The all in deal is a banger! Beer tastes good from here. Food good too. Tasted good.

Four of us went here for dinner on a Friday night. We got there about 630. It wasn't very crowded so we were able to promptly get seated. The atmosphere is cool. High ceilings, cool chandeliers, and tables that are nicely spaced apart from one another. The server arrived quickly and we ordered some appetizer to get started. We asked her to come back after we had a few minutes to look at the menu to take our dinner orders. Our appetizers arrived quickly and wereyg very tasty. And then the place filled up. And, there was only one server who was trying to help about 12 tables. One table was a party of 15 people. It took the server 45 minutes to get back and take our dinner order. However, I must emphasize it was not her fault. She was simply spread too thin. When she did come back to take our dinner order, she was very apologetic, very calm, and very kind. She did an awesome job. However, shame on the management for having one server on a Friday night. They really need to reevaluate that policy. I ordered a smash burger. It was billed as the specialty of the place. I thought it was just OK. It was warm, but not juicy. And they skimped on their secret sauce. In all honesty, I've had a better Smashburger at Chili's for 2/3 the price. We all wanted to order dessert but didn't want to wait another 30 to 45 minutes to get it so we paid our check and left.

Parlay 6 Brewing is such a gem! They have a wide variety of beers--truly something for every palate. Whether you like crisp and light, bold and hoppy, or rich and smooth, they've got you covered. The flight options make it easy (and fun!) to explore their lineup. And the smash burger... absolutely delicious. Perfectly crispy edges, juicy center, and packed with flavor. It pairs so well with their brews that it's honestly a must-order every visit. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is friendly, and everything feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. Parlay 6 Brewing has definitely earned all five stars from me!

Great, casual bar for football and New American eats. Been "touring" various bars in town to find the best spots for catching football games with friends. My criteria are: -Spacious seating that can accommodate groups of all sizes (bonus points for being kid-friendly) -Direct view of TV regardless of where you sit - Ability to watch multiple games at once -Drink and food options that cater to various palettes - Vegetarian options that aren't an afterthought (i.e. not just omitting the meat and calling it vegetarian) A lot to ask for, I'm aware! However, I'm happy to report that Parlay 6 checks all the boxes. A few standout dishes include: -Pretzels...I don't even like pretzels normally and I wanted seconds -Beer-battered fries...the crispiest ever -Three Sisters Bowl...loved equally by the omnivores (Note: can't split checks for groups of 6 or more) Overall, 10/10 recommend. We will be back in the future!

I'm giving this place a 5 star not due to the food quality I got (kitchen was really screwing things up last night) ... im giving it 5 stars due to the staff, and the way the management, without me asking nor implying, decided to go above and beyond to make sure I leave happy and.. . Return! I ordered a double cheeseburger medium rare, no sauce (alergies) , ketchup, added bacon and onion rings, I got tge burger without bacon or ketchup....they took it back. Came back out with bacon but.... instead of re doing it..they just cooked and added bacon...by time I recieved it...burgers and rings were cold....so...here we go again...they remake it and bring it hot, with bacon but....with the sauce on....here we go again...lol..3rd time is a charm? . ... this time our waiter comes, brings the plate, says again how sorry they are, tells me the burger is on them and...".we want you to have this $25 gift card so u come and give us another chance ". . WOW! I literally felt uncomfortable receiving it....so, to conclude...we all screw up (some apparently several times lol), but its about how a business leadership operates and reacts!

First time here, midday. This place has an open concept with lots of seating and an outdoor front patio. There's a long bar, large tables by the brewery with board games. A nice selection of food and beer. The service was great. Seated immediately, menus laid out and a smile from the waitress. A tri-tip sandwich for me and the sausage platter for my husband. Both were delicious except for the fries. They were twice cooked, incredibly crunchy with just enough salt. Delicious. We love IPA's. Great selection, great taste. Large screen televisions with football games. Clean restrooms. Parking in midtown on Virginia is always tricky. The lighting was a touch too low for me to read the menu. Thank you iPhone. Otherwise, we had a great time. Will be back.

Quick update on my latest visit to Parlay. My wife and I came in on a Thursday to catch the start of football and grab a beer during happy hour. I posted a picture of happy hour specials, I think they've changed since my last visit so wanted to put out the current special Mon-Fri 4-6PM. It was more crowded than expected so it took a bit to get drinks, but overall everything was great an it was just what we needed for a nice hour break. Look forward to my next visit soon!

This place tries to constantly improve. We have come here three different times since it has opened and it always gets a little better in some way. Food was great, cool beers on tap. Only issue, they ran out of limes! Ya gotta send someone to go get those, that is wild a bar is out of limes. Service can be slow sometimes but they are friendly and accommodating. I only saw one woman serving the entire front area so she was busting it out. Interesting cheese curd flavor options. Loved the tritip sammich.

A few friends joined me at Parlay 6 for Trivia and some good food! The server was attentive to us and even recommended the tiramisu brownie, which was SO GOOD. I was thankful for the mood lighting on an already chaotic (trivia) night! This is a great spot for food and trivia!

