My two favorite items that used to be on the menu their meatloaf and their burnt ends, are no longer on the menu. That's a shame, because they were the absolute best. Of course, They still have a lot of good items on the menu, so I decided to stop in for dinner. My server was Nilam, and she was great. She was prompt, she was friendly, and she came back periodically to check on me. The first item I had, was the tempura cauliflower. It was listed as a "small plate. That's false advertising, the thing was *HUGE! * Not that I'm complaining, no, of course not. They were amazing. They were not over breaded, and the cauliflower was wonderful, they breaded the cauliflower in buffalo sauce, so it had a little bit of a heat, but not too bad. The ranch dipping sauce played along perfectly with the buffalo sauce. They also had blue cheese crumbles on top, which just added to the flavor. For my main course, I had the steak salad. I asked for my steak, medium, and that's exactly how it came. I don't know what cut it was, but it was tender, and it was so flavorful. The dressing was good, and it was not overdressed. I loved the cheese on top, and the thin crackers that it came with, was perfect for picking things up. I finished the steak and part of the salad, there was no way I could finish those cauliflower. So I brought it back up to my room, and my next meal was what was left of the salad, with the cauliflower on top instead. An excellent second meal. The beer here is also very good, before I retired from drinking sometime ago,, my favorite was the big dog ale. It has a good body, and a great flavor. It's been on the menu since at least the late 90s, so you know it's a good product. The price was a bit on the higher end, but hey, it's a casino. For the quality and quantity of the food I got, it was well worth it. This has always been, and will continue to be, my favorite restaurant in the circus/Legacy/El Dorado. Complex. Went to get a table for 4. Was refused seating until at least 2 people in the party were physically at brew brothers entrance. I've never before been refused seating just because my group wasn't all at there at one time. We were sat in the very back by the pizza station. The Burger was most excellent in size, taste and freshness , and the onion rings were quite excellent in number provided as well as taste. My wife went with the Carnitas tacos, which I had one of, and while the rice and beans on side were tasty and fresh, the Tacos were a disappointment as the meat and shell, while plentiful, was on the dry side to the point that even the tasty salsa wasnt enough to bring the level up. We came many times when they had live bands playing here and are sad to see that the stage has been taken down. Apparently, there is no more live music. My mom, aunt, and I decided to grab some food here for me to take on the road back to LA. Yes, we were going to order pizzas since my aunt had a $100 Clorox credit that she needed to spend. The bartender even came over, said he heard I was talking about the drink, showed me the cherries used that they just special ordered, and let me have the recipe to make it at home. No, I am not sharing it. You have to go to Bee brothers to drink it yourself. This is confidential and I will respect this gift from God cuz Lord knows I love an old fashion! So, my mom did not eat her carne asada tacos. I ended up taking those on the road with me also. Both kept extremely well in the trunk since it was snowing most of my drive back or snow covered. The pizza was so freaking good! It took me two days to finish it. I'm going to eat the carne asada tacos today...lol. The chocolate cake was breakfast and definitely moist and as double chocolate as they said. Best food! The tacos were actually human adult size, not the small street tacos they give us in LA. I pigged out!!! Now the hostess and waiter, Hugo, were extremely professional and polite. We were supposed to do take out, but ended up eating tacos and drinking at the take out spot. So I got to see them make our food. It's so clean, their kitchen and pizza space! Also, they chefs were really nice and focused on making the food look and taste great. There are tvs all around and plenty of sitting space to just hang out and chill. Unfortunately, the ribs were tough but BBQ sauce and flavor was on point. The chips and salsa were very basic and forgettable. The fresh fries were honestly the best part of the meal -- hot and crispy -- but not enough to make up for the rest. The atmosphere was decent, but the food didn't meet my expectations, especially for the price. This spot might be better for drinks than dining. The tri tip sandwich was drenched in so much sauce after two bites I finished eating it with a knife and fork, and the taste wasn't very good. On the chicken sandwich the Tolera bread was hard as a rock, the flavor was good until a long blonde hair came out of the chicken, sooo gross. But the manager was kind enough to take it off the bill.
