Dropping in late in the day I was worried that most of the 'goodies' would be sold out. Not at all the case. They keep the displays stocked all day. The owner (Steve) popped out of the back and gave us some info on the development of the business which is a good story in itself. This is the same kind of baker! She can take your dreams and turn them in to reality! Terry make unbelievable cakes. She once made her dad a cake that looked like a Nikon Camera. The waiter thought it was a real camera. She has made several cakes for us and even done a Nightmare before Christmas cupcakes for us. The cakes look amazing and are always wowed over. The cake itself is moist and delicious. She offers a variety of fillings such as lemon, raspberry, chocolate etc. My favorite is chocolate with raspberry filling. The outside of the cake is made from fondant and can be eaten. I am not a fan of fondant and therefore normally do not eat it. Terry is an independent baker who bakes from home. She has a book of pictures of cakes that she has made. But if you have an idea of what you want she can design a cake just for you. If you want a cake that will wow the crowd then this is the baker for you.
