I drove out to the store and asked if I could get two dozen bundtinitis and couple single servings. It will be 30 minute wait. They use to have them in stock. To pick up and go. The cakes are Delicious and I don't think I ever had a bad one! I took a dozen to my dermatologist and one to my Physical Therapist office, it's fun to hand them to others and you can see their face light up! The Nothing Bundt Cakes is in the Smith ridge shopping center right by Trader Joe's with easy parking to the shop! if I could give negative or zero stars I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a nothing Bundt cakes. Nothing Bundt cakes has appeared at EVERY celebration of ours, between birthdays and anniversaries. so on APRIL 16th we placed an order for UNR's graduation to celebrate the first college graduate in our family. Our pick up time was for 11:15. My daughter went to pick up our order at 12:04 after the graduation ran long, and we wanted to give some additional time to prepare our order as we knew it would be a busy day. By 12:27 she was still texting me that she was IN LINE, for a pickup order we placed a month prior. They should have created a second pick up line for already placed orders, especially since UNR graduation has been set for this date for a year and knew it would be busy. But no, they chose disorganization and didn't value any of their customers and had them waiting for ridiculous amounts of time (over 30 minutes?!?!) . My daughter missed most of her son's graduation lunch because of this wait, breaking her heart as she just wanted to bring his favorite dessert and missed almost the whole lunch because of NOTHING BUNDT CAKES. The employee told the person in front of my daughter that they were out of frosting, and that if they didn't have a flavor they would look to see if "they could steal one from an ahead order" UM. IM SORRY. SO PEOPLE PLACED ORDERS WEEKS AHEAD AND THEN DAY OF THEY WERE LOOKING TO COMPLETE NEW ORDERS WITH ORDERS PEOPLE HAD PLACED BUT HADNT PICKED UP YET?!?!?!? Picking up our placed order took over 40 minutes, while my elderly father was stuck waiting in the car for that entire time. To make up for this? They offered my daughter a free bundlet, only available to be redeemed from that one cursed location (we don't live in state and certainly will NEVER be back to this location even if we were in state again) absolutely ridiculous. This was so stressful that my daughter's Oura ring warned her she was in a high stress environment (to pick up a pre ordered cake! Imagine that!) Nothing Bundt cakes ruined our day and our celebration. I really hope that next year they just close for graduation since they clearly cannot handle it and they should not have people relying on them when they are incompetent in completing orders placed a month ahead. This was beyond disappointing, and I hope that someone from management reaches out to correct this. I hope the owner and corporate take immediate steps to improve customer satisfaction and engagement, training of its store employees, product and system process knowledge, efficiency and overall communication so others do not feel ripped off or experience the similar deceptive trade practice. An online order was placed for delivery between 5-5:30 p.m. What was ordered was not delivered, not even close to the product ordered. Their operating hours recorded states 8 a.m. - 6 p.m., but the store closed early. It is extremely frustrating to know that when a business is open, no one answers the phone. After making multiple attempts to call back the next morning, I was told that there was nothing that could be done because I didn't call on the same day (as delivery) to report the discrepancy. Nor could they find the credit card number in the system to verify my order even though I told them 1) the order was placed online, and 2) I had an order number confirming what was ordered and delivery time expectations. Frustrated and not letting the issue go, I was offered "store credit". I don't live in Reno; hence the online delivery order! Escalated this experience to all of social media and corporate. First off we Love these cakes!!! Unfortunately the storefront and staffing is struggling. I was by here 2x today with long lines 14+ people each time, no one up front at all! The shop was so over crowded someone accidentally backed into a display and a glass fell, they charged them despite other customers voicing objections due to the crowded store, they didn't care . The two young ladies behind the counter did a marvelous job helping the each of customers that walked through the door; the young lady that processed our order was truly hospitable and nice. So far, my favorites have been Classic Vanilla, White Chocolate Raspberry, and Strawberries & Cream. I tend to prefer the larger cakes over the little bundtlets because they're definitely more moist and overall better tasting. That said, the larger cakes are quite a lot of cake -- probably too much unless it's for a party or special occasion. Recently, I grabbed the Biscoff Cookie Butter bundtlet for my family to try before they sold out. Honestly, all four of us agreed we didn't quite get the hype around this one -- it was pretty dry and could have really used some vanilla ice cream to go with it. I've picked up a few bundlettes for small birthday celebrations, have ordered cakes for birthday parties to ensure they have the flavor I'm looking for. Staff is always eager to help and don't try to upsell any additional products, which I appreciate. The store has always been clean and well stocked. What they show in the display case isn't always an indicator of what they have in stock, as they keep a lot of it in the back. The day of delivery, I called the store to confirm it will be delivered. It took 11 calls for someone to answer the phone.
