Pizza

3.5 stars, if that was an option. Good, not great, pizza at standard prices. Service was fair and the interior was reasonably clean. I do not think we'll return.

Happy hour specials

Delicious!!!!! Ordered the Blanco pizza with Sausage which was super yummy! They have great two dollar beer specials from open till 5 PM with a pizza purchase and have a great indoor and outdoor rec seating options. The guy that took my order was super friendly and lots of great pizza options. There are a few restaurants in the same common area that you can choose from so everyone can eat what they want, but you can eat together. My daughter got breakfast from another restaurant that I waited till noon till they open to get a yummy pizza. Would definitely eat here again!

Fellow Yelp reviewers brought us to The Pizza Collective to try their oven fired pizza. Turned out to be an excellent lunch! We ordered a sausage and onion pizza to share between myself and my hubby. The crust was charred a little, to be expected from the oven and it was delicious with its flavor and chew. The sausage and red onions were nicely dispersed toppings and we noted that it wasn't sparse as some places do. The sausage had a great flavor and just right in the seasonings of it. Sauce was fresh tasting as well. The service from the young man at the register was friendly. And we sat outside on a sunny weekend day at one of the outdoor tables that is shared by all of the eating places in the West Street Market. It was great to be able to eat outside on a warm March day. We'll definitely be back again to try their other pizza offerings, as this particular sausage and onion pizza ranked as one of our top 2 overall favorite pizzas in Reno!

Wood Fired Chicken Wings

I had not been to West Street Market in ages. Everything in there is completely different from what I had known before. Yet, still interesting and delicious. We grabbed food from the Pizza Collective. The wood fired wings, a pizza, the roasted cauliflower, and a glass of wine came to about $70. A bit on the high end but the portions were good. Props to the wine pours, you definitely get your money worth on that. The highlight was the wood fired wings. While not even remotely crispy, they had an interesting wood fired flavor and the buffalo sauce was very tasty. I enjoyed how tender they are and didn't miss the crispiness because the tenderness was on point. The pizza was good, but the dough was slightly undercooked in places. Wood fired ovens can be tricky and it seemed like it got the best of them today. The service was friendly. Everything came out fairly quick except for the cauliflower. They told us it would take awhile, but we ended up being finished with nearly everything else before they got the cauliflower out. West Street Market is a cool space to hang inside or out. I did notice a more run down vibe than in the past, but its still a comfortable place to enjoy some grub and drinks with good company. Give the Pizza Collective a try if your at West Street Market anyway. They have lots of good choices, including vegan options. But keep in mind there are other options. Doing some mix and match might be your best bet here.

What an amazing place! The dining room is shared by 3 or 4 different little restaurants. But we came for the Pizza Collective. Wood fired sourdough Pizza here in downtown Reno, wow! It was a truly yummy and perfect pizza experience. I love the charred and chewy crust. (The only way to make pizza in my opinion) They have a small menu but I'm coming for the mac and cheese next.

Jam on It

Pretty cool/hip little pizza spot! Definitely a very cool location mingled in with some other spots. Also very cool that the pizza came with a free beer! The basis of the pizza itself was good, tasty sauce, killer chewy crust. I just wasn't a huge fan of the "jam on it" special. I'll have to come back and give it a fair shot with a different type of more standard pizza. I thought orange jam on a pizza sounded absolutely brilliant, it just didn't really check all the boxes for me when I tried it. Again though, this location is awesome, the inside seating is great, there is a stage for live bands, and the outside seating is really chill. You could come with a group and people could all grab what they are feeling from different spots around the market.

The kids and I had a beautiful afternoon walking around the #NoKings rally and decided to grab some lunch downtown afterwards. It was a gorgeous, sunny day and the walk into the West Street plaza was nice. We ordered an all cheese pizza and a margherita pizza with loads of fresh basil. The fresh cheese and bubbly crust were perfection! The kids loved seeing how efficiently the pizzas cooked in the huge wood fire oven. I was also able to get some chocolate rice crispy treats and fries for my picky eaters at The Fix in the same location. The space is a warm and inviting place with plenty of stroller parking and a real sense of community. We can't wait to be back!

