I asked to substitute or pay for onion rings on the burger in place of carmelized onions, and my brain didn't comprehend that I could order onion rings on the side and put them on myself. I was offered to have fried onions substituted and I said yes. There's several sauce options and I chose the bbq sauce, naturally. I also ordered garlic fries on the side. The burger itself is two beef patties that are each smashed, place on top of each other. I think each one has cheese on top, but I was too hungry to look for that before diving in. There's enough pickles to be in every bite, and it was glorious. The patty itself was seasoned, but I could only taste the seasoning in certain parts. I could still taste the seasoning with and without the bbq sauce, and it was yummy. Bbq sauce tasted like bbq sauce, it fit the bill 100%. If you're looking for a normal sized smash burger, ask for only one patty. I couldn't finish the whole burger and I can normally eat a whole smash burger to myself. My food was served probably in 15 mins. I also came in before a bigger lunch crowd so that probably helped. As for the atmosphere, I really appreciate the booths and tables. There's also arcade games near the back, with a clear glass so you can keep eyes on little ones while in the main restaurant. The bathroom was clean, although I wish there was a hook for my purse in the bathroom. It looks like there used to be one, but it got removed or broke off.

We ended up arriving to the UYE early and passed Stephon's "truck" in Lead Dog Breweries parking lot. We decided to head back to pick up a quick bite. Atmosphere - Truck is really a trailer. Stephon's is a food "truck" in a parking lot, not much of an atmosphere. Food - My wife order the sweet potato strips. They were like a long potato chip but better than regular chips, so much better. I could have stolen her whole order. I went with the Philly Cheese Steak. Whiz With was not an option which I was is fine. Little sub bun, about the size of a hot dog bun but fatter. That sandwich was packed with great meat sautéed with onions. Next time I will get a fork to heat the stuff that fell out of the bun. Service - When we walked up and Stephon was delivering foot to the breweries. Another person was actually working the truck and she was nice. Stephon came back and was talking with everyone from outside the truck. He really wants to make sure you enjoy your meal.
