I cannot recommend C's Mad Batter Cakery enough! Ciarra, the owner brought my wedding cake vision to life, and it turned out absolutely beautiful! We chose the lemon blueberry flavor, and it was a HUGE hit! Our guests couldn't stop eating it. It was so light, refreshing, and perfectly sweet. We also ordered a large variety of desserts, and every single one was absolutely delicious. Everything was beautifully made, and you could truly taste the love and care that went into it all. A huge thank you to Ciarra for helping make our wedding day even sweeter! We are so grateful for her and couldn't have asked for anything better!

My husband got me a German Chocolate cake for my birthday from here!! This cake was amazing!!! The cake was not too dense & a rich chocolate flavor with a great crumb to it! The Praline frosting was not too sweet & just enough to accentuate the coconut pecan topping! The website was easy to order from & the cake was ready on time! The store front was clean & welcoming. Definitely a I'll be back the next time we need a yummy dessert.

I requested a custom cake for my husband who recently beat cancer, and Cs delivered! Loved the way the cake turned out which a touch of green for his ribbon color. The taste was DELICIOUS. Everyone from our "straight outta chemo" party was raving about how delicious the cake was, including my husband. Overall very pleased with the results. Will come back again for more custom treats!
I've been looking for a bakery in Sparks. I've seen the commercial on TV. I decided to go there today and try out some of their wonderful desserts. It's a cute little place very clean. The lady that helped me with very knowledgeable and the items they carry look so I got some croissants and a a bear claw, which I haven't had one for a long time. The service was excellent, and the owner was very welcoming. The Cracking Milkshake was delicious and presented in such a cute, aesthetic way. The desserts were adorable, especially the banana mousse and coffee bean mousse. They were incredibly creamy and full of flavor. Overall, a great experience!. The pistachio croissant, was so good. It could've used more cream inside. But other than that it was good.
Found them on instagram for the viral mouse fruits and boy were they delicious! I got the lemon one and my husband went with a pastry which he said was very tasty. We also grabbed a couple of coffees. As we were leaving a line was forming out the door. Seems like most people were there to try the dessert fruit!
One of my Favorite places for sweets so far. Went for their 3 year anniversary and it was amazing great turn out. The customer service is great and because it was their anniversary they gave me an extra cupcake. I also tried the viral shake a strawberry shake and it was really tasty. There is a reason that this place has blown up on social media, and I finally got to visit today! We had the strawberry tik tok shake, lavender coffee, Dubai chocolate croissant and had some cake pops and cupcakes to take home. The shake is a star and was delicious and the Dubai chocolate croissant was everything I hoped it would be and more! The place itself is adorable and everyone there was so incredibly sweet (pun intended ) If you are looking for some unique sweets, this place is definitely the spot to go! They also do custom cakes, which I would love to order in the future!

The bakery was cute and the staff was very nice. I bought the lemon mouse, the blackberry cupcake, and a slice of carrot cake. The lemon mouse was the best. It was a thin white chocolate shell filled with whipped cream and lemon curd. The lemon curd was good. I wanted more lemon because it tasted mostly like whipped cream. The blackberry cupcake didn't have enough blackberry flavor, but the texture was good. The frosting was far too sweet and detracts from the cupcake. The carrot cake was the worst of the three. The cake wasn't spiced enough and was too dense, probably from a sugar soak. The frosting was terrible. If it was cream cheese, we couldn't taste it at all because of how sweet it was. It felt like it coated your mouth in powdered sugar.

If you're a sweet tooth like me, C's Mad Batter Cakery is a MUST try! I've been supporting this local business for years, this pastry chef actually made my baby shower cake years ago when she was still working from home, and she has never let me down! Every item made at C's is so delicately done, you can immediately tell how much time, love and effort was put into every single recipe as soon as you take your first bite! From beginning to end, you will receive a quality experience at C's. In addition, the ambiance of this place is so warm, welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. It feels like a spring afternoon in Paris! From fruit pastries, cinnamon rolls, and custom cakes, there are so many options that will make it hard to choose from and will more than likely leave you wanting more. I've seen the viral fruit pastries all over social media and safe to say C definitely has her recipe down. The raspberry pastry was a perfect blend of sweet and tart while the cupcakes were rich in flavor while also being a perfect balance of sweet, soft and perfectly portioned icing. Need an excuse to fulfill the need to feed your sweet tooth? First time to visit C's Mad Batter Cakery, and it won't be the last. Dropping in late in the day I was worried that most of the 'goodies' would be sold out. Not at all the case. They keep the displays stocked all day. We were greeted by a friendly staff member that was able to answer all our questions. The owner (Steve) popped out of the back and gave us some info on the development of the business which is a good story in itself. Looking for something sweet and ooey gooey? This is the spot!! Went in for some.Cupcakes but changed our mind and got tarts, eclairs and lemon bars!!!. Also a small variety of croissants. You can order ahead and get exactly what you want but coming in later in the day you will still get a variety to choose from. Tarts have the thicker crust that holds up well with the fillings. Chocolate and raspberry filling.... Would be better with some fresh berries. Pastry cream is smooth and has the right amount of vanilla flavor. Lemon bars tasted like lemons!! always enjoy coming here, the staff is friendly, and the establishment itself is very clean. The space is on the smaller side, but it still feels welcoming. This visit, I decided to try the new viral fruit pastries everyone has been talking about. Overall, they were just okay for me. The first one I tried was the mango, and the filling was not what I expected it tasted mostly like whipped cream with only a very small amount of cake and mango filling. I was hoping for a stronger Mango flavor. The second pastry looked like an espresso bean, but it turned out to be more of cocoa bean!? it was basically a chocolate shell with vanilla filling inside. I was expecting more chocolate flavor or maybe some cake or thicker texture in the center, just wasn't what i was expecting. The third one was blueberry, and that ended up being the best one of the three. I liked that it had more cake texture, although I still wish there had been more blueberry filling to balance out the whipped cream. One thing I would definitely recommend: eat them right away if possible, or bring a cooler if you're traveling. They did not hold up very well during a 35-minute car ride. They are on the price of your side. They are $10 a piece. read more

