V's Churro Bar is awesome! We were craving a late night snack after an Ace's game and came across this little gem. It comes up on Yelp as a food truck so we thought it would be in the parking lot but it's actually inside Reno Public Market. Ample parking, entertaining venue. On Saturday night it was lively with the Latin Social with cumbia music and people dancing. When we got to the counter, the woman who served us was very nice and helped us with our order. After you place your order it asks for your cell number so they can text you when its ready for pick up. While we waited, which wasn't long. We got to enjoy the music, dance at our table and just genuinely have a fun time. I got the children's sundae with churros. It was delicious. The churros were soft and warm with drizzled chocolate on it. Yum! The fresa con crema is basically a milkshake, with strawberries, and tasted like a mixture of ice cream and yogurt. I ordered a small strawberries and cream cup but was told no there is no small . I said it was okay I can take the medium for $10 and added a scoop of ice cream so $11.50. My husband also got the camp out funnel cake for like 14.99? I'm not too sure I also didn't receive my receipt. My friend ordered the Loaded Supreme Sundae with Sweet Crunch topping and it had the biggest scoop of ice cream and the strawberries were ripe and sweet. For the most part, there was minimal contact as you place your order on an iPad. Although it's a bit pricey, it's nice to treat yourself out every once in a while. I heard about this circus event happening inside Reno Public Market so my husband and I went to go check it out. For dessert we selected V's Churro Bar and got a churro sundae and came back for a funnel cake with strawberry drizzle and fruity pebbles. Great customer service from the young boy. V's is a busy dessert shop but with a place so good you know there is a wait time, which we had no problem with that at all. By far the best churros we've ever had and churro sundae is a work of art!
