But this is Hawaiian BBQ not Teriyaki. Rice was perfectly cooked and a good portion size. Mac salad, pasta was a little mushier than I prefer and also fairly mild tasting but still very good. It's more food than you get most places for $15 these days. 4.5 for the food but that's just based on one menu item. Combined with the ambiance and generous Aloha service, overall a 5. My only suggestions for improvement is some more logos on the side of the truck (there's just the one at the front) and perhaps using names to call out drinks (their taco truck uses buzzers which works super well too).