This is one of my favorite places to be for game day. They've got a ton of TVs to watch sports and a fun atmosphere. The bartenders are always super friendly! This time around, my brother and I came here to watch the 49ers play. They have a variety of their own beers. I love trying local beers so it's always fun to see what's new for the season. We shared the cheese curds (salt & vinegar). It's served with a tajin aioli dipping sauce. What a brilliant idea ! They were delicious. But the star of the show was my Rueben sandwich so yummy and cooked perfectly. Come here to watch your next game. You won't regret it

We decided to check out Parlay6 Brewing Co. Tap Room for a late lunch, and it turned out to be a great choice. We sat on the patio and started with drinks. My wife the Watermelon Lime Hard Seltzer, I ordered My Dad's Boat wheat beer. Both were refreshing and full of flavor. For food, we each got the Basque-marinated and grilled tri-tip sandwich. One came with fries, the other with onion rings. The sandwiches were packed with tender tri-tip, tomato, arugula, and a flavorful basil aioli. The Dutch Crunch bread was soft inside, crisp outside, and worked perfectly with the sandwich. Both sides were crispy and tasty. Good food, good beer, epic service, nice environment. What more can you ask for?

Parlay is such a great local brewery--with equally great food. I first discovered them during a tasting at Sparks Water Bar around the holidays (my friend even won a six-pack!). Since then, I've been back a few times and always had a great experience. The bartenders are friendly, the food hits the spot, and trivia nights add to the fun. It's a perfect date spot or a laid-back place to catch a game. Bonus: last time I was there, the bartender told me about the Nevada Craft Beverage Passport. It includes breweries across the state, and you get a stamp and a flight at each stop--adventure and beer? I'm in.

The menu has changed a bit since the last time I was here, but overall everything we tried was good. The tacos were on special that day--very good street tacos, in fact. Next time, I'd probably just order those again. We also ordered the fried pickles, which we remembered really enjoying on a previous visit. This time they were served as spears, whereas I believe before they were sliced rounds, and they seemed a little better that way. The salad was pretty good as well, though the dressing had a bit of a kick that was slightly overpowering. A touch of honey in the dressing might have balanced it out nicely. For beer, I went with the Moon Dunes Hazy IPA. It was decent, but it didn't quite stand out compared to other New England-style hazies I've had. Overall, I still think this is a solid spot for good beer and food. My only real disappointment was that the bread pudding wasn't on the menu this time--I remember that being a standout before. We didn't realize it when we ordered the pickles, but by having the passport stamped, they were complimentary.

I don't think a place of business should be sending out texts encouraging people to purchase a specific product that is not currently offered and that's exactly what Revision did. What a waste of peoples' time. Unsubscribed in disappointment and frustration. Social media director, take note! Another complaint is that they have now become "family friendly". I do not want to go to a brewery for adult beverages and end up having to listen to children screaming and running about. They are also no longer allowing outside food to be brought in because they have on site food, serving pizza and hot dogs. We tried a pizza on our last visit, $21 for a large 3 meat which is big enough for 2 adults. Pizza was meh, 3 stars, definitely could have used more toppings. We were thankful it did come out fresh. On a positive note, if you like what seems to be an abundance of IPA style beers they have you covered! They did have some enjoyable, yet expensive stouts on tap along with a couple other non IPA styles.

So I NEEDED a break from the day to just relax and stop thinking! I gave my wife a few options, a few breweries to choose from (or for me to just go alone, which she would not have let me drink and drive, especially all the way from North Reno). So she/we chose to go to Slieve as I have not been there yet. Actually, all 3 choices were breweries. The good news is that there are more and more new breweries opening. The bad news is that there are more and more good breweries closing, in ALL my hometowns... My first time in a nano brewery; cool. Today I got (and tried the following), all Slieve brands; support local: Oh, I did not know you had a happy hour M-F from 2-5pm; I just missed it by 13 minutes... Should not have spent so much time outside taking pictures for Yelp, lol. Pale Ale - Good, but I prefer more flavor. This is currently my second "go to" beer after reds. Jimbo Porter - Better, but then I tried the Cookie Monster! I also did not taste the coconut. Cookie Monster - My favorite of the beers, so much flavor. And I am NOT usually a sweet beer drinker. It was not an overwhelming stout, probably due to the sweetness, but you can definitely taste the chocolate and slightly coffee and caramel flavors. I would get this again, but it would always have to be my last beer due to the flavors. Beers that I need to come back for when available are: Your reds, IPAs and of course your "Trinity Tripel." Ambiance - On your "about" page on your website, it says you are still looking for a home for your brewery...? Is that accurate or does that page need to be updated? Cool space, indoor and outdoor seating. Bar and table seating. 2 bars, one the back, probably only used for events. Semi private room when you walk in. Ping pong, darts, games, cornhole, cool decor on walls throughout to read, etc. Open 7 days a week, see their website. Yelp's hours/days differ slightly. Event spaces are available; see their website.. Service - Good. We were also greeted by Shannon when she and Phillip came in later for a drink or two... Phillip was too busy drinking to say hi, lol. Price - $8 a beer. The typical cost for good craft beer. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2022 with your nanobrewery; I wish you the best and am glad you own the building to help you weather some "storms."

We came for the Girl Scout beer pairing benefit! It was our first time coming to the brewery…read more I called at the last minute to see if we could still get tickets and they said we will squeeze you in, now that's good business! We got there a little early to pick our spot at the bar. We were greeted by Shannon the owner. She is a lovely lady and later met her husband Phil. They have owned Slieve's for about three years. They have a spacious building and super clean! The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is no food on the premises to purchase, but you can bring your own food or ordered inn. It was fun to sample Girl Scout cookies and taste beer. We started with 6 tastings but they threw in a couple extra. The event was well organized and the Girl Scouts were there to sell their cookies. I was a Girl Scout 50 years ago. I think a box of cookies was $1.00 - $1.25. I paid $7. Times have certainty changed. The brewery is in an interesting location that I never knew existed before, but now I do and look forward to my return. Thank you for making our day fun and memorable!!!
