return. read more

Walked inside and the place was empty. Someone was in the back sitting on a milk crate. Two guts and a girl all came out but no one greeted me or asked me for any samples. The girl with the white fake nails scooped my 2 scoops without gloves. The gentleman with curly hair and glasses scooped my other sundae. The girl rang me up but again, didn't thank me for coming. I went there last night to receive my free birthday scoop of ice cream. I hate to say this but this generation of kids working customer service has gone out the door. No acknowledgment to new customers walking in and/or us that were waiting in line. I saw about 5 crew members working behind the counter but only 1 really appeared to be helping customers. There were four teen girls working, I was the only person in the store other than a teen boy that stood at the front talking to one of the girls...I stood there for at LEAST 7 minutes until a girl walked over and asked what I wanted, no hello or greeting... nothing. While observing the other girls scooping for other orders I assume were online... EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM was allowing their hair to touch inside the barrels of ice cream or in the cups they were scooping. They were continuously putting it behind their ears with the same hand they were scooping with. A few people walked in after me and saw the same thing and looked totally disgusted. I do DoorDash and I came in at 8:30 on a Friday night and the place was packed. Those employees worked like I have never seen anyone work before. They were all smiles and they were quick. Not to mention the place was full of people and they kept it clean as a whistle. It was organized and the service was out of this world. My order wasn't ready yet but the moment they saw me they got right on it. And who could blame them. I wasn't waiting there 5 minutes. To the young lady who got my order thank you. You must come to the new Baskin-Robbins. Even if you have to drive a few extra miles, I promise you, patronizing this particular store will be worth it. It's probably the biggest 31 Flavors we've ever been to. It is most certainly the cleanest, brightest, and beautifully decorated one we've visited. The service is friendly. We were greeted immediately upon entering the threshold to frozen fantasy. The owner is super friendly and makes sure customers get the best service. And not to forget how amazing the store smells! They make their own waffle cones fresh, and the scent of sweet sugar and vanilla fills the air. The cakes are beautiful decorated. There are designs sure to please just about anyone. I actually got to sample one of the cakes today at a party, and I was really surprised. Usually ice cream cakes are dry and flat. This one had the right ratio of delicious ice cream to moist cake with a perfectly sweet icing. Tip: They will customize a cake for your special occasion (even if the special occasion is just that you want to eat an ice cream cake!). Back to the 31 Flavors of dairy delight ... the owner walked us through the line-up of the usual suspects and several unique combinations. She introduced me to the non-dairy fruity freezes, as I'm not a dairy lover. She let me sample all four of them, and I selected the cherry lime rickey. It was perfectly tart with the right amount of sweet. My husband went with the Snickers ice cream. I did have a bit and agreed that it was indeed amazing. Very impressive store. Nothing irks me off more than when an establishment changes their policies blindly and expects their customers to just adhere to them. My son has been going to this BR pretty regularly as a treat and to have some quality time with either me or his father for the past 2 years. It's always been the same order: 1 scoop + 2 flavors. They have split the 1 scoop so my indecisive 5 year old can enjoy two worlds at once. I ordered last week our usual and was charged for 2 full size adult scoops. I asked why she did that and she said that's what she gave him. So this time around, I explicitly stated our usual order and just so happens this same associate was there to take our order. She stated they don't do that any more and she will have to now give two kids size scoops. all confusing. Either she is new and improperly trained or management is giving out rules that aren't cohesive. Regardless I am giving 3 stars because the ice cream is great, the service the past 2 years has been so so but now the past two weeks the customer service has just rubbed me really wrong.
