I rarely go Cinnabon not because their products or services aren't good but because I have to be good and watch my sugar-intake BUT this is a special occasion: the Wizarding World of Harry Potter is collaborating with Cinnabon and they have a limited-time Butterbeer flavored Cinnabon and Mini-bon, and Butterbeer Chillata (from May 4th - 17th). When I arrived at the Cinnabon Meadowood Mall location, they weren't very busy, there were customers around the shoppe but they had already ordered, so I was able to immediately step up to the cashier and order the Butterbeer-themed Cinnabon and Chillata. The Chillata tasted like a butterscotch milkshake with a weird stinging aftertaste (if you've ever had the Butterbeer coffee creamer, it tastes exactly the same. The Cinnabon tasted like a normal Cinnabon with the same stinging aftertaste; to be honest, I preferred the normal Cinnabon.!The best part of my visit were abuelitas cooking in the kitchen; they were all so jovial and adorable, a far cry from the disgruntled teenagers that use to work there. The boss lady at the check out counter was really sweet in taking our order..we've never tried the Chill drinks, so it was nice having her be enthused about helping us choose. Quick, homely service, so 5-stars for that!! The Cinnabon blended drink menu is huge, I'm impressed they've added cold brew to their selection. Much expansion in product compared to our last visit. The new chillata was what we ordered...caramel vanilla churro blend with a fresh legitimate churro topped on this summertime treat!! It's not a five star experience because I though the initial sip was thick..i found it was just hits of blended churro..I may have to order this with another blend the next time because chewing the churro took away from the drink. I went there to get a 6 pack for my family, I was told they were out and I'd have to buy them individually. A 6 pack was approx $18, when she rang up 4 individual ones it came to around $21. I asked her if that was right that it costs more for 4 than the six pack. She said yes and since I was in a hurry (day before Christmas) I paid and left. Seems like if they are out of a pack they should sell 6 for the same price as the pack since it's not the customers fault that they are out. The real problem is when my wife went to eat one Christmas morning we discovered that they hardly have any frosting on them at all! The very last thing I want in this world is a disappointed wife on Christmas morning! So miss on customer service and major miss on quality! They were 11 minutes til closing and I was just going to grab a quick to-go order of my usual, the Cinnabon classic. The cashier (whom I wasn't able to catch a name) was very nice and after a rough day at work, it's nice to see that. My husband picked up a 6 pack of rolls yesterday for us and our friends to share. 3 were taken out at home and as we started eating realized that they were raw! One of our friends is currently 11 weeks pregnant and had a concern with eating raw dough. My husband took back the remaining 3 rolls today and was told they would not refund or replace them as "they'd already been eaten". This is a quality control issue that can cause potential health problems. For this establishment to not realize this and treat my husband the way they did, without even acknowledging the fact that they were undercooked (clearly seen in the remaining rolls) is terrible customer service. I work in customer service myself, if my establishment makes a mistake we own up to it and make it right. We will not be returning, rather unfortunate as I've enjoyed Cinnabon my whole life and have never experienced this before at this establishment. read more

I had never tried Cinnabon before, but I finally gave in to the irresistible buttery smell that fills the Meadowood halls. I was glad I tried this decadent treat, and look forward to the next time I'm in the mood for diabetes. I bought a plain CINNAMON ROLL, and my god, this thing was massive, utterly rich, and dangerously addictive. I devoured it entirely in less than a minute (don't judge, I'm a growing boy with a fast metabolism). It's easy to see why Cinnabon is so popular. It was served in a paper box, and was delightfully warm. The outside was crispy yet not dry, and the inside was the incredibly tender, moist, and comforting. The molten frosting adorning the pastry was creamy and not too sweet. They have samples, but for some reason, the guy running the place was hesitant to give me one.
