Quick and polite service with quite a few burgers to choose from, including Bison burgers. Fries are tasty and so are the onion rings. Check it out, it's right next to the theater.

Dust on the Napkin Dispenser at our table.

First timers here on a Sunday afternoon 2/9/25. At first glance this place has a really nice vibe. The decor matches their menu, with pictures of a Cow, Pig, Bison and Chicken,...interesting. It's actually very nice. The service on the otherhand could improve. The girl that took our order wasn't too friendly. Actually, both employees I interacted with could benefit from training on Customer Service. Another thing that caught my eye was that there was an unusual amount of dust on the napkin dispenser at our table (see picture). Thinking it was just ours that was possibly missed at cleaning, I checked the booths in front and behind us and both dispensers had quite a bit of dust on top of them as well. Ugh, not something you want to see before you even get your food. Oh well, the rest of the place looked really clean, so we just hoped for the best for our food. I had the build a Burger which was $8.95, added cheese for $1.50 and made it a combo for an additional $3.50, to add fries and a drink. My burger was good and although I ordered it well done, it wasn't dry. It was also seasoned well. The French Fries were cooked well, but a bit too salty for my taste. My husband ordered a sandwhich from the "Favorites!" menu. He actually made his a combo for an additional $3.50. He had a beer, so he actually did not get to benefit from the soft drink in the combo. I don't really like this system. I think it's safe to say, we didn't have the best Burger Me first experience.

    Re-do. Separate meat and bread.

This is the classic greasy burger joint, and you can tell as you slide up to place your order. The onion rings are BIG, but just remember to use your napkins to soak up the excess fat before it settles into the batter. I couldn't finish the onion rings, but neither could the people that left before me. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak as it was one of the featured pictures on the menu. It probably sat a little too long as the bread got soggy and fell apart. It's hard to eat a cheesesteak with only the top bun. The staff was quick in making another sandwich and separating the bread from the meat/cheese/toppings so that it wouldn't get soggy. The cooking can vary any day of the week. As this was a Saturday after movies finish, I was imagining a different dining experience. It may also be the item that I ordered. Other places I have reviewed make top-notch Philly cheesesteaks, so it may be unfair to compare Burger Me to these places. If you're hungry after a movie, you should give it a try and make up your own opinion.

Simply put, good burgers. Because they don't rush cooking the thick chunk of meat {you may need to take one bun off to get your mouth around it}, they use fresh veggies and the cheese is melted so good that I wanted to drink it...yes I said it. Drink cheese. The onion rings crispy and then chewy. Folks are friendly and the environment is nice too

You want a beer, burger and some fries? Burger me always hits the spot. Nothing fancy, but just solid grub in South Reno. I love their sweet potato fries- crispy and soft at the same time and you can taste the sweet potato. The cowboy burger and bbq bison burger and ahi tuna burgers are favorites. The garlic fries are too garlicky for my taste, but if you LOVE garlic you won't be disappointed. Great price, fast service, convenient location with a video arcade inside for kids, I think burger me is a great addition to summit mall, and some of the most affordable food in the area. It always fills you up and they are always consistent, you know what you're going to get with burger me there's never a surprise.

The place was pretty empty the first time and moderately packed the second. Service was slow on both occasions. We ordered 2 entrees and an appetizer during happy hour and all came out lukewarm. It probably wasn't just us because we sat with a direct view to where food comes out and watched another order sit on the counter for 10 minutes. Drinks came out at the same pace. The one item that was pretty delicious was the buffalo cauliflower. The taste was great but could be even better if it was hot. Everything else was mediocre. In a crowded scene of great restaurants and bars, there are definitely opportunities for improvement for the Brass Tap to stay competitive.

We have resurrected "double-date night" with some good friends and we take turns picking a place to eat. This time it was my best beloved's choice. He, without hesitation, suggested Twisted Fork - equally out of the way for both couples. It was worth the drive down there. We had a nice booth up and away from the main floor which made for a little more intimate dining. Tiffany took very good care of us from start to finish. Drink orders were taken while we looked through the menu. Some of the items I praised were still on the menu. I decided this time around to have the Ricotta Ravioli. The portions for all of our meals were very generous. The two guys had the Sole Piccata and my girlfriend had the Short Ribs. We all were satisfied and went away with leftovers and full bellies. It is a bit pricy, but the quality of the food makes it acceptable. There are a lot of options. I think it will be worth a return visit with my lunch partner bestie and have one of their excellent salads.

The young hostess sat at the table, put the menus on the table and walked away.. My wife and I proceeded to sit there for a solid 20 minutes, during these 20 minutes six additional tables were seated around us. They all had their waters taken to them. Some of them placed their orders and some of them received their water and their drink orders and their food orders within that 20 minutes, we sat there waiting for our waitress, our waiter to come take our order. Finally, we got up and went back to the hostess desk and asked the hostess if she could find the manager she asked her a problem and I said yeah we haven't received any service since you saw us and she goes. Oh where did I see you're at and let me tell you we were out in the middle right by where she was standing seating all the other people. She went on to find her manager, which took exactly 11 more minutes because she could not find the manager. When he did show up, clearly, he must've been outside because he came in with sunglasses on his head. He introduced himself he said what can I do for you? I want to explain to him how we sat for 20 minutes and no one waited at us and we waited another 11 minutes to speak to him clearly there's some issues with customer service. He tried to offer us to buy us dinner and try to make it up to us, which was very honorable the sad part about all this is they weren't that busy and there was waitresses and waiters all around us and no one took the time to find out why we were sitting there and not being helped. The top it all off the hostess who is young is just stupid. She's young and dumb and stupid. Clearly BJ's brewhouse needs to do a lot more training with their customer service in the front of house. this was a horrible experience and I will tell you that we'll probably never go back to BJ's brewhouse again. I really can't say anything bad about the food cause we didn't get anything. We didn't even get a glass of water so I will tell you this there are a lot better options in Reno Nevada than BJ's brewhouse.

How's that for an opening. We went to Bistro 7 to celebrate my birthday. We arrived at 5pm, wanting an early dinner. The place was basically empty, with only a couple of other tables occupied. After perusing the menu, orders were placed for both appetizers and mains. The appetizers arrived pretty quickly. I must say the calamari was pretty good, nice batter and the pieces were pretty big. We ordered the tempura green beans. Not my jam. The batter was soggy and the green beans had a waxy taste to them. Not for me. After the appetizers we waited for our mains....and waited.....and waited. We were finally served our main courses, probably 45-50 minutes after we arrived. Remember the restaurant was basically empty. I ordered the Ribeye. There was nothing wrong with my order, my meal was fine but not worth the $47 asking price. The steak was way to thin for a proper Ribeye. My friend ordered the Steak Sandwich. He said that his sandwich was more tendon and gristle than steak. Very unfortunate. Another friend ordered the fish taco's. Completely devoid of any flavor and clearly not worth the price. One of our friends ordered a simple burger but wanted it well done. The first burger was served a very rare. It was sent back. She did not receive her second burger until well over an hour after we first arrived. Everyone was literally done with our meals, before her corrected burger arrived. In fairness, the manager did come over and apologized and did removed the charge for the burger but does it really take so long to correct an order for a burger ? Like I said the wait staff were friendly and were working hard but based on the quality of the food coming out to the kitchen, not to mention the absolutely unacceptable time before our food was delivered, there are FAR better options in Reno.
