The beef was tender and was topped with an egg yolk sauce that really brought the savoriness to the beef. The bone marrow was thick, well seasoned, and melt in your mouth delicious. The beef wellingtons were med rare and juicy. The root veggies were tender but not soft. The potato puree was smooth and creamy and the Demi glaze was the icing on the cake. It brought everything together. When we got our sticky toffee puddings, we thought they were a bit small but we were pretty full by that point anyways so we didn't mind. Just as we were finishing them, Bryce brought over two massive ones and an apology. Apparently there was a mix up and the ones we ate were for the tasting menu. So we ended up taking the big ones to go which was great because that meant dessert for later.
