That explains why it is never open when we go! He was rad enough to text me the address of where the food truck was today, and even offered to save me the tamales I wanted! Exceptional customer service!! My husband and I got dressed and headed to Sun Valley on our quest for tamales. Finding the truck was very easy and we quickly ordered a dozen. 4 pork (red), 4 chicken (green) and 4 cheese. They even have pineapple ones! We also ordered a champurrado which was large enough for the both of us to share. These tamales are delicious and were exactly what I was craving! Cooked perfectly, not hard or soggy, and so so flavorful. The pork ones are absolutely outstanding! I had tamales for breakfast and Im also having tamales for dinner because they are that good!
