Updating this review because I clearly caught them on the wrong day the first time. My original visit was during Food Truck Friday, which I've since learned is not really the environment to judge them. Volume is the priority and things move fast. Seeing the burgers again (and hearing consistent feedback from people who go regularly), it's obvious these smash burgers are the real deal. Crispy edges, melty cheese, exactly what you want from that style of burger. The fries are also very solid -- which I usually don't even bother ordering with burgers but these are worth it. I have been wanting to try this place for a while. Finally got to try Nola sliders at Feed the Camel food truck event at the McKinley art Center and OMG! Everything I tried was absolutely delicious. The beignets were warm and fresh with a mountain of powdered sugar on top and the sliders were fantastic. I also tried their crawfish sliders. A mix of vegetables, crawfish, and Cajun spices.