My favorite thing was definitely the TikTok viral shakes! They were so good, we got the cotton candy and cookies and cream one! Oh WOW! What a great find! Cs Mad Batter Cakery has so many creative treats for both everyday and special occasions. Parking is easy, and the shop is adorable, just as pretty as the pastries. Seating is limited, but we found a spot at the counter. We came in for the Blueberry Bliss croissant and left with a cinnamon roll (warmed, of course) and a Dubai chocolate croissant. The cinnamon roll could have used a little more cinnamon, but we like our flavors bold. The Blueberry Bliss and Dubai chocolate croissants are only available on weekends, and they were every bit as delicious as they looked. The blueberry filling was sweet and flavorful, and the pistachio in the Dubai Chocolate croissant was noticeable even with the sweetness. Cs Mad Batter Cakery is definitely on my list of favorite spots. Can't wait for my next visit. read more

First of all, it's adorable inside and you can tell that so much love and thoughtfulness go into every part of the business. We had to try the viral TikTok shake and it was delicious! OMG yes!!!! The Dubai Chocolate Croissant is a must, get one one Saturday/Sunday only. They also have a fredge with items from the recipe box which is a REALLY nice touch, local supporting local makes this grumpy old man happy. All of the desserts, pastries have been excellent. I'm very impressed with Cs Mad Batter Cakery. I was craving a sweet treat around Los Altos and found this cute shop. The employee greeted me with kindness and answered any questions I had about their desserts. I opted to get the last 2 Nutella croissants and let me just say, this is the best croissant I've ever had. The croissant itself was perfect and left no weird aftertaste. Not usually a fan of Nutella either but it paired very well with this croissant. Also, the pricing to each dessert I found to be reasonable. Check out their IG page for recent updates, as I learned there was limited Dubai Chocolate croissants but they were sold out when I arrived. Even late in the day, there were still good options- Luckily I was full from dinner, but saved room for a few treats- Went with a nice warm cinnamon roll -heated up.. A cookies and cream cupcake and a mocha donut-.. Super cute donut on top.. Of course I had to take a bite of the roll-.. We made it there again hoping to order same croissant we got the last time unfortunately their oven does not work so we decided we'd go for the shakes. We got the strawberry and matcha shakes we've seen around tiktok and fb reels. They look cute and oozing with whip cream. Instagrammable; the strawberry tastes good actually but the matcha tasted blah. Like very faint. The cups were also that of regular size so i think it was a bit pricey. It was a good try but may not order those again. read more

While shopping for Easter, I allowed myself a self care day. Before leaving my house, I saw a pop-up was happening and I was determined to go! I wanted treats, I wanted to try a new-to-me place, and I wanted to support local! So, I went! I purchased a holiday themed vanilla cake for my household. Not only was it beautiful, but the taste was wonderful. Not too sweet and texture was moist and firm. I purchased a cinnamon roll for myself and, WOW! Honestly the BEST cinnamon roll ever! This place is so cute inside! The staff was patient and kind. I love the decor and the variety of sweet treat options they have! So many cupcake flavors but I decided to get the s'mores ones! The details on these cupcakes shows the amount of effort put into these and for the price, it makes sense. The flavor was great. The cupcake was more dense than fluffy in my opinion and didn't taste a whole lot like a s'mores but the frosting had good texture and sweet but not overpowering which I liked! I've found my new favorite bakery! They have a variety of pastries/delicious goodies here. From classic cinnamon roll and chocolate chip cookies to speciality/seasonal pastries (like their Bridgerton inspired raspberry rose cinnamon roll), they've got plenty of mouth watering options to choose from. When I went, I got their raspberry rose cinnamon roll and they offered to heat it. I definitely recommend that because the raspberry cream cheese frosting melts perfectly. It was easily one of the best cinnamon rolls I've had. I can't wait to try the traditional and biscoff one next time! I also ordered a classic chocolate chip cookie and it didn't disappoint at all. Perfectly chewy and plenty of chocolate chips inside. Their pastries are truly beautifully baked/decorated, absolutely delicious, and the ambiance inside is adorable. The staff is also incredibly friendly. The pricing is extremely reasonable as well. I'll also be ordering custom cakes/cupcakes from them in the future! If you haven't been here, you need to so that you can satisfy that sweet tooth craving - the only thing you'll regret is not coming here sooner. read more

Three years later, it's so wonderful to see Cs Mad Batter Cakery and all that is is now, with the huge case of desserts and cracked drinks to their yummy iced coffees. I'm bummed I do not make it out as often as I would like. When thinking of a birthday gift for a friend I thought to myself- Cs that would be perfect! I was a little worried with it being a Sunday and just a few weekends ago driving by and seeing the business packed to the brim. Perhaps with it being Superbowl Sunday that helped as my parent and I were the only ones in there. I had the hardest time deciding which pastries to narrow it down to- but I went with a Mocha cupcake, a football decorated chocolate cupcake, a biscoff croissant and for myself a biscoff latte. I loved how cutely decorated it was for Valentines and how friend and family run the business is. Would definitely love to come back and just hang out for a bit.