This place has some of the best quality pizza in town, hands down. They use a clay oven and make their pies in different sizes and offer various toppings. Their marinara sauce, pizza crust and homemade ranch, are THE BEST! Staff is always very friendly and prompt to take your order. This is in West Street Market, so the dining area is a shared space with three other businesses, which makes for a vibrant and diverse ambiance. Outdoor seating is available and it's dog dog friendly.

This pizza was fire, I love pizza and it's not something I have often and so glad I tried this one. I ordered takeout and everyone was nice and attentive when I got there to pickup my order and it was ready so fast! I love the location of it and will definitely be coming back to sit in and dine. They have a spacious indoor and outdoor sitting area. It's connected to other restaurants which is pretty cool! Parking was not great and I personally had to park a little away since there was not a lot of availability but so worth it to come and try this place !

Sweet Babe

The Pizza Collective is truly a must-have in Reno. Every time I go here I get the Sweet Babe pizza (w/ a side of ranch!), and every time I leave I can't wait to come back. The pizza is always hot and the flavor is on another level! This restaurant shares an eating area with The Fix and Thali, so it's great if you are going out with friends who all want to eat different things. Plus there's seating available inside and/or outside.

We got the margarita pizza the salad Mac cheese and cauliflower it is so delicious

Great hidden gem pizza spot in downtown Reno. Solid pizza. Good beverage selection and the pizza is quick and tastes fantastic. Glad i finally got a chance to visit. Good indoor and outdoor seating for sunny Reno days.

Discovered the Pizza collective while I was walking around downtown with a friend. I hadn't been to West St Market in a long time, and this was a great excuse to check some of the new businesses. We came in a little late on a Saturday, around 8:30PM and they close at 9PM. It was pretty quiet in the shared space, with a few businesses still open but not many customers. Great for us, get all the attention! The staff working were very friendly and helped to take our order and get started on the pizzas right away. We also added some wings as we were really hungry. They also have a selection of beers on draft, opted for some refreshing Peroni's. The pizza oven really makes these pizzas special, a beautiful piece that really stands out, in addition to making some killer pizza. The ingredients on both our pizzas were spot on, with a nice mix of savory and fresh flavors. The sweet babe was a stand out, I'd order that pizza again for sure. The wings were also tasty, and I will say 2 pizzas and wings was more than enough for 2 hungry dudes. I was very happy I discovered the Pizza collective, I would definitely go back again. Can't wait to try it out during the summer with the outdoor patio open and some outdoor seating.

However, I ordered a Tony's NYC 10" pie for lunch. And I added mushrooms. Thought I would take 1/2 of it home. It was so good, I truly ate the whole thing. Yes, I made a little piggy of myself, and I don't care! It was excellent. I do believe they have a full bar .. it was early so we just had soft drinks. Actually my friend had a mocktail, so there must be a bar. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I like that the outdoor seating is fenced in so you don't have to see the traffic on both sides of the street. The service was excellent. My friend enjoyed a salad (although I did force a tiny piece of pizza on her, glad she didn't want more .. LOL. Honestly, I wanted to go to Dough, Sauce, Cheese that just opened a few blocks away. They claim they are NY style pizza. However, I learned that it's really a take out place. Only seating is one table outside .. in the sun. Maybe I'll take some out at a later date. I have a great appreciation for the simple, yet varied menu that also provides multiple vegetarian options for my partner. This time around we went with the Cherrypicker, the Verde, and the Brasare. The Verde without chicken came very close to filling the hole that has been left in our heart with the Grasshopper not on the menu currently. The Cherrypicker is one of our go to hits and never disappoints. And this was the first time I've tried the Brasare and the classic combo of pork and apple was delectable. Colleen is our favorite server in the world and we are so happy to have her every time we swing by for dinner. She is a pleasure to be around and elevates the whole experience.

We started with the PULL-APART GARLIC CHEESE BREAD which is Focaccia, mozzarella, marinara, parmesan, frico crust and also ordered the WOOD FIRED OCTOPUS with crispy gnocchi, tomatoes, red onion, basil, arugula and topped with a Calabrian chili aioli. Both were fantastic, seasoned nicely and cooked to a perfect temperature!! For our entree we hate the BEE STING pizza. Make with a 72 Hour Fermented Organic Dough topped with Salami, red onion, basil, serranos, mozzarella and honey. The crust was delicious, crunchy, thin and when combined with the sauce, seasoning and toppings, an excellent pizza. Additionally we ordered two of the in-house, housemaid pasta.
